It is with heavy hearts that we share this message from TLC, released this afternoon:
Effective immediately, TLC has pulled all episodes of 19 Kids and Counting currently from the air. We are deeply saddened and troubled by this heartbreaking situation, and our thoughts and prayers are with the family and victims at this difficult time.
The season finale of 19 Kids and Counting aired on Tuesday, May 19th. TLC has not announced plans to officially cancel the show but has pulled the show for the foreseeable future.
We will keep you updated and will continue blogging about the Duggars. Please keep the family in your prayers during this difficult time, and be sure to show your support for them. As fans and viewers of the show, your voices matter.

I hope they put the Duggars back on! The do alot of good in the World! Matthew 18:21-22
ReplyDeleteSo sad hope they do not pull the show from TV..... I will pray for Josh and Anna and there kids....
ReplyDeletePlease also keep the non-family victim in your prayers, as well. One victim was not a Duggar. Let's not forget to pray for her.
ReplyDeleteI LOVED that show. Why would they do that!!!! 😢
ReplyDeleteI LOVED that show. Why would they do that.
ReplyDeleteJim Bob and Michelle -- Why did you continue to have many more children, when it was very clear that you were incompetent at protecting those children you already had? Your own children were not safe in their own home, yet you continued to have more children. Not right!
ReplyDeletePraying for your family and God's grace at this time.
ReplyDeleteUnbelievable!! A teenager made a mistake 12 years ago and they call off the show?!?! Give the guy a break! Obviously he has made amends with everything and everyone involved TWELVE YEARS AGO! We all did stupid things in our teenage years! This is definitely not a reason to cancel the show. Plus, TLC has shows that offer worse moral character than this! Anyways, we will miss seeing the Duggars and hope they come back! God bless!
ReplyDeleteMy prayers are with the family. I will miss the show on Tlc, but we can still get our fix on you tube.
ReplyDeleteI just wanna say that this is a ridiculous move on the medias part. You're gonna remove a good wholesome tv show of a family trying to live for The Lord because of something that happened years ago yet all of these perverted Hollywood stars that have done 10x worse are constantly praised? Give me a break!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is sad news. I am sad to hear what happen but you are an amazing family, ya'll inspired me to homeschool 2 years ago my kiddos. I hope that the show comes back on wishing you all the best Duggar Family stay strong!
ReplyDeleteTo punish a whole family for one persons actions, mind you something that happened 20 years ago while Josh was 14 is a sin in itself.
ReplyDeleteplease stay because I love your family please please stay
ReplyDeleteand my name is darby from Oklahoma city
This is so frustrating... it happened SO LONG AGO and was dealt with and now it's just being brought up again and people are acting like it was just last week....
ReplyDeleteMUCH LOVE TO YOUR FAMILY!!! God's blessings on you as you have publicly stood for righteousness and purity before the world!!! Praying for you all and trusting that your best days are ahead of you and not behind!! <3
ReplyDeleteWell, it certainly explains a lot especially concerning Jana who has always seemed so quiet and meek. As the oldest of the molestation victims, she probably had the clearest memory of what happened to her which has caused her a great deal of distress. My prayers go out to her.
ReplyDeleteI feel this is the right thing to do. The victims of Josh's acts are in my prayers
ReplyDeleteThe devil is just eating this up, and it's allowing all the freaks out there to think they have some kind of leverage. I agree that what Josh did is unthinkable, but I'd like all the haters to put their dirty little secrets out there and see what people would say to them. It proves what a awesome God we have that can forgive any confessed sin...key word "confessed", then "repentance" or turning away from sin. God will be glorified even in this story, and the Duggars will continue to be blessed by Him. That just eats liberals alive and makes them hate more.
ReplyDeletejust hang in there and will be praying for you if tlc cancells you all i will just have to drop tlc from my lineup
ReplyDeleteI wish the show would still be on. Praying for them.
ReplyDeletePlease keep us up to date on the family. My prayers are with all concerned. Thank you.
ReplyDeletePraying for the whole family.
