New 'Counting On' Promo Video

Counting On Season two premieres in six days! All the excitement starts next Tuesday, August 23, at 8pm ET/7pm CT on TLC.

The network has a lot in store for us, including plenty of exciting footage on Jinger Duggar's courtship and engagement to Jeremy Vuolo.

And you'll be thrilled to hear that this season's storyline will involve more than just the Duggar siblings. We will see Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, as well! (For those who wish to start rumors, sources from TLC have confirmed multiple times that Josh Duggar will not appear on any future programming.)

Check out this promo video...

  3. So happy for Jinger and Jeremy!!

  4. That's a bit passive-aggressive Lily/Ellie. Address rumours when people bring them up, not in a statement like that on a FAN blog. Not impressed.

  5. Will be so good to see all of you once again. Have really missed you.

  9. The only part of the videos you post that plays is the beginning commercial. Then it just freezes. Every time.

  11. I think it's a little unkind to throw that jab at people who are worried about Josh appearing on the show. After all, TLC has misled viewers in the past, so it's not unreasonable to think they might do so again

    1. Just put yourself in their shoes...how would you like to run a blog about your friends and consistently have people ridicule insult, judge and leave crass, uncouth, untrue remarks? It would have to get pretty tiresome and insulting know matter how professional you may have to be...they are truly loyal to their friends and I think they have a mountain of patience with the trolls/nonfans who visit their site.Thank you Lily and Ellie for your devotion and dedication you gift us fans with😉Blessings🕇

  15. It is not up to people who watch and follow the show to decide who should be on or off the show. Not one person who complains is innocent by any means. Everyone has skeletons in their closets and in things going on in their lives. All you complainers already caused trauma to this family. And what happened is nobody's business but the families. Shame on all of you complainers. Anna I am sorry that monsters are making life hard for you by getting in your and Josh's business and I am sorry to the whole family that monsters complain and judge and put their noses is other families business and surely don't care about their own families if they have all that time and energy to be on the computer complain about things that are none of their business.

    1. Yes it is. No viewers equals bad ratings which equals cancelled show. That's how it works.

    2. I have no skeletons in my closet, or "things" going on in my life, like everyone else apparently has. Where did I go wrong???

    3. I know, 12:24 Anon. That's probably why TLC hasn't called me for a new reality show either. My life is way too boring for TV!

  16. "For those who wish to start rumors . . ." Haha, sadly true that there are people with that mindset. So glad that their parents will be included. The show just wasn't the same without them.

  20. Love the duggars all of them and that includes josh he made some bad choices but the devil did not prevail god/Jesus won and I do not think people should boycott him non of use are perfect.

  21. I'm looking forward and hope the season is centered around the older siblings. It's great to see the younger children but being further from the camera helps provide a more typical up bringing the older kid's didn't always experience.
It's nice to see the parents but I hope the focus is on their adult kids.

  22. Well I'm not happy to see the whole family. They have a lot to atone for. They should be spending this time away from cameras.

  23. Time for the WHOLE family to come back....Jim Bob and Michelle are the head of this clan and add so much wisdom and good to the show

  24. Thanks for the promo video. I have a question. How can we Europeans watch the new episodes?

  25. I can't wait to watch. I am really excited for Jinger and Jeremy. I wonder will Anna be on this season.

    1. Anna's busy working on strengthening and renewing her marriage, remember? Too busy to bother with film crews, I'm sure.

  26. I have a couple of questions I'm genuinely curious about. I'm not asking in a rude meaning way incase some readers take it wrong. Why does Ben tend to work with people that are somewhat well known or 'famous'? How about working with local people in the community? And I'm going by what it says above that he is working with ex- NFL Players. Now if he is working with the local community adults to get a football camp going it doesn't say. So don't shoot me down. I'm just curious. Also, are the modest swimsuits the girls used to wear no longer something they wear in the pool? Again just curious! Thank you

  27. FANBOYING FOR A WHOLE MINUTE HERE IN ECUADOR! I can't scream and shout right now, because my sister is cat sitting/cat napping.

