Vuolos on Internet Safety

Last week, we shared the news of Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo's new podcast and posted a link to their first episode. They just uploaded their second episode, available on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and other podcast listening services. Have you listened to "The Jinger and Jeremy Podcast" yet? Episode two is about their decision to keep their daughters out of the spotlight. That isn't something they have always done, and they have received a lot of questions on the subject.

First Twin Grandchildren for the Duggars

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar have two sets of twin children, and they will soon welcome their first set of twin grandchildren! Who are the lucky parents of multiples? We will give you a hint: Dad is a twin himself, and he will now have double the children. Well that only narrows it down to Jedidiah and Katey Duggar, Jeremiah and Hannah Duggar, and John and Abbie Duggar. 

Here's another hint: This couple's other two children just turned one and two in May. So that means that the parents are Jedidiah and Katey! They surprised both families with the announcement of twins and the gender reveal at the same time. You can watch the video footage on their YouTube account.

Vuolos Make Two Big Announcements

Almost two years ago, Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo announced that they had purchased a house after renting in Los Angeles for three years. Some readers have guessed that the Vuolos recently moved again, and they are correct. Jinger, Jeremy, Felicity, and Evangeline still live in the same city, but they moved into a new house. It is a bit of a fixer-upper (Jinger is a Duggar, after all).

So that is the first big announcement. The second is that they are relaunching their podcast. We posted about their first podcast, "The Hope We Hold," in June 2020. It ran through December 2020. Evangeline was born in November, so they decided that they needed a break. Now three and a half years later, they are jumping back on the airwaves. This podcast is called "The Jinger and Jeremy Podcast," and the first episode is now available on YouTube or wherever you listen to podcasts.

Tour Jana's Tiny House

A few years ago, Jana Duggar moved into a tiny house. In true Duggar fashion, she did a lot of renovations before moving in. She has worked hard to make it functional and beautiful. She does a lot of movie nights with her sisters. She also has two sinks side-by-side, courtesy of her brothers. Visit her YouTube channel to watch her 14-minute tour, filmed by Jessa Seewald.

Duggar Playroom Overhaul

Jana Duggar posted another video to her YouTube account. A few years ago, she and some of her brothers renovated the playroom at the “big house.” Do you remember watching Jim and Michelle Duggar build their house on their reality show? They added an indoor playset with a slide. About fifteen years later, some of the siblings decided that it needed a makeover. The end result is stunning. The project was a surprise for Jim Bob and Michelle. Jana explains that Jim Bob is a creature of habit and likes things the way they are. But she says he agreed that the playroom needed a facelift, so they took that as approval. 

Jason Duggar's Girlfriend

Exciting news! Jason Duggar is in a relationship with a girl named Maddie. Jason, who is No. 12 of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's 19 children, turned 24 in April.

Update Video from Jana

What has Jana Duggar been up to? The second eldest of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s 19 children just shared an update video. This is the first video that Jana has posted to YouTube in three years. In it, she shares some of the projects that she and her siblings have been working on at the family property. 

Gunner Forsyth Rushed to the Hospital

Joy and Austin Forsyth had a major health scare with one of their three children. While they were at Austin's parents' house, Gunner started choking. Austin, who is a trained EMT, was able to get Gunner to breath, but he was still lethargic and having a hard time. Joy and Austin decided to take him to the hospital, which was an hour away, to have him evaluated. Joy recounts the ordeal in a recent YouTube video.

Vuolos on Duggar Family Relationships

Have you heard the news about Jinger (Duggar) Vuolo's new book? She and Jeremy recently joined Matt and Abby Howard on their podcast, The Unplanned Podcast. For 90 minutes, they discuss a wide variety of topics, including how they live their lives differently than Jim Bob and Michelle and how they navigate making their own decisions while maintaining a good relationship with the Duggars. 

