Latest Duggar Videos: Honeymoon & Girls Day

Happy Monday! Most of our international readers are unable to watch the videos that we post directly from the TLC website, so we make a point to share them again when the network uploads them to YouTube.

Here are a couple clips from Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo's honeymoon, as well as a video from a special girls day that Jinger Duggar shared with her mom, grandma, and sisters just a few days before her wedding. Some of you who live in the United States may not have seen them either, so be sure to watch.

  1. Just a random question... does anybody know if the Duggars are boycotting Target like a lot of Christians I know, or do they still shop there? Thanks!

    1. Don't know. They go to Starbucks, which is about as liberal with hiring and policies as Target, if not more. If they don't have a problem with other places like that, why would they have one with Target?

Personally, I boycott Chick-Fil-A and Hobby Lobby. They won't get Dime One from me.

    2. I don't think that's any of our business even though these people are on TV.

    3. 5:41pm - Chick-Fil-A or Hobby Lobby has every right to their own opinion just like everyone else. You are being a hypocrite. It's no different than women say, "It's my right to have a abortion because it's my body." Yeah she has a right BUT she's taken away the right for the baby to live?! How is that fair? What if the father wants to keep it? Where is his rights? He helped make that baby. Why does two human beings lose rights? What more hilarious when they say, "It's MY body." Nope, because if it was their body, than it would be them dying.

See how RIGHTS work. In this age, RIGHTS only seem to go one way.

    4. Well, Hobby Lobby and Chik fil-a are doing just fine without your 'dime.' Starbucks and Target however are not doing so great.

    5. Wow, you sure went off on a few tangents there, 11:11. Calling someone a hypocrite and then bringing abortion into the discussion? Left field!

      Delete
    6. 11:11 There is no consensus on when life begins. A supporter of abortion rights is not hypocritical if they do not believe life begins at conception.

      Delete
    7. 5:41 -- I'm sure Hobbly Lobby and ChikFilA are crying their eyes out. Most of us are too busy living our lives to "boycott" any business. But you gone on ahead and take your stand against religious liberty. Go girl!

    8. 10:01 AM -- A beating heart -- around 6 weeks -- is a pretty sure sign of life, wouldn't you agree? It always cracks me up that you pro-choicers are so into "science," for issues such as climate change, but not when a human life is at stake.

      Delete
    9. 10:01 It's very hypocritical. Life does begin at conception. Egg and sperm eventually turns into a baby. Doctors can detect a heart beat at 8-9 weeks - sometimes very rarely earlier than that. So since you are a supporter of murder, tell me how is it right for the mother to take away two people's rights away just to please her own right. The baby doesn't have a choice, how is that fair? And when the father wants to keep it but the women doesn't when that was his sperm, what about his rights? It's hypocritical and selfish. Half of the decision should be his. The mother can have the child and give it to the father if she doesn't want to take care of it. The problem is in this generation is that women wants abortions because they aren't ready means they wasn't ready and mature enough for sex because if they was, they would had taken steps to prevent it instead of being careless or too embarrass to buy birth control. Rape is understandable but personally me as a women, I would feel too guilty. They have this pill called "the morning after" and it says to help prevent the chances of conception but doctors has stated that technically it is a "Guilt free abortion pill". If the sperm has met the egg, the pill actually kills it. And women who have deport the baby because it's life or death too the mother. First off, the right thing to do is to have the baby even if it means that you die. If I would to deport my baby to save my life, that would be a selfish act. Anyone who has or give abortions to patients should be a huge fine or go to jail.

    10. 12:05, Your arguments are old, outdated, inaccurate, and downright scary there at the end.

Michelle might have died right along with her baby had they not brought Josie into the world before term. Can't that be called interfering with a pregnancy and risking a baby to save a mother? But I don't hear you wanting to fine or slap handcuffs on the doctors that did that emergency C-section, knowing full well they might have lost Josie if they took her early, but would save Michelle in the process. So are you calling Michelle selfish for opting to end the pregnancy early, knowing the baby might not have survived but she would?

      Delete
    11. First of all, many would argue that bringing a child into the world is a selfish act. A baby has no say in the matter and cannot choose the circumstances in which they will be born.
Regarding abortion, you are entitled to your beliefs and are free to never have one. Your opinion on when life begins is just that, an opinion likely based on your religious convictions. If a woman chooses to obtain a legal procedure to terminate a pregnancy, it is none of your business. The Supreme Court concurs.
As an adoptive mother, there isn't a day that goes by that I am not profoundly grateful that my children's birth mothers chose to bring them into the world. However, I am just as thankful that they were not forced to do so under the threat of a punitive law.
Because you are so concerned with the unborn, please share with us how you are helping the countless unwanted children languishing in foster care and those older children waiting for a loving home.

