Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar
If you could observe one aspect of the Duggars' lives, what would you choose? Meal preparation? Homeschooling? Discipline/correction? Family Bible time? Field trips? Wedding/event planning? Or maybe something else? Share your responses as a comment below.

How they get their children to memorize all those scriptures I have tried forever and nothing is working
ReplyDeleteI like it all!!!!
ReplyDeleteAll of those sound good, but i guess i would choose either family Bible time, wedding planning, or just seeing what the kids do for fun and work. I cant wait to see what you've got planned.
ReplyDeleteProbably homeschooling, because I'm homeschooled. It would be interesting to see how they manage it with so many students.
ReplyDeleteI would have to observe the wedding and event planning that goes on in the family. Mainly, because I want to be an event planner when I graduate high school, so I could help them out if needed.
ReplyDeleteI think I would like to observe their family Bible time or each other's own devotions with the Lord. I've been wondering what devotional they use.
ReplyDeleteI try to encourage my daughters to have their own quiet time with the Lord. They each have a Bible app with a daily verse which I think is helpful.
I wonder how meal planning and prep goes in their home. I know their are families that do once a month cooking and freeze ingredients for meals. We actually did this for awhile
but life got busy.
It would be interesting to know what curriculum they use for homeschooling, does JimBob get involved, etc.I think it's great Michelle has homeschooled for so long.
Their typical day :)
ReplyDeleteI'd be interested in homeschooling and discipline/correction of the younger children in addition to how the chores are now shared as I have a seven year old as well.
ReplyDeleteLoved Family Bible time when they used to show it on "19 Kids...", so that would definitely be my first choice. After that would be homeschooling.
ReplyDeleteHomeschooling
ReplyDeleteField trips. There are many field trips they went on that I would have wanted to go on.
ReplyDeleteTheir children seem so well behaved I have always wondered how they teach them to be polite and joyful. I would love to see how the Duggars have disciplined/corrected 19 children. It would also be great to see homeschooling now that the kids are older.
ReplyDeleteDiscipline/correction and how that looks at different ages. Infancy to teens.
ReplyDeleteLove to see how Michelle fits homeschooling into everyday life!!!! I mean I can imagine having that many kids and making all the meals - it'd be hectic but amazing.... I just can't imagine how she's able to homeschool all of them individually especially with the older girls gone!
ReplyDeleteGood Sunday to you all.. I've written a couple of comments... Forgive me as I do not see them...I really do not understand how this works.
ReplyDeleteHi Amanda,
DeleteWe saw a couple other comments from you. :) Thanks for reading!
Lily and Ellie
I'd love to see a full day of Michelle. She gets up and dressed and then it's off to the race. Even though she has older kids in the house I'm sure there's tons to do.
ReplyDeleteI would enjoy watching any aspect of the Duggar Family's daily routine! Miss seeing the entire family. Since I have to choose, I would especially enjoy meal prep and family Bible study time. God bless you, Lily and Ellie, and God bless the Duggars! They are such an inspiration and true witnesses for Christ.
ReplyDeleteMeal planning, definitely!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely homeschool or discipline
ReplyDeleteI would love to know how Michelle kept a daily rhythm of life and home school back when her oldest were little (under age 8)?
ReplyDeleteWow very good question Lily and Ellie!
ReplyDeleteHomeschooling/ Discipline/ Bible study would be my top three!!!
Anna homeschooling. I am struggling with keeping my 1 and 3 year old occupied while trying to have quality school time with my five year old. It seems to constantly be interrupted.
ReplyDeleteBible devotion time. Id love to see their faith unhindrered
ReplyDeleteBIBLE TIME
ReplyDeleteLove all of the above but really interested in our bible study, and field trips the most
ReplyDeleteI always wondered about discipline in your home. Everyone seems so well mannered and behaved. God bless your beautiful family you make me wish I had a big family.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely dicipline and correction :)
ReplyDeleteJim Bob and Michelle's interaction with the kids are missed tremendously! Love an equal balance between all of you, not just a select few like Counting On; although I'm so thankful that the program is still on. Besides, God, the parents are the backbone of this family. Your all so inspiriting! God bless you all!