ReplyDeleteI stand with the Duggar Family and Josh. He made some horrible decisions and mistakes as a young teen and has apologized, asked forgiveness from his victims and God, and repented of his sinful ways. I look forward to TLC bringing this wonderful family back on TV. They have good morals, are a clean-cut family and stand by their beliefs in God (which I share). I am praying for Josh and this family. God Bless you all!!!
ReplyDeleteI love your family, and would like to keep you on the air
ReplyDeleteseriously no one is perfect! I support you guys my son and I love the show and this is just ridiculous. taking the show of is wrong!!!!!
ReplyDeleteTLC is really missing it, it is what it is in life and you deal with it the best you can and allow God to heal and deliver is the real deal, things happen people choose foolishly is all apart of life whether its you , me , your kid , my kid, its what you do about whether you repent or keep on transgressing or you forgive and allow God to work, this is real life, so they are missing not one person in this world is perfect but we have a perfect God,
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to hear that this show was cancelled. The only one worth watching on TLC. We have been following the family since the beginning. You all feel like part of the family. God forgives when we ask for forgiveness. How many people did things when they were 14 that they would like to forget. No one is perfect. God is a forgiving God and all you need do is ask. Will continue praying for your family during this awful time.
ReplyDeleteI am very sorry to hear that this show has been cancelled. I know Josh is guilty but he was 14 years old when this happened. This is very sad for the Duggars and the victims.
ReplyDeleteTherefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe these it'd been awhile he was a preteen at 14 and its been done and dealt with
ReplyDeleteI can't believe people would not . they are not prefect nobody is . if everybody was prefect there would be any crime . I am,kind of shocked that Jim Bob and Michelle duggar said there children never made mistakes execpt for these of whats going around
Those without sin..... I do not condone what Josh did. It's not really any of our business. But I do want to say that he was young and he made some very disgusting choices. That does not make your family evil. And TLC is stupid for cancelling the show. They can use this as a learning lessons and an awareness for all the other children in the world that have been or are being molested in whatever form. Good grief.
ReplyDeleteThis breaks my heart! We all make mistakes, we are only human! Im sorry Josh is under so much scrutiny. He was a young curious boy, and not the only one to ever live!
ReplyDeleteI am extremely upset at TLC's decision. I will be emailing them on a daily basis about how uncalled for this really is.
ReplyDeleteI just need to know where this behavior in Josh came from......14 should be a innocent age.....I am praying for whole family......as much shock as I am in......I can not imagine how your family is coping.....like I said, I am praying for all!
ReplyDeleteI will miss the show I hope they bring it back. I watch it all the time.
ReplyDeleteThis must be a very hard time for you all. It should never have happened. Keep each other well!!!
ReplyDeleteI am politely writing TLC a letter with support of the show. I am praying for the entire family but especially have Josh on my heart, as this must seem like the end of his world. Please join me in prayers to lift his spirit to our Lord and help him remember He is the Great Physician, and his "joy is in the Lord".
ReplyDeletei know that this is a hard time i love you all n your show, im sry to hear about whaqt happened so long ago, i wish things were not this way josh made a mistake 12 years ago, things were handled back then, it should of never been brought up but was, i hope tlc works all this out n hope you all get back on tv
ReplyDeletePrayers to all involved
ReplyDeleteI am very sad to hear this I believe in God and believe Jesus died for our sins I Love The show 19 Kids and Counting My Prayers go out to all of you God Bless you all let us know what we can do to Keep 19 Kids and Counting on T.V. Thank you for sharing your family with me <3
ReplyDeleteReally going to miss this show. Will be praying for the family.