      Delete
    12. If we plant any seed and it sprouts we call it "living", this is true of a child also if it is growing we don't need a heart-beat to determine if it is living. So therefore it would seem life begins at conception. A Canadian grandma concerned for all the lives we are throwing away because we don't see the Truth. I hope anyone can see it as choice will realize the baby being aborted doesn't have a choice. Here in Canada an association has set up counselling for women who chose abortion because contrary to belief it does cause emotional problems, sometimes many years after. God didn't mean for us to kill our babies but so many women at a vunerable time in their lives are mislead to believe this is their best choice.

    13. 1. Unless the father is going to go through labor his opinion does not matter.
      2. The morning after pill does not cause abortion.
      3. "The right thing to do is to have the baby even if it means that you die" Were you serious? A woman's life is more important than an unborn child! Saving your own life is not selfish. It's survival.
      4. There are many evil things to put people in jail for. Abortion is not one of them.

      Delete
    14. Love your comments 11:11, and I completely agree!

What does the father going through labor have to do with anything? Labor doesn't last that long in the grand scheme of life. Of course, the morning after pill causes abortions. What is the purpose of it otherwise? Sorry but I believe all life is important even the unborn... so I would choose my child's life over my own. It is ultimately up to God if I live or not. The doctors don't really know what will happen. Survival for my child would always be more important than survival for me.

When Michelle had to be delivered early with Josie, she didn't pick her life over Josie's. Medical care has improved so much that children can survive being born very early. I am sure the doctors went over all of that with Michelle before she agreed to allow them to do the c-section.

    15. I enjoy this Blog as a site to catch up on Duggar news. I don't know if others would agree, but I would appreciate that this blog not become a site to debate social issues. I'm sure that those who have strong opinions on ending pregnancies, being gay, transgender bathrooms, or any other "hot button" social issues could find a more appropriate site for their opinions on these topics. Let the Duggar fans have this site for Duggar news. Thank you for your consideration.

  4. Way out of line Jinger and Jeremy. Yes, you are on your honeymoon as Jinger so snarkily commented. If you choose not to control yourselves, especially when asked, then go back to your room. I was embarrassed for the chef. What a terribly awkward position they put her in. Not cool.

    1. It's amazing that they go through so much trouble and publicity to "control" themselves during courting with chaperones and all. But now that they're alone, they can't control themselves. It's all so odd. Maybe if they had had abnormal dating relationship and enjoyed affection IN MODERATION, then they could act normally in public.

They were in someone's restaurant, someone who went out of her way to come there just for them and for the taping, yet they couldn't control themselves and show some decency or respect for the situation. Not funny, Babe. Hope he later preached a sermon on himself and what he learned after he saw that episode on TV.

  8. Enjoyed the pix, but I have a question! Is Grandma Mary I'll? I view your site on my phone and the pix are so tiny that I have to enlarge them. Upon enlarging the pic of Jill, Jessa and Mary, I see her left forearm is wrapped with an ace wrap of sorts. As a nurse, I know a "heplock" when I see it. A heplock is a catheter (IV) left in place to access on and off when needed. Is she ill? People don't have a heplock for no reason! Hope all is well with her, she is such a lovely lady! Prayers to her and I hope you can assure us she is okay!

    6. Hello I have to say that I have noticed that Jeremy comes across as very worldly compared to jinger. In little comments I sure hope that he is not mean or even abusive to jinger. I was uncomfortable watching the way he seemed to minimize her feelings when they were driving and jinger seemed genuinely nervous. I know other than that I don't have an explanation otherwise but I too have to agree with others that something feels very weird or wrong about Jeremy. In this scenario I don't think jinger should be too far away from her extended family.