Jinger explains that she desires to preserve family relationships in order to have a positive influence on family members who are still following the IBLP teachings. The Vuolos also talk about their choice not to make money an issue while they were filming for Counting On. And Jeremy shares how he showed respect for Jim Bob and Michelle during his courtship with Jinger.

How do Jinger and Jeremy, who live in Los Angeles, stay in touch with the ever-growing Duggar clan? Jinger says that she talks to various family, including her mom, on a regular basis. There are a number of Duggar family group chats, including one with the sisters, one about working out, and one with the entire family.

Jinger Duggar Vuolo to Release Another Book

You read that headline correctly. Jinger (Duggar) Vuolo is in fact slated to release a new book. Her first book was Growing Up Duggar, which she penned with Jana, Jill, and Jessa before she was married. Then she and Jeremy co-wrote The Hope We Hold: Finding Peace in the Promises of God, which they followed with a children's book called You Can Shine So Bright. Her January 2023 memoir was Becoming Free Indeed: My Story of Disentangling Faith From Fear.

Jinger's next book is called People Pleaser: Breaking Free From the Burden of Imaginary Expectations. It is currently set to hit the shelves on January 14, 2025. You can pre-order this title on Amazon.

Jeremy Returns to the Soccer Field

Most of you know that Jeremy Vuolo is a former professional soccer player. He ended his career in pursuit of ministry before he and Jinger began courting. It has been nearly 10 years since he stepped off the field, but he coming out of retirement this month. Well, just to play one game. That game takes place on Father's Day (Sunday, June 16th) at 4pm PST at the Toyota Arena in the Los Angeles area. If you live nearby and wish to attend, you can purchase tickets from Ticketmaster.

Update from Jed and Katey

It has been over a year since Jed and Katey Duggar welcomed their second child, Nora Kate Duggar, just one year after their first, Truett Duggar. They celebrated with a strawberry themed party, which a number of Duggar family members attended. They uploaded a video to YouTube that shows footage from the party as well as a life update. 

A Day with the Seewalds

Spurgeon Seewald will be nine years old in November, which means that Jessa and Ben Seewald currently have five children ages eight and under. What has life been like since they welcomed baby George in December? Jessa made a “day in the life” video and uploaded it to YouTube. 

Jessa and Ben on a Podcast

Jessa and Ben Seewald don’t spend much time in the public eye these days, but they recently stepped out to be guests on a podcast. They chatted with Elisha and Katie Voetberg on the Voetbergs’ podcast, “Now that We’re a Family.” They talk about their life as parents of five young children and what they prioritize. Ben has been a pastor for four years, and Jessa is busy homeschooling. They also discuss balancing family relationships with Ben’s church duties, as well as other topics.

Dillards Announce Stillbirth

Jill and Derick Dillard just made a heartbreaking announcement. Jill was pregnant, but the baby passed away in utero at four months and was stillborn. Their child was a girl whom they named Isla Marie Dillard. She was due in August, just one month after brother Freddy's second birthday. Photos of the parents holding their swaddled daughter are available on their website.

With the Duggars' TV show off the air, it's been a while since fans have heard from Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's younger children. Join Joy Forsyth and Jana Duggar and their four youngest sisters (Johannah Duggar, Jennifer Duggar, Jordyn Duggar, and Josie Duggar) for a Q & A session at the Forsyths' house, during which the ladies cover a wide variety of topics. Welcome Baby Brielle

Jeremiah and Hannah Duggar are now parents of two little ones! Their second child, another girl, was just born. The couple has not shared her birth date, but they did make her name public: Brielle Grace Duggar. She joined sister Brynley Noelle Duggar, who is just over one year old (born Christmas Day 2022). 

Nails and Mud

 What does a trip to the nail salon have in common with mud? Not much, but both are featured in Joy and Austin Forsyth's latest YouTube video. Joy and the kids join Jana Duggar and Johannah Duggar for manicures and pedicures. And later, the Forsyths meet up with Austin's parents and some friends for a mudding adventure.
