  1. Oh my gosh! This is so exciting! Lily and Ellie, do you know if this is the season finale or will Jessa and Ben's engagement be included in this season. Thanks so much for the update. Can't wait!

  2. Have any of the more recent episodes been uploaded to Youtube? I've tried to find them, but with no such luck. Thank you for all you do!

  3. is this the end of the season? or are they still going to show Ben & Jessa's engagement?

  8. What about us in the uk ?

  9. I absolutley love the Duggars, but TLC leaves much to be desired, and much of the rest of their programming isn't worth watching. They should have aired the 2 hour wedding special last summer....Jessa and Ben aren't even mentioned as being engaged, much less married in less than two weeks....when will we see their wedding? ???? But it will be interesting to find out the big announcement.....Thanks for this blog, someone who cares about the family to present them in a good way, and not exploit them. Thank YOU!

  10. Will this be the season finale?

  11. This has GOT to be the longest, drawn out show in TV history. Getting downright boring.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Do you think there is someway y'all are able to post it on your blog like you have done with past episodes?

  13. I am so excited! I have been a excited since she was engaged! I can't wait to watch it tomorrow!

  14. I can't wait to see it. I live in the uk so I know it will be a long time before it comes on tv over here but if it gets put on youtube then I will be a happy girl. Hopefully we won't have to wait to long to see Ben and Jessa wedding to be shown on tv when it has happen.

  15. I agree... wish it was more up to date!!!! So I'm guessing the baby episode in March 2015 will probably end next years season and start the season with Jessa's wedding. Love the show but wish it was a little more real time!

  16. It seem like forever ago, i REALLY hope we dont have to wait till the end of next season for Jessas. The thrill is kinda gone, to bad cause i have been with them since day one.

  17. It should have been shown before the season started on a two hour special. People start to loose interest when you wait too long after the actual Wedding date to show it. Will be glad to see it but now we will soon be seeing Jill ' s Wedding and Jessa's is less than a week away by the time we see it. Not very good timing. TLC can't you do better than that?? How about a two hour special to see Jessa's Wedding before the end of the year??

  18. The moment I was waiting for was back in July, sorry to say. After weeks of previews of the previews, my enthusiasm is reduced to catching the rerun later in the week or on Demand when time permits. But I am happy for this couple. They really do seem like they were made for one another. May they have many years of wedded bliss.

  19. Just something I have been curious about. I know Jill and Derick saved Their first kiss for their wedding day, but has Derick ever dated or kissed prior to Jill?

    1. No. They were each other's first everything :)

  20. By the time they show Jessa's wedding, Jill and Derrick will have three children and Jessa and Ben will have four.

  21. As much as I want to see the wedding, I'm glad that TLC 'dragged it out' as long as they did. If they'd aired it the first week, I feel like people would complain about not getting to see any wedding prep. Really happy with this season, can't wait for another!
Also, thanks Lily & Ellie for keeping this blog - I live in Australia & don't get to see new episodes/updates as often. :D

  22. Wow praise the Lord for this couple i shouldn't be to supprize about their LOVE story!!! That's what happen when JESUS IS AT THE CENTRE ,,, He amazes all to prove the world that He is faithful to all his promises and I know He is smiling over Jill and Derick Dollard

  25. I am no longer excited for the wedding. She is pregnant and due soon. Thanks TLC for taking the joy right out of it! Most of us are disgusted.

  26. I'll just have to look away when the camera pans to mom and dad, because I can't see them cry..We have two little girls and cannot imagine what it will be like for them to marry - what a big change..gives you a big lump in the throat just thinking about it...

  27. I'm so bugged at TLC for dragging this out! The other night while watched my recording, there was a block of commercials ten minutes long, followed by five minutes of show. I was just glad I could ff through them!! SO excited for the wedding!

    ReplyDelete
  28. What's the point? She's halfway through her pregnancy--almost. Way too dragged out. Poor timing TLC!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Yes--thank goodness for DVR and the ability to fast forward through some super awful, unwholesome commercials!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Excited for the wedding but TLC dragged it out too long. Will we have to wait until January to see Jessa`s wedding? Are they going to make such a big deal about hers?

    ReplyDelete
  31. I can't believe all the fussy comments! I love this wonderful family and was hoping that they would take their time and show all the wonderful details of the wedding planning! And - A TWO HOUR SPECIAL!!! Oh my goodness, I can't wait!!!! Praying for you, Derick and Jill and baby Dilly, and Jessa and Ben as your approach your wedding day! Love Y'all!

  35. Was expecting to see the wedding the finale tomorrow nite Oct 21st ,but not read I just read it isnt til next week holy cow...I was so excited waiting for tomorrow now to hear we all have to wait another week to watch the wedding.. so upsetting to see how the wedding episode has been really dragged out all summer long.. now we are into the fall season...will jessa and bens engagement and wedding date be revealed on tomorrows show?

    ReplyDelete
  36. I don't think this is the season finale. Also, in the UK, we in the U.S. had to wait a long time to see things. You'll see it in due time. Try to be patient. Also, I know here Amazon and iTunes posts the episodes soon after they air. I'm not sure if you can access them in the UK, though.

  37. Please, somebody, post this to YouTube. I don't have cable, and I am very much wanting to see Jill's and Derick's wedding. I have been watching The Duggars for years (when I used to have cable and via YouTube). I've also been following this wonderful blog for years. I am so excited for all that is happening with The Duggars. May God bless you all. In Christ, Kristin.