    8. It's interesting to read these comments. I have felt from Day 1 that Jeremy really isn't the person he tries to present for TV. There is some undercurrent to him that makes me nervous for Jinger. Having said that, it's not something I could prove or give examples for. It's just a feeling I have that he is controlling

  13. O.k., I'd other posters comments previously about the whole chef cooking Jinger and Jeremy being disrespectful thing. So, I decided to watch the video and weigh it for myself. Yes, they were being disrespectful tot he chef and to everyone else around. If you want to be physically engaging each other, go back to your hotel room. Carrying on like that during what is supposed to be a cooking is very rude to the person who's wasting her valuable time trying to teach two people who clearly don't want to be there. That's just rude. For Jinger to "excuse" their immature behavior was worse still. So, because you're a newlywed, it's o.k. to be kissing and hugging all over each other repeatedly for an audience? No manners. Nothing cute about it. It says "We really don't want to be here and we really don't care about what you're talking to use about and trying to teach us...but we're stuck here.". So, whose idea was the cooking lesson? Jeremy's? It didn't look like with the way he initiated the touching, grabbing and hugging, repeated kissing her on the neck. Jinger's? I kind of doubt that. TLC's? Looks like it was a yet another poorly scripted plot to capitalize on "Jinger-Jeremy" story, complete with paychecks. Jeremy and Jinger had little respect for the chef and less for themselves apparently. Harsh? No, if you want all the rights and privileges of being an adult, you need to act like one- Responsible, respectable. I'm disappointed to see Jeremy (as a Christian, a person, a Pastor) and Jinger (as a Christian and a person) act so poorly.

    1. Pastors/Christian people can show affection out in public. I'm really concern about you because did someone gives you rules about that? Does your partner/spouse give you rules or are these your own personal rules? Because everyone thinks differently, I understand that. Jeremy and Jinger hugging and kissing wasn't wrong or dirty. They wasn't touching each other inappropriately or even acting overly sexual. If you want to talk about acting like a adult and what people should not be doing in public, let's talk about these hollywood celebrities, about how they dress and how they act because that's what the inappropriate and utter filth is at. I feel sorry for you honestly.

    8. Anonymous March 27, 2017 at 11:28 PM- FYI, you don't need to feel sorry for me. My husband and I have been married 25 years and we have a great marriage in every aspect. We've also been married long enough to know that it's disrespectful to others when they're talking to you for the two of us to be hugging/kissing/giggling/flirting with each other. Jinger and Jeremy really weren't listening and paying attention to the chef; they really weren't interested. So, why were they there? To film something for TLC to get a paycheck and keep the viewer interest. Sorry, but they were using the Chef. They were rude and immature, like it or not. As for celebrities, we're not talking about them, we're talking about one of the Duggar daughters- the family that has spent a lifetime emphasizing and instructing their children in manners, appropriate behavior, courtesy to others, etc. (their words, not mine). So yes, it was surprising and disappointing to see them act that way. Being on your Honeymoon is no excuse to be rude.

  16. When I first saw the cooking episode, I thought it was kind of cute. It was nice to see Jinger and Jeremy being real and non-scripted. After some more thought, I have to agree with some of the above comments, ie - they could have saved some of that affection for their private times together. However, I am actually kind of surprised that TLC put that footage on this highly conservative show... and we don't know what was edited from that part; there was probably more stuff... Certainly saw another side of Jeremy and Jinger that has been suppressed until now, I bet!

She wasn't showing them how to perform surgery or some other highly technical skill where they needed to pay attention to every detail. 18. Not sure if this was staged for the cameras in which case I find the programme shallow & Jeremy was portrayed in a bad light, if not Jeremy seems to lack self control, & respect for others sadly - cooking over a hot grill is not the place when a chef is teaching & sharing their knowledge - I'd have thought Jeremy would walk in wisdom a little more being a leader. He needs however, the chef was too harsh in her rebukes too and
eating with them was odd, hardly a romantic meal for J & J.

    ReplyDelete
  19. They certainly should have been kind to her and complimented her on the food with the way they started behaving. What if she said nothing to them? How long would they have carried on and not paid attention to the lady? School, honeymoon or not, it's not polite to NOT give someone your attention who is trying to share something they care deeply about. How would Jing and Jer have felt if they were giving a short sermon to the cook and she started cooking and not paying real attention to THEM? She would be named disrespectful.

  22. I am sorry but their behaviour was unclassy. Just because you are man and wife does not give you the right to behave in that manner. You have all the time to behave like that.

I have seen people behave like that in the past and then move onto divorceville. Not saying they will, but seen that happen all the time.

For all those people that say this is christian love, yes but if I was an outsider who did not know this couple, I would assume that they were of the world. And I tell you why,

1 Corinthians 13:4-5 talks about not behaving unseemly or puffing up oneself. You do not have to prove your love to your spouse by doing all this PDA rubbish. Most people would never have behaved that way 100 years ago and most marriages lasted.

It is just plain silly and rude. What if the person who is there with you has been though a messy breakup or is struggling with certain issues. We should not place stumbling blocks before others. And as Christians we need to be different from the world.