ReplyDeleteWedding planning, and Family bible time.
ReplyDeleteMarriage, setting the foundation!!!
ReplyDeleteI would like to now what individual hobbies or interests the kids may have. Does someone like to bake? sew? knit or crochet? draw? write? read? have a personal interest in music? woodworking? anything personally creative? Are one or more of the kids really good students and love to study?
ReplyDeleteMarriage, standing firm (foundation)
ReplyDeleteMeal preparation
ReplyDeleteWow, I find it really difficult to choose only one. I have witnessed & learned many life lessons from watching these different tv shows. I guess my top two are discipline/correction as well as how the family spends time bonding. I would be thrilled to meet the family in person one day. Wishing everyone health & happiness. Amanda
ReplyDeleteDiscipline and correction; Michelle seems such a patient soul-would love to see how she does this.
ReplyDeleteI would like to observe how the Duggar family worships through bible study and activities that keep their faith and family strong. What church they attend, which bible do they study from etc...
ReplyDeleteDaily routine :) I love to just see you all do life with christ as the center. The joy the peace and interaction with each child as they grow and how you enjoye everyday life with deep commitment and love.
ReplyDeleteCan I choose two? Discipline and homeschooling.
ReplyDeleteI homeschool my son too.
I homeschool my son too.
Your family is pretty amazing.
God bless you all.
Your loving and positive communications with each other, and with others, has been immeasurably inspiring for me. Your frugal & meaningful ways of living on purpose motivated me to adopt several of your practices. I am so grateful and thankful for you all!
ReplyDeleteFamily bible time!
ReplyDeleteMeal preparation! Always looking for good cooking tips! We have a large extended family so holidays and family get togethers, we have to Double Duggar it! :-) !!!
ReplyDeleteThe one thing that stands out to me, is the quiet, consistent manner they discipline their children. Always a lesson behind it, and so soft and sweet in the way they carry it out. I love the family. I have followed their show since first one.
ReplyDeletedefinitely discipline and correction. ....I have 3 boys between the ages of 5 and 8 and this is something I struggle with daily.
ReplyDeleteAnything and everything. I love this family. Happy to see that Josh and Anna are working through their difficulties.
ReplyDeleteDiscipline/correction
ReplyDeleteHello Jim Bob and Michelle!
ReplyDeleteGoodness how could I ever choose just one aspect of your life? I suppose as I am raising my own son who is in the throes of teenagerhood at 15, I would love to see how you handle the really tough issues of parenthood. Not to say my son is bad, he's wonderful, and does not give me problems. He loves Jesus, and he is very compassionate, and responsible with his job. I just began homeschooling him this past December. He was attending a Christian school, but it just wasn't working out for him. I am struggling with him seeing school as a priority. What are some ideas that you might have to help him put his schooling in maybe a little higher place in his to do list? 😉
I deeply admire your family, and know that you have obviously done things right by your children. They are ALL wonderful people who love the LORD and serve Him.
Thank you so much for your Godly example Mr. and Mrs. Duggar!
Oh, how to organize stuff, for sure, but also meal preparation, things of that nature. Do any of them have any special health issues that need dietary enhancement? Do they have a home gym? They seem fit; are they on strict portion-control?
ReplyDeleteDefinitely homeschooling.
ReplyDeleteHands down... homeschooling!
ReplyDeleteMeal prep!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see what JimBob does all day.
ReplyDeleteMy interest is to see how Michelle lesson plans, teaches and evaluates her children in their homeschool setting.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to spend the day with you folks & observe your loving interaction with you & your family. I always feel better when I watch your show. It's such a positive experience for me. God bless you all.
ReplyDeleteCould we see what JimBob does during a typical day?
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see how Michelle and JimBob handle bedtime with this youngest kids.