  38. for those that have cable access, tlc is showing some of the older shows today. i dont believe there was youtube access to them since we couldnt access them from this blog. at 8:00 am, 'duggars dinner party' (orig, air date 9/18/12) and at 8:30 'busy duggars' (9/25/12). then at 1:00 pm, 'duggars down the aisle' (8/28/12) and 8:00 & 8:30 shows repeated at 2:00 & 2:30 pm
if you've missed any of the new ones, this season's shows start at 6:00 pm with 'duggar girls go glam'

  39. Repeating what someone posted previously, I really hope TLC gets wind of all our comments of a slow, lackluster, disappointing season.Let's pray they do something about it or i fear a major drop in ratings and a cancellation soon after. Sincerely, A disgruntled fan.

  40. Hi Readers,

TLC has not yet decided on an air date for Jessa's wedding, but we sent them the feedback we have received from all of you regarding the show. :)

    Blessings,
    Lily and Ellie

  41. Thank you Lily and Ellie for sending feedback to TLC, I agree a lot of anticipation has dwindled since we have seen lots of pictures and I am more excited for the baby and Jessa and Ben's wedding, I really hope they do not do the same thing! After all Jessa's wedding is less then 2 weeks away and we have barely heard a peep about that!
They did show the son on Little People Big Worlds wedding immediately after it took place, and I bet 19 Kids and Counting have a bigger fan base!!
Thank you two for the great blog!

  42. So cross with TLC right now. This season has been dragged on for far too long. And even the seasons themselves are waaay too short. They didn't beat around the bush this much with josh and Anna's wedding that I can remember. Or even Jimbob and Michelle's vowel renewal. I've sent them an email venting my frustration. Which of course will probably be ignored. They could of covered all this in a 1 to two hour special. And recorded the show as normal otherwise. What a waste of a season. :-(

    ReplyDelete
  43. Yes, I agree that TLC shouldn't take as long this time to show Jessa's wedding (that is, if it's getting aired) as they have to show Jill's. I did like seeing wedding prep though, but it's been 4 ,months since they were married..... Thank you Lily and Ellie for being patient with everyone. I'm sure your job isn't easy....Blessings to ya'll!!

  44. I can't wait.the family is going to grow...more memories to build and grandkids to come...love the show and the real life it gives.the family deffantly has true blessing

  45. wow, lily & ellie! that was awesome of you to forward tlc the comments! i hope they take the comments into consideration when deciding on an air date for ben & jessa's wedding. personally, i think they would have gotten a lot more viewers if they had aired the wedding shortly after. tlc will have the 'followers' viewing, but they certainly lost the 'curious' viewers.

  46. Just found out they are having a boy!! SO EXCITING!

    ReplyDelete
  47. We can't wait, but why did you wait so long to air it? Another Duggar wedding is happening in a few weeks.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Interesting to see all of the comments regarding TLC....I understand they have to bring ratings....but there is a line to cross as to how long they d-r-a-g a topic. Thank you Ellie and Lily for addressing TLC on this matter. We are tired of the ads for their pathetic programming like Long Island Medium, and the dude with 5 wives....extreme cheapskates, extreme hoarding, seriously, the Duggars are sandwiched in amongst these ungodly shows.....how sad that such a great family has to be in the midst of trash like Honey Boo Boo and Breaking Amish....seriously, who are the masterminds behind this network? In fact the Duggars are the only good thing on this network!

  49. YAY YAY YAY! Can't wait to buy it!! SO glad it's 2hrs, not just 1!!! Also, I hope they have something about Baby Dilly and Ben & Jessa's engagement before the end of the season, as by the time the next season airs, Baby Boy Dilly will have been born and B+J's wedding will have happened quite a fews months prior! :) I had kinda expected this to be the finale, but hope I was wrong as I believe you said the show runs through Nov.? : ) Thanks for this blog!

  50. This is a great family, but I agree with most of the people. The wedding shenanigans have been drawn out way to long. The family is big enough that there should be plenty of exciting stories - not just this. TLC messed up and needs help in this area. We should have seen Jill and Derick's wedding a month ago and already focusing on Ben and Jessa's. If TLC doesn't air Ben and Jessa's wedding by the end of November, they will lose many more viewers. Trust me, they have already lost plenty. Congrats to Jill and Derick, but get it together, TLC. Don't make the same mistake again, or you will totally ruin it. Long, drawn-out, boring shows = loss of viewers. Loss of viewers = No show...

  51. I think TLC wanted to be as close to reality as possible. Weddings don't happen overnight, so they wanted to show it as close to reality as possible. And it took them almost 3 months to plan (they got engaged March 29, 2014 and got married on June 21, 2014) what we are seeing in about 12 episodes. So I personally am glad we saw all the preparations.

  53. According to the info on my Dish network schedule, it does not say Season Finale under the showing of Jill's wedding. It won't let me see beyond Oct 31, so we will see if there are any more programs into November. We just have to be patient.

  54. Hi Readers,

YouTube/TLC have begun actively removing the newest episodes from YouTube soon after they are posted, and TLC recently asked us not to post the links to those episodes. (We are not the ones who upload the episodes to YouTube; that is done by other viewers.) The episodes are available for purchase for $1.99 each on iTunes and Amazon.

    Thanks for understanding. :)

  55. Lily and Ellie,
Have they said anything about Jessa's wedding? It has been fun seeing some planning for Jill's but I really hope we do not have to wait a whole year for Jessa's if the fall is when their season is shown, but that time Jessa and Ben might be parents too! Honestly I am so excited to see all the dresses for this wedding! I am praying for a special for this wedding!