ReplyDeleteMy prayers and support are with you all. I can't believe people would make public something so private that happened when someone was a child! Yes, 14 is a CHILD! It was delt with in private as it should have been and taken before our ever forgiving Lord. May you all be given the peace and privacy you are so deserving of. Thank you for sharing your lives and morals with such an undersiving society! In Christ, Melody
ReplyDeletePrayers to all involved
ReplyDeleteI hope tlc brings them back...it is a matter that was handled long ago. Everyone has moved on and gotten thru that difficult time. God bless the duggars
ReplyDeleteThis saddens me. We enjoy watching the Duggar Family and after reading the statements from Jim Bob, Michelle and Josh I feel that they have all taken responsibility for what happened 12 years ago and that Josh got the help he needed.
ReplyDeleteI am happy to know that you are going to continue to keep blogging about the family. Prayers for all of the Duggars.
Prayers are with all of you during this media circus! Props to Josh for owning up to his mistakes, and getting help. That shows that you are a man who tries to deal with his problems. Jim Bob & Michelle you are awesome parents who sometimes have to make those tough decisions. I applaud you both for staying strong in your faith and helping to guide your family. I'm so sorry that you are having to relive all of this again.
ReplyDeleteNot fair.............. this happened years ago-- leave Josh out of it if you have to but don't punish the rest of the family for his mistake.......
ReplyDeletePraying for your family, God always has been and always will be in control.
ReplyDeleteI hope and pray that you continue blogging. I know other large families who also blog (largefamilymothering.com)....
ReplyDeleteGlad to know that I can find out information about the family on here. The fact that so many people who do not watch the show forced them to pull a show that shows a family loving God and raising well rounded children. Okay Josh made a mistake when he was younger, I do not think Anna would be with him if she thought he had not changed. And I do not think his sisters would be so supportive of him if he was still having issues. What I want to know is why was his file that is suppose to be sealed since he was a minor? The Duggar family will always have my support no matter what anyone says.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear this. What is happening in America, Just want you to know I am taking off TLC from my cable package ,this show and the Willis family and Kate plus 8 and the Little couple were the only shows worth watching. Not interested in Long Island medium or Sister wives ,or Hoarding burried alive. I hope the Willis Family ,Kate plus 8 and The little people and couple move to another channel. Praying for you God Bless you and Keep you safe from all this .
ReplyDeleteGod is in control.... in all things. not sure if my first message went through..... prayers for the family.
ReplyDeleteI hope another network picks your show up! Standing with you through prayer. God will judge us with the same amount we judge others. Praise God Josh turned his life around.
ReplyDeleteI'll keep your family in my prayers, I love your family and the show, hope it doesn't get canceled
ReplyDelete2 CORINTHIANS-5:17- THEREFORE, IF ANYONE IS IN CHRIST, HE IS A NEW CREATION; THE OLD HAS GONE, THE NEW HAS COME.
ReplyDeleteI am praying for you everyday during this difficult time. God has forgiven Josh and that is all that matters. Your show has been a true inspiration to me and my family. If God is with you who can be against you.
ReplyDeleteWe would hate for a cancellation forever! We really Enjoy watching all the kids grow and serve the Lord. Prayers are with you for guidance and strength for great blessings in the future..💜 u ALL!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry that someone felt the need to dig up and throw dirt. Will be praying for your family and trying to keep up through FB and this blog..So anxious to see what Jessa is having etc. Love all of you! Romans 8:28
ReplyDeleteWE will be praying for you all, and we will miss the show. May God be with you thru this time of troubles. I will be keeping up on your family thru this blog if its kept up and i hope it is, your a wonderful Godly family thats an inspiration to us all. God Bless and keep you.
ReplyDeleteHow do we show support as fans? Beautiful redemption!
ReplyDeleteThis is hear breaking! I love the Duggars and my prayers will be with them and my kids and I will remain fans and will watch for them to return at some point in the future once everyone has lost their lust for blood and returned to some form of sanity. God's love and forgiveness endures forever!
ReplyDeletePraying for the family! Love you all!
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.
ReplyDeleteLove to the Duggars!
ReplyDeleteI am so disheartened by TLC's actions. This show has shown to so many the real gift of God's Grace, through so many trials and heart breaks. Josie will stay with me all of my days, as proof that God stay with us during the difficult moments. And Jubilee's passing gave me strength to get through the loss of my own grandchild earlier this year.