ReplyDeleteI myself, believe in all the things that the Duggars do. Although I teach at a private school in Utah. Watching the Duggars throughput the years I believe everything that they do. God bless.
ReplyDeleteI honestly enjoyed a little of everything. The way it always was.miss that. But I understand that many have now become adults and have their own lives etc.
ReplyDeleteNo more field trips, dentist visits, courtships/engagements or food/thrift shopping filming!!! Let's see what Ben, JimBob, Michelle, JohnDavid and Jana do with their day.
ReplyDeleteMeal preparation!
ReplyDeletei think just general every day life. And if the house is as calm as it comes over in your series. i would love to see how you deal with childerens "hissy fits", as a mum of six to get the house as calm as your house seems to be would be a miracle to me.
ReplyDeletethat is hard i would say all . but maybe the courtship
ReplyDeletehomeschooling + family Bible time!
ReplyDeleteMeal prep and discipline
ReplyDeleteI'm a mother of 6 children. I would love for you to share how you discipline and correct different temperaments and ages of the children.
ReplyDeleteNext I'd love to see how you homeschool different ages simultaneously, mainly w littles not as much w high schoolers. How many days a week do you school and at what ages do you start a more formal curriculum?
Finally I'd love to see how you do your meal preps..
Also how do the littles not destroy the house when you're trying to school the bigs? Perhaps buddies work now but what did you do when you had your oldest at age 9?
Many blessings to your family! Thank you!
Dear Duggarfamily, I love it all! But the event/weddingplanning the most. I also love seeing the boys and girls courting, the baby's grow. As I wrote.. I love it all. Greatings from the Netherlands and God bless you all!
ReplyDeleteI remember in season 1 family bible time was in the boys room. I dont think they've shown one since.
ReplyDeleteDiscipleship training correcting.
I'm pretty sure Ben and Jessa Jeremy and jinger are reformed. Id like to here about how their views changed when they met their men.
I will do homeschooling or discipline / correction
ReplyDeleteI would love to learn how you implement family bible study. I struggle just to get my husband and I to do daily devotionals much less the kids aging 8 to 18.
ReplyDeleteI will always be inspired by the Duggars
ReplyDeleteI love this family and I guess what I would like to ask is how you don't "play favoritism" among the siblings. For example is child B asks for something and you say no for whatever reason, but child C asks for the same thing and you give. Of if a child comes to you and says Child C always gets but I don't.....
ReplyDeleteHow about some insight into home school? Who is teaching? What is their daily routine? How many kids are doing home school now and what grades are they? How do they keep the kids motivated? How many hours a day? What educational difficulties/challenges do they face? Who has done something extra-ordinary? What books are they reading on their own? Who is working on a report or project? Have any of th kids done an interesting science lab? Who likes math and science? Who likes language arts? history? languages?
ReplyDeletei would say their discipline and correction..I would love to witness her sweet and calm spirit. His leadership and love that he has for his children..Its is something i personally miss on the new show. They have a lot to teach..Although their children are wonderful as well.
ReplyDeleteFamily Bible time and homeschooling! Actually enjoyed all your shows. God Bless.
ReplyDeleteHomeschooling, Bible time AND discipline/ correction! That's what I miss about the old shows ;)
ReplyDeleteI second this
DeleteSame! Everyone who meets the Duggars comments that they are all very polite and respectful. I would like to teach this to my children as well, but how??
DeleteFamily Bible Time and Discipline/Correction. :)
ReplyDeleteFamily bible time. I have always done family devotions with my children but I find a whole load of young families do not know how to do this, or think they have the time to do this. It is so important, and maybe a few helpful hints from you would be encouraging for them.
ReplyDeleteYes!!
DeleteDiscipline and correction
ReplyDeletei second this one
DeleteCourting
ReplyDeleteI would like to see them homeschooling.
ReplyDeleteMeal prep or discipline
ReplyDeletehomeschooling or discipline
ReplyDeleteDiscipline and correction
ReplyDeleteI'd say meal prep.
