Vuolos at a Soccer Game

LA Galaxy vs. Toronto FC

Since arriving in Los Angeles just a couple weeks ago, the Vuolos have been taking advantage of all that the area has to offer. Last night, Jeremy, a former professional soccer player, and Jinger took Felicity to her first Major League Soccer game. The Los Angeles Galaxy beat the Toronto Football Club (Toronto FC) 2-0 at Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California, a city located inside Los Angeles County.

Vuolos at Grace Community

Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo took a trip to Los Angeles, California, this weekend. They toured the Getty Villa and visited Grace Community, the church of world-renown pastor John MacArthur.

There, they met Pat Daly, North American manager of Banner of Truth. He told Jeremy that he would love to have him at the organization's annual Ministers' Conference, an event held every spring in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, that is focused on enriching pastors and worshiping God. As a former professional soccer player, Jeremy would be a perfect fit for the soccer match that takes place one evening of the conference. But, of course, the soccer match is not the focus of the conference.

The athleticism of former professional soccer player Jeremy Vuolo is rubbing off on Jinger Vuolo. She recently got her first pair of Air Jordans. Hers are Retro 7s.

Jeremy's Soccer Skills

Did you know that Jeremy Vuolo is a former professional soccer player? He ended his athletic career in November 2014 and was ordained into ministry on March 5th, 2016. A few years ago, while he was still playing soccer and long before he had met Jinger Duggar, Jeremy went on a disaster relief mission trip to the Philippines with Thirsty Ground International. Watch him demonstrate ball handling skills to a group of children in the video below.

Jeremy Vuolo Turns 29

Happy Labor Day to our American and Canadian readers, and happy 29th birthday to Jeremy Vuolo!

A Pennsylvania native and former professional soccer player, Jinger Duggar's fiancé pastors a small church in Laredo, Texas. His father, Charles Vuolo, is also a pastor, and his mother, Diana Vuolo, is a professional musician. Jeremy has two older siblings.
