Jill Duggar Dillard's Upcoming Book

Jill Dillard just made a huge announcement: She has been writing a memoir, Counting the Cost, that is set to release on January 16th, 2024. The cover of the book says it is written by "Jill Duggar with Derick Dillard and Craig Borlase." Borlase is a New York Times bestselling ghostwriter. Gallery Books is the publisher, which is a division of Simon & Schuster. If you recall, Jill authored Growing Up Duggar (with Jana, Jessa, and Jinger) in 2016. The publisher was Howard books, which is also a division of Simon & Schuster. 

According to the Simon & Schuster website, Counting the Cost will allow readers to, "for the first time, discover the unedited truth about the Duggars." People Magazine has an article with additional quotes. The title is available for pre-order wherever books are sold.

Gunner Forsyth's Birth Video

As we shared last week, Joy and Austin Forsyth are now the proud parents of three children! The couple uploaded Gunner Forsyth's birth video to YouTube. Johannah, who has never attended a full birth, and Michelle meet them at the hospital for support. The video ends with the Forsyths and Jim Bob and Michelle gathering to pray for little Gunner, followed by a short glimpse at the moment when Gideon and Evy meet their little brother.

Welcome Gunner James Forsyth

After welcoming their third child four days ago, Joy and Austin Forsyth revealed his name this morning. Gunner James Forsyth was born on May 17th, 2023, weighing 8 lbs 14 oz. People Magazine has a photo of the new addition.

'Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets'

On June 2nd, a four-part docuseries called Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets will premiere on Amazon Prime. The press release and trailer went public today. The press release can be found on Amazon Studios, and the trailer is on YouTube.

The Duggar family continues to grow, as Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar will soon add not one but two new grandchildren to their count. Joy and Austin Forsyth announced in October that they were expecting their third, while Jedidiah and Katey Duggar joined with a near-Christmas reveal of their second pregnancy. Baby Forsyth is a boy, while Baby Duggar is a girl (Nora Kate Duggar). Who knows, maybe Joy and Katey will deliver on the same day!

Jeremiah Duggar's Wedding Ceremony

Jeremiah Duggar, 24, celebrated one year of marriage to Hannah (Wissmann) Duggar, 27, on March 26th, one day after daughter Brynley turned three months old. They recently posted the full video of their wedding ceremony to YouTube.

Before their wedding, the couple renovated a fifth wheel camper to live in. If you haven't seen their before and after video, it's quite amazing.