ReplyDelete(But getting ready to go somewhere would be a close second)
I'm most curious about those topics in the following order:
ReplyDelete1. Discipline/correction
2. Homeschooling
3. Meal Preparation
4. Wedding/event planning
5. Family Bible Time
6. Field Trips
housekeeping or meal preparation!
ReplyDeleteI think I'd like to know how they discipline/correct
ReplyDeleteSeriously...they've shown all this in their show. What's left?!?!
ReplyDeleteAll of the above..I'm rolling all of that into 1 choice
ReplyDeleteInteraction with all the children.
ReplyDeleteWhat time dose your family get of of bed?
ReplyDeleteI'd say it would be their morning or nightly routines. How they get everyone up and fed or get everyone ready for and in bed.
ReplyDeleteI second Buffy's idea.
DeleteI would love to watch and ask questions about the meal planning. I am sure alot of time goes into the meals, and budgeting. Would be a great topic to learn more about.
ReplyDeleteI would love to spend a few days and learn as much as possible. I love this family and love watching on T.V. The have a beautiful family❤ God Bless y'all ❤
ReplyDeleteEither discipline or homeschooling. I'm always amazed by Michelle's gentleness and patience when disciplining/correcting her children!!! I wish I could learn from her!
ReplyDeleteI would love to observe Michelle on homeschooling and discipline. Her gentleness and patience amaze me when she's correcting her children! I wish I could learn from her first hand!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to see how they serve others in various ways. Ministering, making a meal for a sick family that sort of thing. The other things are great too, don't get me wrong, but I'd love to see more of doing gods work. More, praying as well
ReplyDeleteYes!
DeleteEvery day life, and bibelstudies. I am a bit sick of eventplanning. i love the weddings, but i dont like the product plasement (jingers wedding dress...) I like how you buy used and save the differens. But i dont think you are true to it... Again Jingers wedding dress... But i love the show :)
ReplyDeleteI love how they buy used also. But I do like how they get a new wedding dress. Theread are so many of them that they share everything from clothes to events. When they start having families of their own, it becomes all about the family. On their wedding day, it is all about them and what they want. It is all new and special, just like every bride/groom should have it! I do love this show, too. I have watched from the beginning!
DeleteAll of the above. But meal prep if I had to choose one.
ReplyDeleteWhere do the Duggars go to church?
ReplyDeleteThey "home" church in one of their warehouses. Already televised.
DeleteA day in the life of your family without the cameras.
ReplyDeleteI'd choose meal preparation or laundry or just a day in the life of Michelle. Put a GoPro on the meal
ReplyDeletePreper or Michelle don't edit it and put it out there. I absolutely love the Duggar family. I live in Australia & have been following the family from the beginning. If I could meet them I would but living here there's No chance. Anyway that's which aspect id choose to watch. Thank you for sharing this blog with us all over the world Lilly & Ellie 👍🏻💐💟 TG
Go pro/No edit---great idea!
DeleteHome education
ReplyDeleteI would like to see more of Ben and the Duggar boys' daily lives. What do they do at work? We spend so much time with the girls, but what do the boys do?
ReplyDeleteAgree!
DeletePregnancy, birth, littlest babies, daily tasks, weddings, not as many dates, family, and individual family time, older and married sibling career or daily tasks. Anna, her children , Michelle, her younger children. And father daughter time? I am looking forward to the new season and would love to see so much of their pregnancy, birth, marriage, and can't wait to see what is held in store. I find the family as a whole a good influence, even with the differences I and family live.
ReplyDeleteEither discipline/correction or just hanging out with each other (but I want to be there too!) :)
ReplyDeleteDiscipline/ correction. I'd like to learn from you but the topic is so controversial you may not want to go there. :(
ReplyDeleteHi! I really appreciate your work! I am from UK and I read your blogs about the Duggar family and the Bates as well. I would love to see more about their family Bible time. We don't get to see too much about their faith and how the parents teach their kids these beliefs in everyday life.
