"18 Kids and Counting" Giveaway!

Everyone loves giveaways! Enter to win the complete second season of 18 Kids and Counting on DVD! With over seven hours of family-friendly episodes (including two bonus specials), this three-disc set will provide entertainment for all ages!

    I think I remember reading about Mr. Duggar when he was in his state government. I forget exactly. The first time I heard about the show was maybe four or five years ago, from one our youth group kids who watched the specials.

    I first heard about the Duggars in 2005. My dad emailed me an article about them when Johannah (their 16th!) was born. I've loved them ever since!

    I watched 14 Kids and Counting on Discovery Home and Health about 7 years ago when Michelle gave birth to Jackson.I just found that your expecting 20th child so Congratulations.I think you will have a boy this time.

    Rita W. I have watched the Duggars since they first came on television and have enjoyed them so much that I never even miss a rerun. I subscribe to email updates and even cook their recipes. I cant buy the dvds or books as I am disabled and on a limited income but would if I could. I would even buy a tshirt that says Duggar and it would be hard to change. Why do I love the Duggars so much? Its because children are a blessing from God and they have really been blessed and their family is such an inspritation to us all and I love to watch a loving family. Rita W.

    I've known about the amazingly lovely Duggar family since season 1 i think when it was just 17 kids and counting, my mum found it. i only started watching very regularly in May this year (via youtube).

    I've known about the Duggars since Jim Bob ran for Senate in Arkansas. Our family lives in Arkansas and our local news station (KATV Ch 7 in Little Rock) did a story on this lovely family with a lot of children whose father was running for Senate. I thought they were so nice and such a great family, that I researched and agreed with Jim Bob's political beliefs and voted in the primary for him. (He didn't win the nomination)

    I then saw the special on them a year or two later and have even met Mrs. Duggar once.

    I first heard of Jim Bob and Michelle, when Jim Bob was running for the Arkansas Senate and Michelle had just had Justin. I remember reading the news article about this family that was excited about number #14 and would still welcome #15 if the Lord so blessed them. The reporter was surprised that Michelle would be entertaining the thought of "more" having just gone through labor. ;)

    It never ceases to amaze me that the world continues to be aghast and surprised (and often disgusted) that anyone would have more than the "allowed" two children (or maybe three, if the first two were the same gender).

    Here in Australia The Duggars are not as well known. I found them through the internet about 4-5 years ago. I ordered their book 1st first book online as you couldn't get it here. We also don't have their dvd's for sale. so it would be great to have one. Thanks=) Bec

    I remember seeing the first special they had. After that we did not have cable for a few years, so I did not see them again until last year. I have enjoyed seeing their new programs as well as the re-runs since they are new to me. This family is such a wonderful blessing.
