    1. Ha!! No he hasn't and he has no qualifications to work in his new position. Of course anyone with qualifications would not work for that hate organization. What. A. Joke. If he had such strong Christian convictions he would choose a different organization or start his own that focused on REAL Christian values like forgiveness, mercy, grace, kindness, and nonjudgement. Oh and loving others as you love yourself. What I will never understand is that this family is well placed to align with groups and politicians who spread those values instead of hate filled values. I'm not even conservative like them, in fact I'm actually very liberal, but they do themselves no good always jumping on the wrong (read hateful) bandwagon.

  2. I love the Duggars but would someone please give them grammar lessons. This is not the first time I have heard one of them say something like Josh did in this video. "I have friends who had went on a mission trip." who went or who had gone is the right way to say this. It just makes them sound less educated. If they are going to be on national television, they need a coach.

  3. i think he has. you need to worry about jim bob and michelle. Jim bod does not hold any type of job. they are living off tlc. the are a good chrisitan family but they need to preach the gospel and let their children go out into the world so they can help other not hide at home.

  6. It is obvious that Anonymous 1 does not watch the show. Josh owned his own business in Arkansas.

  9. I wish that Josh would literally step out of his comfort zone and take college classes at an actual university and interact with people other than his family and fellow conservatives. It would be a great experience!

  10. How DOES Josh get time off work from his new job to do all these appearances? Would he have been hired if he was not part of the Duggar clan? Is he just a figurehead/attraction for his employer?

  12. Personally some of the comments here about the Duggars working or not working are a bit out of line. Seems as if owning a car dealership, owning real estate, owning a grocery store towing company and working as a congressman is not enough. Before making these comments I would like you to consider what have you done. The only reason they are earning money from TLC is because of the life they have created for themselves. Which they were building before anyone was watching. I am pretty sure many people would love to be debt free and have the flexibility to do what they desire in life. I am also certain if their TLC show ends tomorrow the Duggars will be all right.

  13. Jim Bob and Michelle own and manage several rental properties and their 'job' is real estate. They also have some cell phone towers that are on their property that they get paid for every month from the cell phone companies. They were debt free and living just fine before TLC and will be fine after TLC is done.

Josh is traveling FOR his job. How is that 'not working'?? He owned the car lot as well for several years, not to mention helping his dad build their home, etc.

I truly cannot understand why people who don't like the Duggars waste their time coming to sites about them. Really? Are their lives that empty that they have nothing better to do than stalk the internet looking for sites about people they don't like?

  14. great interview ... Josh is obviously a man who has had work experience and is working now as he has a rather large house which I am sure is not free to rent.
    Love this family...

  15. I wish Josh would step out of his comfort zone and not have his family involved in his job. How many men do you know that are public figures have their mom and dad around all the time and are included in every conversation? Josh did not get this job -- his family got it. I would like to hear from Josh Duggar, the man; not Josh Duggar the oldest Duggar of Michelle and Jimmy Bobby. If that happened, I may listen to him! Until that happens, I consider it just the same ole' same ole' parroting talk.

  16. Remember that the Duggars were expecting number 17 when they began a regular show with tlc. Adding two more was probably not a strain on finances. They had 14 before they were even on television at all. Jim Bod must do some type of work.
We only see what the show wants us to see.

College is not necessary for a person to learn how to socialize.

How many of you liberals are hanging out with conservative Christians on a regular basis?

  17. @Anonymous 7---if you watched Josh in the episodes while he was at "his" used car lot; you, too would have seen him go along on many Duggar field trips! He seemed to be out of the lot more than in it! Not to mention, all the times he was filmed sleeping late. Plus, the lot was closed on Saturdays and Sundays! I think his dad actually owned the lot; either way, owning a business and working at your business can be two different things!

  18. you are WRONG! the duggars do NOT live off TLC! jimbob has MANY businesses. he has invested in realeastate for years - before TLC ever came in the picture. he is a very smart and wise businessman. i just do not get people like you that post negative comments when you obliviously know NOTHING about the subject you are whining about.

  20. God Bless the Duggar Family! The world needs to be populated with people like their beautiful, large family. This family is a wonderful example and testimony of love, respect and teamwork. I admire them tremendously, and wish them the best. Keep up the great work!
