It's time to soak up some sun! The Duggars just returned from a huge beach vacation. A big portion of the family traveled down to Destin and stayed in two houses on the Gulf of Mexico. Joy and Austin Forsyth posted a video with clips from the trip.

ReplyDeleteJimbob and Michelle have many times explained publicly that they don’t take their family to the beach to avoid being around swimwear. This clearly is no longer the case. As they continue to choose to live in the public eye, it seems hypocritical to me that they would plainly live out different values than those they’ve shared. It makes me think their values don’t run terribly deep.

DeleteYes, why is it OK now to be at the beach where bikini-clad women are bound to be around? If you think what your parents taught you was wrong, then come out and say it. But just going to the beach as if nothing was ever wrong there for your family is totally hypocritical.
DeleteThey probably went to a private side of the beach where no one was at. Our pastor and his wife took a trip to Florida last March with their 3 adult kids and two in-laws and one grandchild and went to a private part of the beach to avoid looking at anything inappropriate. The ladies wore long swim skirts and high neck shirts while the men wore tshirts and over the knee swim trunks for modesty.

DeleteAre the Duggar Family invited to Jackson Bates and Emerson Wells' wedding this weekend in Florida? Then they will get two vacations to Florida in 1 year.😁
ReplyDeleteSince the two families are friends, it seems likely. The Duggars need to get busy, the Bates are outpacing them with weddings and new babies.
Delete@5:28pm Remember there are probably 3 grandkids at least they are not publicly acknowledged because JB and Michelle are not allowed to talk about them since Joseph and Kendra,Josiah and Lauren, and Justin and Claire are not in social media much but we know they are there because videos have cought glimpses of them.

Delete@10:38 Please outline those homeschooling laws especially as they would apply to curriculum in Arkansas because it's my understanding that there are none and that Arkansas is one of several states in the US that is like that. No regulation, no oversight of curriculum. You file notice once a year that you intend to home school and then you're on your own. Who issued those high school diplomas? No accredited institution of higher learning, only the Duggars themselves.