ReplyDeletePlease know, Duggar Family, I am praying for you all.
Hello , I would apreciate if you would answer back . I am so sad to hear that you r not showing the program any more that its going off the air, PLEASE in life we have to forgive the past is the past ,now its the present, You take shows off John and Kate plus 8 cause of the scandel. Now its back on, so please consider my comment.and reply , I am from Montréal Canada and have 5 children and 13 grandchildren , and learned --NO ONE IS PERFECT, thank you for my time.
ReplyDeleteIf tlc pulls the show I will never watch the channel again. Tlc can't say they didn't know about this thing with josh before they ever aired the first show so if they pull the shoe because of it now then I think there pretty dirty and don't deserve viewers like me
ReplyDeleteThis is ridiculous put them back on the air what Josh did in his childhood should be left there. He was a juvenile those records should be closed and remain closed. I'll pray for your family.
ReplyDeleteleave them alone old story
ReplyDeleteI love this show and will this program unmeasurably.. I have had Direct TV for over 12 years
ReplyDeleteand I am thinking of quitting them because of this. This is not the only family that has
had some kind of problems that is on TV. I think TLC better think twice before caving into
some people that don't like the Duggars.
Move to the UP Channel. The other shows on TLC are not Godly. This story can help many other families who have had less than perfect lives. Reality shows are just that. Real. PrayerS to all.
ReplyDeleteYour family is in our thoughts and prayers
ReplyDeleteMy prayers are with this family. God can forgive and restore the family. Its sad that the media has made this family the target of hate. Josh deserves forgiveness as much as his victims deserve healing. Every family has a tragedy that they want to forget I feel so heartbroken for all of them. TLC is wrong in canceling the show.
ReplyDeleteThis really upsets me. I think tlc will lose a lot of viewers for pulling this show. My thoughts and prayers are with All the families involved
ReplyDeleteAs a mother of a son who succumbed to the same temptations as Josh my heart breaks for you as a family. I will pray and pray and pray for you. God is merciful and there is a reason for everything and a time for all that happens. Satan loves to use our past to his advantage but God has already won that fight when Josh repented of his sins and forgiveness for what had happened. I for one love your family please please know there are many people out there that love you guys and nothing will change that.
ReplyDeleteHow do we send messages to TLC to keep the show going?
ReplyDeleteI know there has been heavy controversy over Duggar belief system with gay families. I know Willis family is new Duggar family. I know family Duggar support Huckabee. If I know these facts, so do scores of others. Maybe Christian channel who show Bates Family will continue where TLC...TOUGH LUCK CHANNEL has ended.
ReplyDeleteMove to the UP Channel. The other shows on TLC are not Godly. This story can help many other families who have had less than perfect lives. Reality shows are just that. Real. PrayerS to all.
ReplyDeletePraying for you all.
ReplyDeleteThis was a mistake that he made years ago when he was a learning, growing teenager. Did not anyone else make mistakes when they were a young teen? I'm not sure why it as to be made public right now and for all of you to be criticized for it. God forgives, let us all forgive as well. Love this family and all their good values. No one is perfect, no family is perfect, no one soul is perfect. If TLC plans to toss this show away then we will just have to toss TLC away as well.
ReplyDeleteLove your family and will continue to pray for them. Hope to see you back on the air soon.
ReplyDeleteYe who are without sin cast the first stone!!! This was the only show I ever turned the TV on to watch. I love the Duggars! They are and always will be my kind of people. God fearing and upstanding citizens with family values and morals beyond anything in today's standards. Passing judgement on the whole family because of mistakes a teenage boy made says nothing about their character but it speaks volumes about the people of TLC and theirs. Holier than thou???
ReplyDeleteWe all make mistakes and I will admit this is more than the ordinary mistake as it truly hurt others. The thing that gets me is he admitted to his error, the family responded immediately with all they could do and they have all moved past this. Why do we have to go through all of this and be pulled off the air for a mistake made over 10 years ago. Leave the Duggar family alone and let the show continue. God Bless this family.
