Duggars in D.C.

Guess where Jim Bob and Michelle are this week? In Washington D.C! On the trip, the two were interviewed by the 700 Club and D.C.'s NewsChannel 8. They also spent some quality time as a couple, taking in the sights of the city. And to make their visit to the nation's Capital complete, Jim Bob and Michelle stopped off at D.C. Cupcakes.

Have you ever been to Washington D.C.?

  1. Thanks for the update! I have been to the capitol with my family. We went on a 7 month motor home trip two years ago (see www.themeityroadtrip.blogspot.com if you are interested). It was an amazing experience, despite the fact that it was boiling hot when we went. :)

  6. My ex-mother-in-law lives in Alexandria va, and she is a close friend, so we spend a lot of time there. In fact we were just there last Wed to take her out for mothers day . The kids spend part of every summer there.

  7. Not yet, but someday. I googled 700 Club, and watched the feature video of the Duggars, so if you missed watching it "live", feel free to do that. It's really good.

  8. I lived in the Maryland suburbs when in high school and a couple of times our band was in the DC Cherry Blossom Parade.
I moved back to the area for several years in my mid-twenties and worked as a cab driver in DC and MD. Loved the museums, Rock Creek Park, the C&O Canal and National Cathedral. Definitely go visit if you ever get the opportunity.
