  1. Where's Felicity? Under all that stuff in the back seat?

    1. She is the middle seat in the green/black car seat (rearfacing). You can see her in the mirror.

    2. Probably someone is watching her while they are moving.

    3. Ha,ha,that's what I thought also at first but then I noticed the car is a seven seater,Felicity must be at the back, maybe there wasn't enough room at the back for the boxes so they exchanged Felicity's place for the boxes.

    4. If you zoom in the picture, her green car seat is right there in between them in the back.

    5. Not trying to be a jerk here, just concerned and not sure people are aware. There's been a lot of car safety information in the news lately that the middle seat of the backseat is the worst place you can put your infant/toddler seat. Just thought someone should let the readers, viewers, and the Duggar couples know.

    6. I thought the front passenger seat was the worst place for a baby car seat.

    7. Anon 10:29. I wouldn't get too concerned. This is a "photo op" picture. I doubt they actually drove like this.

    8. Back seat in the center is actually safer. The closest you can get to the middle of the vehicle's inner space the better.

    9. 11:08, that's what I thought too. I was surprised to see the comment to the contrary.

    10. The middle of the back seat is the safest place, provided the seat is securely anchored.

  3. Too bad, I wish they started a week earlier! :)

  4. Maybe they will have enough episodes to go up to Joy's delivery in mid August.

    1. I agree, Yes I would like to see her delivery. That would be great! Natasha B

    2. I doubt they'll do Joy giving birth this season. They have plenty of birth footage from all the other babies to show. That should fill an entire season.

      Delete
    3. By the time Joy's baby is born they will still have to announce the pregnancy on the show,we still have to see the birth announcement, gender reveal and birth episodes of the November born babies,we will see Joy and Jinger's birth announcements in the next season, you know they are always so far behind, but we still watch it as we want all the details.

    4. Anon 2:19. With all due respect how many more "details" of women giving birth do you want to see?

      Delete
    5. After going through a stillbirth last summer, this birth experience could be even more vulnerable. I really doubt that she would opt to have her labor and delivery shown.

      Delete
    6. @2:19- I have no desire to have “all the details” of other women’s childbirth experiences. The Duggars’ focus on this topic is redundant, IMO. It’s just an another attention getting ploy. Their poor kids sacrifice their privacy from the very first ultrasound.

    7. Anon 6:00. I agree with you. But how else can these young people pay for these babies if they don't give birth on the TV show?

      Delete
    8. 8:10- Well, there’s always the old standby that regular folks have to do- get a regular job!

  5. Do you know why ?

    1. This change is most likely because, they bumped the June 9th, new episode of Outdaughtered, for the first night, of Oprah's "What to Do About Racism" Special. Thus, it will now, take an extra weeks, for the current season of Outdaughtered, to vacate the time slot, which Counting On, will be airing in.

    2. Oprah...ugh...

    3. What would Oprah know? Shes more privileged than any white person I know..lol

    4. For 8:41 - ain't that the truth about Oprah! You said it! I agree!

    5. Hear, hear about Oprah!

  6. I hope they will reflect something new there. Fro the previews, it's all old season stuff.

    1. Me too.they showing births and the babies are already a year old .jinger has been in Cali for a while and they showing that..they should show most recent events that they been up to.

  7. I was wondering if there were any new footage to show besides what was showing on the preview video?

  8. Excited to watch Counting On,show new stuff,no repeats please.

    1. Good luck with that. I have no doubt they'll revisit all the births that have occurred last year.

    2. I doubt anything we haven’t seen/heard will be in these episodes! I think I’ll take a pass.

  9. The phrase “hop on here” really annoys me!

    1. Me too....I wonder if they realize how often they say it😆

      Delete
    2. Who is saying it and what are they referring to?

    3. Me too. It’s so annoying.

  10. Dear Michael: I hope that you are having, a fantastic 9th Birthday!!!!

  11. I think for the Counting On to have over the top ratings; JimBob needs to get Jana married fast!!!

    ReplyDelete

    1. I think if Jana moved out, got her own place and a job, that would be a ratings hit no wedding could match. I'd tune in for that before another wedding, that's for sure!

      Delete
    2. What if Jana doesn't want to get married?

      Delete
    3. Yeah. That is a tall order though. He's been trying to market her for years.

      Delete
    4. I agree with 3:15. That would be awesome!

      Delete
    5. Agree, without a wedding for Jana or her own apartment, Counting On will continue to repeat courtship, engagement, wedding, baby until it gets cancelled!

      Delete
    6. I agree, the success of this show falls on Jana’s shoulders. The repetitive content has gotten old and dull. The younger kids aren’t that interesting and only Jessa seems to be in good standing with TLC/her parents.

      Delete
    7. @3:15-I believe in order for Jana to move out she is “required” to be married. So, if she does not want to marry it means she is living with her parents forever! I think the Maxwells have an older unmarried daughter, too.

      Delete
  12. Thank you, exactly maybe Jana doesnt WANT/FEEL THE NEED FOR MARRIAGE! Her father finding her a man man is really BIZZARE TOO.

  13. The very large, religious family of the oldest daughter, Nurie Rodrigues, actually found her a husband after advertising her on the internet. Google it. It’s quite an ad! Maybe the Duggars could do the same for Jana.

    1. That other family hasn't found the farmer they are still looking for, but look what happened with the one you mentioned.

      Delete
    2. Yes, did you know she's marrying ANNA DUGGAR'S BROTHER? The families will finally be related now!

  14. I liked how Jinger’s birth was shown... it was private but we got to see little Lissy after the birth... this was done in good taste... no one wants to see or hear moaning etc with child birth and those home births are a mess... always complications. Sure hope we get to see a lot more of Jinger and Jeremy and Lissy.... tired of seeing Jim Bob and Michelle sending grown married kids on scavenger hunts .... Please give Jinger and Jeremy their own show!!!

    1. Ugh, no thank you. I like J and J in small doses, but they don't need a whole show that revolves around them.

      Delete
    2. Yes, Nurie Rodrigues was “advertised” on the internet by her parents as “ready for marriage” at age 17. Apparently she could cook, sew, keep house, and look after children. And oh yes, she loves Jesus and the Bible too! It worked! Some godly men answered the ad and she’s married off now. Take note, Michelle and Jim Bob. Time to place an ad and find Jana a godly man.

    3. Yeah I know couples who Broke up because having their own show destroyed them

      Delete
    4. I agree. I can bet that’s what Jeremy wants though. I couldn’t handle more than two minutes of him and that’s stretching it. He is a lot to handle.

  15. It would be nice if there was a courtship to break up this monotony of non-stop pregnancies and births. Come on Duggar twins, go a courting.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Is Joy really not going to be on the show for the new season? If so, does anyone know why?

    ReplyDelete

    1. Who knows? The story was that she would not be featured but might appear in group things. This show is boring. It's pretty much "lather, rinse, repeat" now.
