Michelle Duggar Greets Saipan

  2. Is this in the Duggar household??? Do they not make their own laundry detergent anymore?? It seems like they are splurging a bit more these days like for clothes for the girls I wonder if they are still sticking to buying used and saving the difference???

  3. Seemed kind of lacking in point....I think Michelle could have said more.

  5. Interesting, I never heard of Sapain before. I also say hi to friends in Sapain!
(Maybe with all the busy activity for Jill's wedding the Duggars some how are using some store bought laundry detergents and clothes softening sheets.)

  14. I will say a friend of mine made (makes) her own laundry detergent but uses the old 'store bought' containers to pour from instead of dipping into a 5 gallon buckets . . . . but I'll say, "if you coupon, you can get detergent cheap and especially if you don't stick with just one brand!"

  15. @Anonymous- They aren't poor anymore, so I don't think it is a financial necessity to buy only thrift store clothes, or be super frugal on laundry detergent. I'm sure they're still frugal in many ways.

  16. Saipan is actually one of the islands that make up the Northern Mariana Islands. It's near Guam in the pacific.

  19. @ everyone who is talking about the laundry detergent - the duggars have to have so,etching to keep their own detergent in. These bottles could just be used to hold their own detergent that they made and please give them a break with the slacking in the money department. They have worked hard to get to the financial status they are at now.

  20. Also about it being in the laundry room that could've been one of the quiet places in their house at the time they do have 19 kids!