  28. You say the network has plenty of footage to show us? I sure hope so! Hoping its Not like last season and how TLC kept repeating the same footage over and over. TLC have you been taking the advice of the Dugga fans? We will see!! :-)

    1. Hope TLC took some Q's from the US network they sure know how to manage time we'll spent with new footage and without all the rehashing after and before every commercial break. They cram more in a half hour show than TLC does in an hour...and the quality of material and even the questions they ask are more of what the fans want to hear.Lets hope it's improved on that front at least. However, I love both families equally😊

  29. It will be nice to see everyone. I'm happy for Jinger! I hope it doesn't disappoint Jana too much as she is the eldest sister

  30. I think Josh Duggar not being inluded in future episodes is totally ridiculous. He made a mistake, he's attempting to earn back trust. Just because he comes from a Christian family doesn't change the fact that he is still a human being who is trying to make things right. I think it's only fair he be given a second chance to prove himself. I would really love to see him in future episodes.

    1. Couldn't agree with you more! All you people who profess to follow Jesus really need to read what He says about sin, not just sexual sin all sin, then you might be more humble.

    2. TLC didn't make an emotional decision. He broke his contract due to his personal choices. I don't know of to many employer's that would rehire someone they terminated. Josh is currently in a law suit for using someone's identity online. Can't see a network wanting to be involved with that. It's all business.

    3. Being on TV again may not be the best thing for Josh himself. He needs time to heal away from the cameras.

      Delete
    4. 1. What all he did classifies as more than "a mistake."
      2. He can have a "second chance" without being on television.

      Delete
    5. I agree. But I do find it strange that everyone forgives him for what he did to his sister's but not for cheating?! I thought the first one was way worse..but just my opinion

    6. It's not a human right to be on tv.

    7. Wait which mistake are you talking about?

    8. I agree with Anon 9:28PM

  31. I think for his own sake, Anna's sake and his precious children Josh should stay off television and off social media for a long time. There is no good reason why (other than money and that's not a good reason) he should return to television. If he has changed, that's great, but it's between him and God. He has a family to raise and that should take all his time. Keep your life private, Josh!

  32. Thank goodness Josh is not going to be on the show. I wish Jim Bob and Michelle were not going to be on it either. I'd rather just see the 18 children.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I'm glad to see TLC letting the family back on TV.

    ReplyDelete
  34. So nice to see JimBob, I really miss the head honch of the household, the rest are sorely missed too.CANT WAIT FOR THE SHOW🤗

  35. I'm so very glad that we'll see Michelle and Jim Bob again!! I was so disapponted that they weren't really a part of the last episodes. They are such an amazing couple with so much wisdom. The show just wasn't the same without them and I think everyone knows it too.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I wish TLC would just bring back 19 kids and counting! And Josh and Anna also!maybe many who are going thru the same thing could benefit from seeing their life

    ReplyDelete
  37. I thought I read that Anna wasn't going to be in this season but I could've swore I heard her voice in the promo, on the baby proofing the house part. I hope she is!!

    ReplyDelete
  38. I'm glad to see the Duggar parents will be back on the show, but I think it would be way to soon to bring Josh back. He needs considerable time to form new habits and develop the spiritual, emotional, and day to day skills necessary to put his past addictions behind him and form a new healthy lifestyle. It cant be done in a year. It will take many years for this kind of healing to take place. But someday, if all goes well, yes, it would be nice to see Josh back on the show again.

    1. If Josh is truly able to humble himself and turn his life around with God's help, he could have a wonderful ministry to men who are struggling with some of these issues, even prisoners.

  39. I'm excited to see the adult duggars again. I hope Grandma Mary makes an appearance! I really don't like what Josh did, but I don't hate him. This world is full of so much hate, I won't allow it in my heart.I don't think he should be on tv though because I think he needs to mend his family and marriage. Cameras have to get in the way of that. Yes I'm very curious to know how he and Anna are doing. She is so sweet and her strength is inspiring. But it's not like I as a fan have a right to know! It's none of my business really, but I do wish their family well.
