Vuolos Spend Christmas with the Duggars

For the first time in almost a decade, Jinger (Duggar) Vuolo spent Christmas with her family in Arkansas. She and Jeremy made the three-hour flight from Los Angeles with their three children (Felicity Vuolo, Evy Vuolo, and Finn Vuolo). You can hear all the details in their latest podcast episode. As usual, everyone was very hospitable. "That's one of the things about Duggars is you will always have a place to stay," says Jeremy. The Vuolos did spend a few days in a rental home, due to sickness, but they rebounded and ended up making some good memories with their Duggar family relatives.

  1. "As usual, everyone was very hospitable." What? Did you expect them not to be?

  2. Maybe Jinger and Jeremy should rotate back and forth between spending Christmas with the Duggars vs. Jeremy’s family, you know, spend odd-numbered years with the Duggars and even-numbered years with Jeremy’s family.

  3. That “sickness” was the flu. Jinger said that she’s never had a flu shot nor will never get one. She didn’t even want Felicity to take antibiotics for an ear infection, so I highly doubt the kids are vaccinated. Therefore, I don’t feel bad for them at all.

    1. People are dying from the flu this year. It's claimed children's lives. Not giving antibiotics for an ear infection is ridiculous. Does Jinger have more medical knowledge than a doctor? Does she want to gamble with her kids' lives and health? For what? To show that you can find quack "cures" online from crunchy mom influencers?

  4. I guess they prefer getting sick to things like preventative shots and masks. Viruses are a given with that many people and little kids. There are precautions they could take. The two mentioned here are only starters.

    1. @1:53 I've worn a mask in public in public for over 15 years due to medical conditions that are aggravated by the least little virus. I haven't been sick since and never caught covid. Those who say masks don't work can enjoy being sick. I enjoy being safe.

  5. I really enjoyed this podcast video. The description of the Christmas day at the big house was special. It was amazing that Jeremy chose a shirt for Jim Bob that made JB an exact match with the shirt Michelle was wearing!

  6. They can spend Christmas wherever they want they ARE ADULTS NOW. Might want to start their own TRADITIONS.

  7. Probably best they stayed in a rental because even though Jeremy thinks having lots of in-laws means always having a free place, you don't want people around who are sick.

  8. She's not nearly as much on the outs with her parents as Jill is. Jinger's book didn't tell much of anything but Jill's told the truth, yet look who's ostracized.

  9. I read where she wouldn’t let the doctors give Felicity antibiotics for an ear infection such pain for a little child….but she’ll do an epidural for herself. Yes, I know the pain is different, obviously, but women are known to give birth with no medication. So why okay for Jinger and not her daughter?

    1. I thought that by the time they got Felicity to the hospital the ear had spontaneously drained which lessened the pain. At that point though she still would have needed antibiotic not online herbal advice.

    4. There are natural antibiotics that have been used far longer than pharmaceuticals. Manuka honey, garlic, ginger, etc. You can look it up.

    5. @8:44 pm I believe the poster is saying how Jinger decided to choose medicines for herself, however not for her daughter who was in pain. At least that is how I read it.

    6. @9:16 People died without antibiotics. My great-grandparents died from things that could have been stopped today with a trip to CVS.

  10. It's my opinion that any parent should never allow their child to suffer in pain when relief is readily available. Shame on them for this. Ear aches are terribly painful and over the counter ear drops are available in drugstores