ReplyDeleteI would love to see the pregnancy birth marriage and family time. I like the Bible study tris, missions trips, daily tasks, events, miss Anna and the other siblings. How is Jordan and Jennifer?
ReplyDeleteI would love to learn more about family bible time and worship in general... we rarely get to hear about how you worship together whether it be home or church. I LOVE the songs that we used to hear ..they remind me of my childhoold.
ReplyDeleteAdd another vote for family bible time. How the Duggars live Christianity is very interesting to me. They seem like such happy, wholesome people. And they do seem blessed!
DeleteMeal preparation would be interesting! I love cooking shows and preparing a meal for so many people fascinates me.
ReplyDeleteFamily Bible time or discipline
ReplyDeleteCorrection/Discipline
ReplyDeleteHomeschooling
ReplyDeleteHomeschooling
ReplyDeleteMeal prep and Family Bible time!
ReplyDeletel would love to see how Michelle stays so calm and loving towards Jim Bob and all those kids. She is so kind and patient, l love that.
ReplyDeleteDiscipline/correction and homeschooling would be great!
ReplyDeleteI would choose cooking.
ReplyDeleteDiscipline/correction would be what I would pick. We are a blended family and the discipline can be difficult at times.
ReplyDeleteHomeschooling
ReplyDeleteGee, can I say all of the above............LOL
ReplyDeleteWhat is Michelle's day like? How does she divide her time? Does she take time for herself to just have some quietness?
ReplyDeleteDiscipline/correction. It's refreshing to see the correct way to handle things
ReplyDeleteI love watching the courtships and marriage. Wedding planning.
ReplyDeleteWhat time dose Michelle wake up at? How much sleep did she get with lots of little ones and no help?
ReplyDeleteI would be interested to learn more regarding how your family discipline and corrects. God really spoke to me once when I was hearing Michelle discussing how when the older were younger, she found herself angry in discipline, but God convicted her to discipline differently. I'd like to learn more about what has worked.
ReplyDeleteThree of the ones you mentioned I think in particular would be interesting to see: Homeschooling, Discipline/correction, and Family Bible time. I would also just love to see and better understand how meal time works for them-- for those working "behind the scenes" in the kitchen cooking/doing prep work and then also just what it's like to have a seat at the table during meal time.
ReplyDeleteFamily bible time or one on one time with the parents to see their wisdom imparted on their children!
ReplyDeleteMy grandchildren would like homeschooling, bible time and coutship
ReplyDeletei would really want to see what michelle does all day? follow her around for one day and jana also. show up when they would not know i would be coming and ask them any questions?
ReplyDeleteDoes Michelle still use the blanket training method? Is it effective?
ReplyDeleteI would love to see how you guys pull of the the whole weddings
ReplyDeletehmmm....I think homeschooling!
ReplyDeleteHaving been a public school teacher for over three decades, I think it would be interesting to observe their homeschooling regimen and the materials/curriculum they use.
ReplyDeleteDiscipline/correction. Their kids are so well behaved and sweet.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to sit in on bible study time not only to learn more about God but how you manage to grab young ones attention to someone (God) they never met
ReplyDeleteI think the family Bible times and also the field trips are great.
ReplyDeleteIf I had to choose just one it would be meal prep. Although homeschool, displine and Bible time would be on the list too.
