What a big weekend it has been for Justin and Claire! They got married on Friday, and Claire turned 20 on Saturday. Years ago, February was one of the only months when the Duggars didn't have a birthday to celebrate. Now, there are five Duggar birthdays in February. It sure is exciting to see their family grow.

The ninth Duggar wedding is officially in the books. Justin Duggar married Claire Spivey today! Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Duggar.
And baby makes five! Joseph and Kendra Duggar welcomed their third child, a sweet baby girl. She was born on Friday, February 19, weighing 7 lbs 3 oz and measuring 20.25 inches. Her name is Brooklyn Praise Duggar. You can watch Joe and Kendra's announced video and see a glimpse of Brooklyn on the TLC website (link below).

It has been quite some time since we've posted a picture of just Jim Bob and Michelle, so we thought we would share this one. It was taken in Branson, Missouri, which is less than two hours from the Duggars' home in Northwest Arkansas. This July, Jim Bob and Michelle will celebrate 37 years of marriage. That means it won't be long before their ruby anniversary!

Those of you who guessed that Jessa and Ben Seewald would soon announce a pregnancy were correct. The couple just revealed that they are expecting a child this summer. This will be a rainbow baby, as they suffered a miscarriage last year. Below is the link to the Seewalds' announcement video on the TLC website.

It has been an interesting week, weather-wise, for the Duggar family in Arkansas. Between big dumps of snow and temperatures that have dipped into the single digits and negatives, what they have experienced is not something that happens every year in their area.
Do you remember the big Duggar snow day in February 2011? We thought we would resurrect some of the photos we posted back then. Can you believe it has been 10 years? The three Duggars pictured above were toddlers back then!
While they were in Florida for a friend's wedding last weekend, Jessa and Ben Seewald took the opportunity to take their three littles to the beach. Seeing the ocean through a child's eyes can be such a magical moment. And based on Spurgeon and Henry's heights as they stand next to their kneeling parents, it might not be long before they pass Mom and Dad up!

A couple weeks ago, we wrote a post on our Bates Family Blog about the ever-changing family statistics. With a few babies and some potential engagements on the horizon, the Bates are very close to reaching 50 members. So how do the Duggars compare?
Including in-laws, the Duggars are currently at 30 members. When you add the 19 grandchildren, that total comes to 49. But after Kendra delivers her baby girl in the next few weeks and Justin marries Claire Spivey (date unannounced, but sure to be soon), Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar and their clan will number 51 people!

Happy 4th birthday to Henry Seewald, the 7th Duggar grandchild! Fun fact: Henry is the 2nd in a line of six Duggar grandsons born over a period of two-and-a-half years, which was followed by 8 (soon to be 9) Duggar granddaughters.
