List of Jinger Duggar's Bridesmaids

Happy Saturday to our lovely readers! Many of you have asked for a list of Jinger Duggar's bridesmaids. The sixth oldest Duggar child walked down the aisle with ten gals. Her sisters encouraged her to delegate tasks so she could remain relaxed on her wedding day, and their advice worked; the bride stayed calm throughout the entire process.

Here are the names of the bridal attendants (from left to right) and their relationships to Jinger:

Johannah Duggar (sister of the bride)
Jennifer Hartono (friend of the bride)
*Jennifer was a foreign exchange student from Indonesia who met the Duggars several years ago when her brother connected with John-David and Jana on a mission trip.
Jana Duggar (sister of the bride)
Joy-Anna Duggar (sister of the bride)
Matron of honor Jessa Duggar Seewald (sister of the bride)
Jill Duggar Dillard (sister of the bride)
Anna Duggar (sister-in-law of the bride/wife of brother Josh Duggar)
Kenzie Peters (friend of the bride)
Valerie Vuolo (sister of the groom)
*Jeremy Vuolo has two siblings, best man Charles Vuolo and bridesmaid Valerie Vuolo.

  4. Aren't the Hartonos (plural) living under the Duggar roof?

    1. I agree! Anna has gotten more beautiful since we first me her as an engaged girl.

    2. She really has. She is beautiful. I hope Josh treasures her now.

    3. Please say "woman" instead of "girl." These are adults were are discussing, not little children.

    4. Let's not get offended by every little thing. My mom's in her 80s and still refers to her friends as "girls."

    1. Because there are people who have been asking who the bridesmaids are. They were simply answering a question.

    2. If you want to move on, please.move.on. So, so, so tired of the negativity and tearing down. If you choose to read this blog then by default you are choosing to read the content provided. Your choice is to read or not read, but I'm pretty sure, there is no reader's choice on content. You see, that is the purpose of a blog. For the blogger to provide the content and the reader to read. Honestly I don't know how these fine bloggers put up with all the negativity. I love reading most people's comments but I'm getting to the point I don't want to read them anymore because of folks that just can't refrain from tearing down. It's just so sad. And so infuriating at the same. I want to love you all as I'm supposed to but you just make it so blesssed hard to love you. There, I'm done, LOL. Somehow I feel better for finally getting that out.

  13. Let's discuss how Josh was there, trying to hide himself from the TV camera by holding his son up in front of his face. That and some fancy TLC editing tried to keep him off the show, but it didn't work. He appeared in that episode, breaking the promises that he wouldn't be on the show ever again.

My parents taught me that it's much harder to keep up a deception than it is to live in the truth. If you've lost your contract with TLC and you're not supposed to appear on the show, then why are you where the cameras are, trying your hardest to duck them? It didn't work, and it's deception, not truth.

I am now more disappointed with this family than ever before. They are not being truthful with themselves, let alone us. Fame and fortune have overshadowed common sense and values.

Do others feel this way, too?

    1. No, don't feel that way. Josh has every right to be at his sister's wedding.

      Delete
    2. Yes, he should have been nowhere near TLC's cameras that day. Both TLC and the Duggars should have known that. To hold your son up in front of your face and think that makes everything OK is ridiculous.

      Delete
    3. Why was he there? It's simple. It was his sister's wedding, and his wife was a bridesmaid. He is a part of this family and has a right to participate in family events, more than any TLC crew members actually. They still have a life, a bond together when the cameras are not rolling.

He was not on camera. He did not speak to the camera. He was not shown participating in the preparation for the big day. He was just there as a guest, that's it. Don't forget it's not just a TV show, it's their life and Josh is a part of it, no matter what. That being said, I am not a Josh fan. But they chose to forgive him, and I respect that choice because it's them who have to deal with it, not me. So who am I to judge them?

      Delete
    4. You really expect him to not attend his sister's wedding? If he appeared in the episode, then it was the fault of TLC editors.

      Delete
    5. Yes, I agree with you. The Duggars have not been honest or truthful lately about a lot of things. They seem to be more concerned about their ratings and money.

      Delete
    6. Not at all! What happened, happened and it's time to move on. Stop beating Josh upside the head for something that's at least if not more a year old. People can change.

      Delete
    7. Answer to your question.No....not even a little bit!

      Delete
    8. First it is his sisters wedding. Do you honestly think he would stay at home just because of tlc. No because its family. Tlc made the mistake not the duggar family. Yes he made mistakes did some horrible things. But if his wife children and family can forgive others can to. Tlc should have done better. It was nice he was there to support his sister and watch her get married.

