Video: Duggars Sing in Branson

Enjoy this video--sent by one of our fabulous followers--of the younger Duggars singing "I've Been Redeemed" at Branson's Little Opry Theatre. This was filmed on the same day and at the same location as cousin Amy Duggar's performance in "Music with the Duggars."

  1. Having the Duggar kids sing during the same set as Amy seems to diminish Amy a bit. Too bad the whole set didn't just include Amy so she could shine alone.

  8. I agree that it is unfair to Amy! Also, the kids all have lovely voices, but they are all shouting, if they sang more gently it would be beautiful.

  12. I haven't seen this episode of the show, so I don't know any details of how or why any of them were asked to sing. Were Jim Bob and his family asked to sing first, or was Amy? Were they both asked at the same time?

Whatever the situation may be, I would be surprised if Amy resented sharing this opportunity with them. After all, they have graciously included her in their show for many years.

    Hi Sandy,

We do not have a clip of Amy, but you can hear a sample of her singing on her website (AmyDuggar.com).

  14. Hello Lily and Ellie, I don't know where to ask you that, I have read on the Bates web that they have done a previous one hour show for abc. Here is the question, Is there any way to watch it on the internet, since I am in Spain?
    Thank you so much

  16. Okay, the comments here about AMY are just weird! I agree with Lisa G - the Duggars are fabulous people all around, and they would never do anything to hurt anyone else, including being supposedly insensitive to Amy. For Pete's SAKE. It didn't diminish her act at all. Looks like the gig showcased the talent within the whole family. There's nothing wrong with that. Each brought something different to the table.

Loved the vid. Thanks for sharing!
