"Bringing Up Bates"...9 Days!

We are counting down the days until Bringing Up Bates premiers on UP TV. Bringing Up Bates will follow the lives of Gil and Kelly Bates and their 19 children, long-time friends of the Duggars who live in eastern Tennessee.   2. I have enjoyed 19 Kids and Counting for many years. I liked that fact that they professed their Christian values but did not ram it down anyone's throat. Learning that Josh is doing just that with his DC job dismays me. Leave people alone. Spend your energy and time and money taking care of the serious problems this country faces. Violence is getting worse. And DON'T blame that on gay people unless they are criminals who also happen to be gay. I won't be watching any more and I won't watch the new Bates show either.

  21. I LOVE the Bates, but unfortunately we don't get UP TV, and at least for now they said they won't be putting it on CD or Amazon like the Duggar's show. Too bad! :-( As a side note, in all your spare time (ha!) you could put together a Bates blog too... They have one as well, but sometimes they don't update it much. Just a suggestion.

  27. The first episode is already available On Demand on Verizon Fios! Watching it right now and it's SOOO good! Not sure about other providers, but if you have Fios, check your guide!
