Mama Carmen's

While in Arkansas visiting the Duggars this week, we (Lily and Ellie) accompanied Jana, Jill, Jessa, and Jinger Duggar to their interview with Brad Reed on Fox 24 News Edge (video embedded below).

After the interview, we headed to Mama Carmen's for refreshments (White Chocolate Smoothies, Italian Creme Sodas, and Latte Mochas). Mama Carmen's is a coffee shop in Fayetteville that was featured on 19 Kids and Counting "Coffee and Caricatures."  Purchases made at Mama Carmen's benefit an orphanage in Guatemala.

  3. I guess when in a very large family there is a tendency to compete for attention and to be heard, that makes some of these interviews less than pleasant to watch and listen to.

    Hi Jessie,

We link to the episodes once they are uploaded to YouTube, but we aren't the ones who upload them. Sometimes they are up within a few days, but other times it takes a few months, and not all of the episodes make it to YouTube.

There is not really anything in this interview that is not also the usual order of talking or what is said in all the other interviews.

  8. I would like to know what church Mama Carmen is associated with or is there any church association? I believe most people in Guatemala are Roman Catholic. Is this a Roman Catholic charity or Baptist, Ellie and Lily?

  11. @AnonymousAs long as all you do is to the glory of God. And the Duggar Family show us how it should be done with grace and humbleness.1 Corinthians 10:31 So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

  12. Who exalts self will be humbled and who humbles self will be exalted, it gets confusing as to if or not people are then humble or not. God knows. I think the Duggars are humble and that they are liked by so many people that it seems like they are exalting themselves but really they are just popular. It must be quite hard on them to keep up to their demanding admirers demands to know what is going on in their lives but they have tried and now that is making them even more known and liked.