ReplyDeleteI ENJOY THE WAY YOU RAISE YOUR CHILDREN , QUIETLY CORRECTING THEM, TEACHING THEM HOW TO RESPECT EACH OTHER AND YOUR OUT OF THE COUNTRY TRIPS TO HELP THOSE IN NEED, SHOWS SO MUCH COMPASSION IN ALL OF YOU. AND KEEPING THE FAMILY CLOSE IN YOUR JOBS AND WORKING AS A FAMILY IS GREAT. I WAS LOOKING AT ALL THE SMILING FACES OF ALL YOUR CHILDREN, BUT ALL OF JOSHUA'S CHILDRENS FACES SEEM STRAINED INTO A SOMEWHAT SMILE. I HOPE YOU ARE INCLUDING THOSE LITTLE ONES IN YOUR FAMILY GET TOGETHERS. I WISH WE WOULD HERE MORE OF HOW JINGER IS DOING, MISS HER HAPPY FACE AND COMMENTS. I FOR ONE KNOW GOD HAS YOUR BACK AND YOU ARE DOING THE VERY BEST YOU CAN IN RAISING THE CHILDREN AND THEY ALL ARE TURNING OUT JUST THE WAY GOD WANTS THEM TO BE. YOU ARE BOTH GREAT ROLE MODELS FOR YOUR CHILDREN. I AM WAITING FOR YOU TO GO ON YOUR APRIL TRIP OR CONVENTION. I HOPE THAT JANA AND JOHN DAVID WILL MEET THEIR FUTURE SPOUCES THERE. ALWAYS YOUR LOYAL FOLLOWER, CAROL
ReplyDeleteHi! I would like to know some discipline/correction. I've used many positive reinforcement and redirection tactics but there are days when those don't work :(. I would also like to know about homeschooling. My husband and I've talked about doing that.
ReplyDeleteI need some tips how to tell my kids to do something and get them to do it. I have to tell them about 4 times before they even hear me then they complain. How do you get them to listen and do it with a grateful heart?
ReplyDeleteFamily bible times, family advice or lessons,
ReplyDeleteI would like to see how homeschooling has changed over the years and do they still use the same curriculum? Also, is Jana the one leading it because the boys who would be old enough to do that seem to all have jobs. It seems possible if Jana is in charge that she might feel guilty to start courting and have her own life because so much depends on her
ReplyDeleteI have heard them mention many times over the years that Michelle and Jim Bob have often stayed up late with their older children talking with them about life and counseling them. I would like to see that and what kinds of discussions they have. I'm just curious about what kind of things they talk about and what struggles they run into being a very conservative family growing up in the public eye.
ReplyDeleteThe parent side of me is curious about Bible time and the discipline aspect. However, the educator side wants to know more about the homeschooling curriculum.
ReplyDeleteMeal preparation and Michelle. I love Michelle and miss her with her kids.
ReplyDeletefamily bible time
ReplyDeleteAll the above topics plus financial preparedness.
ReplyDeleteI'm most interested in discipline/ discipleship of older kids pre-teen/ teens, meal prep, and homeschooling
ReplyDeleteHomeschooling and discipline.
ReplyDeleteFamily Bible Time! We used to watch their show before we got rid of cable. I remember them gathering in one of the rooms for devotions before bedtime. What a wonderful way to end the day!
ReplyDeleteDiscipline and Family Bible time!
ReplyDeleteFamily bible time and home schooling and discipline in that order.
ReplyDeleteI think I enjoy their cooking, schooling and family time together. Of course, field trips are always fun.
ReplyDeleteChores and organization
ReplyDeleteEvery day family activity and a bit of the special events be it courting, weddings, vacations or missions. I enjoy your family and seeing the family growth.
ReplyDeleteHomeschooling. S.
ReplyDeleteAlong the lines of meal prep, I'd like to know, honestly, how many home cooked dinners and how many take-out dinners they average a week. Don't know if its humaly possible to cook a meal every night of the week so I'd like to know how they use take out and semi-prepared stuff to feed everyone. Also want to know the ratio of fresh to canned/frozen fruits and veggies they serve.
ReplyDeleteI would love to see the family's daily life unscripted which would include meal prep. homeschooling, how they relate to one another, etc.
ReplyDeleteFamily Bible times. I would also like to see how they handle conflict and disagreements.
ReplyDeleteI would love to see
ReplyDelete-how they keep their socks organized
-how they keep order of all the things accumulated... Ie birthday and christmas cards and gifts... Surely with so many birthday and christmas gifts things need to be decluttered constantly!