    9. No, I do not feel the same!!!

    10. It was his sisters wedding, why wouldn't he be their. He should have probably just hid better. But he has every right to be at his sisters wedding!

    12. It was his sisters wedding!! I'm sure he stayed away as best he could. Quit being negative. I wish TLC would just let him be back on, do I agree with all he's done, no, but he repented. Time for everyone to move on. If you don't want to see or hear about him DONT read this blog. Let Josh live his life.

Lilly and Ellie thank you so much for having this and your other blogs, I read them everyday.

Let's be kind to one another and not judge.

    13. NO!!!!!!!
It was his sisters wedding, get over it!!!!

If you were "decieved", then don't watch the show.
Keep your nasty comments to yourself.

Lilly and Ellie, thanks so much for this and your other blogs, I love them and read them everyday.

Be kind to one another and don't judge.

    14. Why must you be that way? He was there to watch his sister Jinger walk down the aisle to marry Jeremy Vuolo!!! And if you or any other people got a problem with him being there, well y'all can just take your negative comments about Josh somewhere else!!!

    15. I feel like he was at the wedding because his sister was getting married and his wife was a bridesmaid. I'm sorry if that was confusing for you, but if his sister, the bride, wanted him at her wedding, he should totally have been there.

      Delete
    16. He should have been somewhere far out of camera range, not right up front where he had to hold his kid up to hide himself. That's crazy. TLC should have gone over this with him in advance. If you can't be on the show, then don't be in a place where you might be on the show. You know every show has legal contracts. His is gone with TLC, so he should stay off camera.

      Delete
    17. He should be NOWHERE around TLC cameras!!

  15. I would think that at a largely attended event, like a wedding, it's almost impossible to not have someone appear in a large screen shot. Since this family has personally "forgave" Josh, he had a right to attend his sister's wedding. She "ok'd" him in attendance. So, having said that, Josh hasn't "appeared" on the show...no coverage of him being there, no comments from him, etc. Leave it at that, folks.

  18. I believe that it was Jinger's wedding & if she wanted her brother there she had every right to do that. Cameras or no cameras. Perhaps she was honoring Anna & her children by having him present. Not to mention that it is a true Christian heart that forgives.

    1. It's a true Christian heart that does nothing to make people have to forgive you later, too.

    2. 9:51AM -- The only one who has that Christian heart you're talking about is Jesus. The rest of us are sinners.

    3. Thank you. You are absolutely right. Also, if we never do anything that we have to be forgiven for then we are perfect & what do we need forgiveness for? I for one am far from perfect & have needed forgiveness many times over.

  19. I applaud Jinger and Jeremy for doing exactly what they wanted to do. They couldn't get Jeremy's arm from around Jinger. You need to show affection to each other. But why would Derrick stop and kiss Jill? It wasn't their wedding or spotlight. Am I the only one who felt that way?

    1. No, it doesn't bother me that Josh was at his sister's wedding. I believe it's TLC's job to edit or not film Josh, not Josh's duty to avoid family gatherings, since his family has obviously forgiven him and includes him.

    2. Didn't Josh grab Anna at one of the weddings? It's kind of a goofy move they think is funny to do.

  20. How come this is the first time I've heard about Jeremy having a sister?! Shouldn't she have been in some episodes so far? Or at least mentioned? We saw all of Ben's family before they got married.

    1. Maybe she did not want to be on TV. Not everyone does.

    2. All of Ben's siblings were still living at home when he was courting Jessa, thus why we got to see him. Jeremy lives in TX (I'm pretty sure his sister does not) and that's why we didn't get to meet her pre-wedding.

  21. Dear Lillie and Ellie,

I have so enjoyed this blog for several years. Thank you so very much! These negative comments and trolling have become tiresome. It was so enjoyable to be able to go to a place where I knew I could go to get uplifting news and encouragement without being bombarded by negativity under the guise of "free speech" and "expressing their opinion." Perhaps you could think about filtering those. It would be greatly appreciated by many loyal fans I'm sure.......I know this one would!

    Very respectfully,

    Another Loyal Fan

    1. Ellie DOES filter things! If anything, you should be complaining about how the Duggars have invited controversy to their show and themselves by their own actions in the past years and the present. I don't know how anyone could have a blog about them and not address what has happened, and accept the discussions that are bound to follow.

    2. This blog isn't as interesting to read when only one point of view is featured. Discussions can be interesting, as long as they are not nasty.

  22. But the conversations can be flat out filthy, stupid, and a bit offensive. and THE DUGGARS DO FOLLOW THE BLOG AND READ SOME/MOST BUT NOT ALL OF THE COMMENTS! PEOPLE (HATERS) CLEAN UP YOUR ACT AND LEAVE THE BLOG ALONE!
