Branson Benefit Photos

On November 16th, the Duggars performed at the benefit concert for their dear friend Linda Koenig, mother of the vocal group Twice Adopted. Linda passed away unexpectedly in July, and the proceeds from the concert were given to the Koenigs to help cover the hospital and funeral expenses they have incurred.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar attended the event with 15 of their children (all but Josh, John, Jill, and Jessa). Scroll through these photos:

I would like to know if it's possible to speak to the Duggar girls over e-mail. I have a private question to ask them and want to know if there is any way to speak to them.

  7. It seems like John David often is off doing other things even though he is not married, but the girls are always around and lending a hand. Do Jana and Jinger ever get some "big girl" time of their own, too?

  11. The death of Mrs. Koenig brought tears to me and my husbands eyes. Although we never had the pleasure of meeting her, I have followed her family's story for years. She and her husbands couregous rescue of all those poor children inspired me and me husband to put all of our faith in Christ, and start our own adoption journey. Four years ago, we brought home one yr old Ruby from China. 1 and a half years ago we brought home six yr old Ava and eight year old Faith from Uzbekistan. Five months ago we brought home twelve year old Emma, fifteen year old Stella, and seventeen yr old Audrey from India. (we also have four bio kids). It has been a challenge putting our adopted girls on the straight and narrow path, but the example of the Koenig family, and the Love of The Lord has been a beacon of light in these troubling times. Thank you so much Lilly and Ellie for spreading the word about the good word the Koenigs and Duggars have done! God bless you!!!

  17. Why do the little Duggar girls always wear black when they are performing?

  18. I was wondering if the married females still need an accountability partner and are allowed to go out by themselves after they are married? It seems that Michelle always takes someone with her wherever she goes. Why?

  19. I saw Twice Adopted over 4 years ago. They performed during breakfast time at a hotel I was staying at in Branson. I remember briefly talking with the mother. I am sad to see that she passed away.

    Hi Lili,

The Duggars take frequent trips to Branson, as they enjoy visiting Silver Dollar City. Right now, it doesn't look like they have any scheduled appearances in Branson in 2015, but if any come up, we will post the details to our Appearances page (http://www.duggarfamilyblog.com/p/appearances.html).

  24. I enjoy watching this family. They are very different and I don't think I could live like that, but they always seem to be doing something for someone, as well as earning their own livings. I would like to hear more of Jinger. What are her plans for her future. I did hear that she wanted to go to University but did not go, at least not yet. The parents are very reluctant to "Let Go". The 2 new husbands, do they have families of their own? They are always with the Duggars. I do have one opinion though. I think Jim Bob and Michele should back off from their children's private lives. Its so creepy having parents along on dates etc. I think Anna has the right idea, sj\he and Josh are a long way from the Family and live their own life, which is so much more healthy.
