A Keller Surprise

Anna Keller (now Anna Duggar) grew up in Florida and is one of eight kids (five girls and three boys). On Mother's Day, she and Josh Duggar, as well as a few of her married siblings, paid a surprise visit to Mom Keller.

David Waller, Priscilla (Keller) Waller's husband, filmed the sweet moment and uploaded it to YouTube. Watch the video below:

    Josh lovingly welcomed.
Maybe, the Kellers are a bit more accepting than the Duggars?

    Really enjoyed this video!
Doesn't look like Anna is as far along as we think probably a month behind Jill.

    1. I thought the same thing. I am due with my fifth child the first week of July. I seem to get bigger with each child. Not sure if it's that way with Anna.

It was also a pleasure to see Josh on camera again. I've really missed him. It's not the same anymore on CO as it was with 19KAC! #TheDuggarFamily!

    2. 4:33 PM -- You think a person who sins should be shunned for life with no chance of redemption? Look at the story of King David in the Bible. He had Uriah the Hittite killed after having an affair with Uriah's wife, yet the Bible still calls him "a man after God's own heart."

    3. *accepted.
It's nice to be accepted by people, but it doesn't really matter... not in the long run! God has already accepted us into His heavenly family and by the blood of his son, saved us from our sins (ALL of them, big and small) then it's our turn to accept His forgiveness!! It's so good to see Josh in a good place with his faith and family.

      Delete
    4. I would like to know how you all know Josh is 'in a good place with his faith', and is forgiven by God? We all see the same pictures and read the same blogs and articles and from where I sit I see no change in Josh. He has never once spoken out about his remorse, or that he has begged his family for forgivness. He has said through his lawyer that he is upset his sisters got sympathy and he got none, what type of a person does that? None of us know what is in his heart, none of us see him at home, he could be up to his old tricks and we wouldn't know. God is the only one who knows all of this, so not one here can say with total sureity that Josh is forgiven.

      Delete
    5. That is very true.. I don't know that he is in a good place, I can only guess that by what I've seen, but I truly don't know. His sisters have said they forgave him for what he did to them (as terrible as it may be) and his wife has stayed with him through it.. though so many would have fled. She showed that God is capable of pulling us through even the hardest of battles. I can only imagine the pain and bitterness she felt by his disloyalty.. his unfaithfulness... his sin. So you're right, I don't know where Josh is.. no one really does. I do, however, know that he is absolutely, 100%, completely forgiven by God!! The Bible says Christ died for ALL sins! Each and every one. So I know that Josh is forgiven.. whether or not he has accepted that forgiveness is only known by him and God.

    6. 12:21 PM - Yes, so that's why we leave it up to his family and those closest to him. No one here can say whether he has truly repented or not.

And another thing -- maybe Josh DOES deserve some sympathy. Perhaps if his parents had sent him to a Christian professional therapist when he was a teenager, rather than a Christian work camp, he could have gotten the help he needed and avoided the adultery. His parents did not handle it correctly, IMO.

    7. Anon @ 1:25 and 2:14. Thank you both for replying to my post in such a kind way (12:21). I was worried that I would be pounced on when I posted it, as some die hard fans can be quite vicious in their defence of the Duggars. I still think we cannot know that God has forgiven him, as we do not know if he is truely sorry, that is between him and God.

  18. While this is a very sweet Mother's Day surprise for Mrs. Keller, I don't understand why josh has an iPhone. Wasn't he banned from electronics due to his "indiscretions"? I am surprised Daniel is on speaking terms with josh after his FB rant about how horrible (josh) is and begged Anna to leave him. She had a place to stay at Her brothers house. Maybe Daniel was just keeping his cool for the sake of keeping the peace around his mom? I don't see how the kellers can simply tolerate what josh did to thier daughter....

    1. You right!! I thought "an anonymous source who knew the family" said he had to have a flip phone! Just goes to show you can't really trust magazines like that :-) (unless he was just using Anna's :-))

      Delete
    2. Anon @ 3:05 Anna's parents encouraged their daughter to marry Josh despite being told about what he had done to his sisters. If she had been my daughter I would have put her in the car and drove right back to Florida. I agree that Daniel is probably keeping the peace so his sister knows he is still there for her should she ever need him.

    3. It's creepy to watch him around the Kellers, whether they've "forgiven" him or not. They can't forget.....

    4. Watching the video, I felt very sad for Anna. As they arrived, it was very clear that Josh had driven a wedge between Anna and her family. They would engage Anna from a distance and she was forced to move closer to them. It was clear they knew Josh was on the other side of the van and they didn't want to engage him. The video played quite a ways in before anyone really came to Anna. When Josh finally did step around the van, he was barely acknowledged for Anna's sake (except by Priscilla). It was very awkward for everyone and I felt bad for Anna. Going to the door and at the door, Josh purposely stayed in the back (ostensibly filming it for Anna). As the line dwindled and Josh was up, it was incredibly sweet of Mrs. Keller to hug him warmly and welcome him. I sincerely hope and pray that Josh will do right by God, Anna, their children, and her parents for his sake and Anna's...although his lawsuit documents seem to indicate otherwise. Praying for them all here.

    5. Daniel is such a loving brother and I'm certain he wants the best for his sister.
I do hope the phone doesn't cause more issues for Josh.... it's been a hot topic recently. Falling into more trouble needs to stop with his family to care for.

    7. If he has a real addiction to pornography, he should not have an android phone. Its too much temptation. It is the same as giving an alcoholic a bottle of wine to carry around but expecting them not to drink it.

    10. Re the phone, I am sure the phone is Josh's phone. I cannot see Josh allowing Anna to have a better more up to date phone than he has.

    11. Josh may have no "choice" as to what type of phone he owns! After what he did; Anna deserves whatever she wants; Josh needs to be quiet.

    1. If they went to all trouble and expense to make the secret arrangements necessary to get there together, I think it's probably pretty safe to say they were considerate enough not to create extra work for their mom. :) Well Done, Keller children!

  24. How sweet! Would love to have more family as my many siblings..11 have between 0-2 kids each. I'm the only one that has 5 kids and my kids have pretty much no cousins. Many of our relatives are dying off and very little more are added each year. I know many people aren't for big families but I realize more with each passing year that having a bigger family is wonderful. My family of 7..will likely be the only family we have left years from now as even what cousins my kids do have aren't having many kids if any either. I always tell people people matter, stuff doesn't. Love big families or hate them..these families have the biggest blessing over other people, they have each other and won't ever be alone. For those of you out there who don't have close knit families, remember you can change your own individual family and can choose a different route for expanding your own family. I have chosen to both have bio kids AND adopt. Ii love it! :)

    1. If your siblings have an average of 1 child each, that's 11 cousins for your children. Sounds like your family won't be dying off for awhile if they all have kids.

    2. Then there are those of us who've always longed for close knit families, but both sides of the family are marked by major dysfunction (Narcissistic behaviors, serious marital discord, alcohol abuse, emotional abuse, abandonment, etc.). We're a family of 3, not because we want to be but because we've been to counseling and are unwilling to expose ourselves to further abuse or our child to the abuse. Large families, with lots of children and cousins are no guarantee of family closeness. I have 26 first cousins on one side, 24 on the other (and countless second and third cousins). We stopped attending family events 30 years ago because invariably they turned into either a fight or a drunken bash.

I can personally attest to this through hearing & sharing with David & Priscilla. God's love shines thru this couple. Praise our Father in Heaven 4 His redemption. Thank u 4 sharing the video.
