  2. Anna and the Duggar famiky. I know how embarassed your family must be to have the intimate details of your lives come to light. I am so sorry that your sorrow was made public and I am praying for your family. I am especially praying for you Anna.

    1. Think of how unwise it is to even HAVE intimate details that could be discovered. Or to think that those details would never BE discovered. Kind of a sign that you're not managing your life properly in the first place, don't you think?

    2. Agree completely but their choice to stay in front of the cameras keeps the details of their lives front and center. It's so hard to understand why they want to live these issues out in front of a hostile public.

  3. There are going to be some good episodes. The title bugs me and I want J & M in it plus all the boys and girls. TLC should give up the trauma and broken home tone. They are still the same great family and just as wholesome, I hope they bring back the family atmosphere and tone soon!

    1. Amen I second this!!

    2. I totally agree with you. They exclude some of the family members but it wasn't like it was THEIR fault that Josh did all those bad things. Everyone's been chewing up the family for what Josh did. It's not their fault.

  4. I wish people would leave Jana alone about getting married. She looked to me like she is pretty sick of hearing that question!

    1. I agree! Jana may not want to get married right now. You don't have to get married by the time your 20!!
And why is nobody asking about John or Joseph. Only the girls?

    2. Maybe that's why she doesn't want to get married. Once she starts courting, the tabloids are most likely going to exploit her!

  5. That "girl's night" or whatever that is is sooooo staged by TLC.

    2. Their entire TV show is soooo staged by TLC!

    1. They have not even been gone for a consistent 6 months. They are in their 20's with a paycheck from their TV show. They only have one child and are living in a nice home with nice facilities compared to most "missionaries". Don't understand why you think they should come home due to looking tired.

    2. When I'm looking tired I put on an extra coat of mascara, some berry colored lipstick, and a splash of Chanel 5 perfume. Ready to face the day refreshed:)

  7. So glad to see you all come back on air. Would like to tell Jana as I am the oldest sister as well and my sister got married before me, to hold on. God has someone wonderful for you too. Matthew 6:33.

    1. Some are called to remain single. Nothing bad about that! You never know what the future will bring.

  8. when will this be showing in England please let us know the peeps in the UK want to watch too

  9. I have a feeling Joy Anna is the one who will have some news for us, in terms of courtships... If you watch all the preview videos I think you can see a different vibe from her: more mature, more womanly. Earlier she was a girl who said she wasn't ready or interested in guys, now she sheems changed and more mature.

  10. I really hope TLC will upload this season for us to watch for free, as well!! Or that someone will upload them to Youtube, like the old 19 Kids and Counting ones!

  11. This is about the only positive place on the internet to talk about the Duggar family. Thank YOU Lily and Ellie.

  13. Can't wait to see!!!! I am thinking maybe Jinger is in a courtship to do her saying " she'd rather not answer that question" ;) Could it be Lawson Bates??? Or another close friend of the Duggars???........And boy what a project to build a treehouse.:)

  14. Aww! Being a mom IS a 24/7 thing! I'm sure she has lots of help from her sisters. And more help than most first time moms. Jana is always to the rescue so I don't want to hear how hard being a new mom is in that family....her husband took a break from school to help out and with him working for Jimbob he is always close by....

    1. I agree. How does she think other mothers manage? There are millions who have it far "worse" than she does.

    2. Hallelujah!! It makes my skin crawl when these girls say how hard it is to take of a newborn. They all have an abundance of help as well as stay at home husbands. Not an ounce of empathy from me!

    3. C'mon now Jessa. You still have 14 more sons to go!!

    4. You guys are beyond rude! I don't care how much help you have. Being a first time mom is hard!

      Delete
    5. I think it's hard no matter your situation. I don't think Jessa was complaining or in any way trying to say it is harder for her than others. I don't see any reason to take it personally or withhold empathy or compassion.

    6. The hardest part for them is keeping the babies safe, either from falling or from a multitude of other things.

  15. Joy-Anna is too young to be courting! She is only a teenager! Most of the time courting leads to marriage. I know there is a rumor about Joy-Anna and a Bates brother. I wonder if that's it.

    1. Yeah, but by Duggar standards she's not too young, she's like 18 and a half, and they let Josiah date Marjorie when she was 17.

      Delete
    2. Probably just that..a rumor.

      Delete
    3. Completely agree!

      Delete
    4. Like you said, it's just a rumor. I guess we'll have to just wait and see how it turns out in the end.

    5. These folks get married young.

      Delete
    6. Yep, get married young, pop out a baby every year, and populate the land with future voters who will vote like their parents and grandparents do. If you can't beat 'em, outnumber 'em!

  16. Happy Birthday to Derick Dillard. Since today is March 9 and it's Derrick birthday.

  17. Did no one catch Jana's hand motion towards John David when asked who they thought would be the next in a courtship? I think John David is seeing someone. :) so exciting!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Oh!!! I had to watch the clip again. I saw it!!!!! It looks like Jana is pointing to john David!!!! OR it was kindof a circle motion towards the end. Maybe suggesting more than 1 courtship???

  18. Joy Anna is a joy! I hope she looks before she leaps if she is thinking of doing big things.

  20. Just love that little Israel! I had no help at all with my three kids. I can't recall their dad EVER changing a diaper. I was only 18 when my first baby was born. Far too young. But, my kids were beautiful inside and out.