-how they keep the little kids from getting into the big kids things
-how they keep track of all the dental, medical, optical appts etc.
-how they keep track of all of the different sizes of clothes and who fits what
-what they do in muddy season with all the smelly footwear
I would also like to see how the money has been divided up since they have made a fortune the past ten years? All the kids have been working on the tv show. The Gosselins were asked about this constantly and no legit reporter has never asked
DeleteFamily Bible
ReplyDeleteHomeschooling
Discipline
Courting
I love all of these things, I miss seeing the program and how the difficult things are handled that come up and also how the preparation of the fun things are done as well. I told my husband if we had any children this is the way that I would want to raise my children. I love the values that come across.
ReplyDeleteAll of it I like you guys shows because your kids have grown up a lot
ReplyDeletewedding/event planning🙂
ReplyDeleteI just enjoy the show but I guess , How do you make each child feel special?
ReplyDeleteHomeschool
ReplyDeleteHello there Mr and Mrs Duggar.
ReplyDeleteI would like to know more about how to schedule bible time, family and courtships. How do you manage and plan time for the wedding's for your families?
Homeschooling, discipline, and family bible time would all be encouraging for me as I seek to raise my family according to the principles in God's Word and am always looking for practical ideas and fresh insight and wisdom on how to do so in the everyday life kind of things.
ReplyDeleteI would like to see the new buddy teams and who does what jurisdictions now that most of the older girls are out of the house.
ReplyDeleteFamily Bible Times especially in persecution or in "easy times"
ReplyDeleteLove the show and its positive message, but all families have difficulty too. We generally see a very "sunny" positive family, but I would like to see a "real week" filled with scheduling time crunches, outbursts, teen angst, child melt downs and how you deal with those struggles as a couple and family.
ReplyDeleteMEAL PREP. I could never get tired of youtube recipes people film in their home kitchens. So interesting to see what people eat everyday.
ReplyDeleteDiscipline/Correction and Family Bible Time
ReplyDeleteIf possible, I'd like to observe all of them! They've been so influential, that God-willing I'm hoping to apply the same rules and standards they've established. I've even want to go so far that I'll hopefully give my kids the same initial.
ReplyDeleteHomeschooling-in detail and just whole family casual interactions, not big events or field trips-just a real day in the life of a large family and how the parents and children interact.
ReplyDeleteI would like to know more about their discipline/correction for young children (maybe five and under).
ReplyDeleteI'd also like to see a real day in the life of a duggar. I enjoy watching special events and field trips, but I don't think we've ever seen a typical day from waking to sleeping (the full average school day).
I really liked watching Anna with her kids doing daily life, although I understand them not wanting to be in the spotlight right now. But she was always so encouraging to watch. Hope she is doing well!
Would love to see them doing everything they did before. I miss the Duggar family and watching ALL of them live out their lives.
ReplyDeleteWardrobe, meal planning and distribution of chores. How many bathrooms does your home have? Who gets first use of....bathrooms, etc.
ReplyDeleteDisciple and correction and what the user kid's still at home do. Also homeschool
ReplyDeleteFamily buddy time. I'd also like to be a fly on the wall for private devotions in the prayer closet for Michelle, Jill and Jana.
ReplyDeletehomeschooling, discipline/correction
ReplyDeleteAn entire day in the life that encompasses most of the above.
ReplyDeleteI would really like to see the older one's hobbies, or what they are currently learning to do.
ReplyDeleteHomeschooling
ReplyDeleteI would love for the family to sit down and talk to the viewers and address all the mistaken information going around. Like Janna is a slave and the older kids raised the younger kids and just all the garbage put out there.
ReplyDeleteDiscipline/correction! It's one of the hardest things to get right as a parent. The Bible says alot about correction, but how does one really apply these principles practically, on a day to day basis? I often find myself combing through old Duggar footage, just to rewatch the occasional disciplinary moments so that I can take notes! Would LOVE more discipline and correction insight, footage, or even in the form of another book!
ReplyDelete