ReplyDeleteLove for this entire family
ReplyDeleteKeep the show. Prayers for the family.
ReplyDeleteWant to keep watching and enjoying this family with their ups and downs
ReplyDeleteHis youngest victim was 4 yrs old.. The show needs to be cancelled not just pulled.
ReplyDeleteI will pray for the family. We love watching the show and do not believe it should be cancelled. I will continue looking for updates on the show coming back. If TLC does not bring it back I would hope another network would pick the show up.. Its a great show and its one I dont mind my granddaughter watching.
ReplyDeleteDeeply disappointed in tlc. Saddened by the lack of understanding of God's grace and healing power.....angry at the tabloid, People Magazine. The Duggars have been a source of blessing to many. I expect the Lord will take this negative situation and use it for His own good and glory. Praying for you Duggars.
ReplyDeletePlease don't cancel the show. Praying for the duggar family
ReplyDeleteI am a big fan of the Duggars, will keep all in my Prayers and I pray that TLC will bring them back
ReplyDeletePrayers are with you all. Thank you for your example. Love your show!
ReplyDeletePrayers are with you all. Thank you for your example. Love your show!
ReplyDeleteDear Heavenly Father... I pray that you continue to be with the Duggar family. Please give them the courage wisdom knowledge and truth to get through this trying time. Give them peace and love and let them know that they are going to be ok. AMEN!!!! I love you guys
ReplyDeleteI do feel bad for the family having to go through this, especially explaining the situation to the younger kids and Josh's own children. I think they should just continue maybe in the Fall with Jill and Jessa and their new husbands and babies. Maybe some day they will be able to include the rest of the family again, maybe without Josh.
ReplyDeleteVery Sad News
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion this punishes the innocent fans and the girls/women who were his victims as much as it shows TLC's disdain of Josh's actions. I will miss the show, but, I hope the family, especially the girls/women are and continue to heal and be well.
ReplyDeleteI am 100% behind the duggars. Past is the past for a reason and it should be left there no matter how bad it may be. I support the duggars with my heart and soul been watching them sense the were 14 kids and pregnant and I hope to see the show on again in the future
ReplyDeleteI am saddened to hear of TLC's choice. My prayers to your family for strength.
ReplyDeleteSeriously?? What is wrong with TLC?? It's in the past!!
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts and prayers are with all of you. And I really hope your show does not get canceled. It is so sad that Christian programs such as yours are taken off the air. God Bless.
ReplyDeleteThis is a perfect opportunity to show the proper way to handle what so many American face...i.e.a teenager that has yielded to temptation and sinned. Quit kicking them because they are not perfect! The perfect family routine was not realistic and was discouraging to watch....now they can help the real "us"!
ReplyDeleteThats so sad!
ReplyDeleteI sure wish that they stay and TLC will continue the show...
I am praying for Josh, Anna, their children as this is life changing for them totally, as well as the rest of the family. God bless you all in this time. We know God can and does turn ALL things for good to those who love Him, as we know you all love Him. Don't despair. Blessings to you all
ReplyDeleteTlc. Has over reacted on this ... I love this show
ReplyDeleteTLC put 19 kids back in air, Michelle & Jim Bob are doing the right thing. I will no longer see your channel until the program is back.
ReplyDeleteI am so discouraged by Josh's actions, and by those of his family after the initial discovery. : ( His sisters will be in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteI will not watch TLC for pulling the show !
ReplyDeleteNo more TLC for me then.
ReplyDeleteSo sad.
ReplyDeleteI pray that they bring tall back on soon. No one should be judged by their past, much less their past as a teen. No parent would go around telling the world what bad thing their child did. May God bless you all. I know this will make your family bond even stronger. To bad you can't start a duggar TV station, I know it would be better than anything else out there.
ReplyDeleteOur family supports you. We meet ya'll last year at the Woodlands Homeschool Convention. We believe as parents you took all the steps to help your son and all envoled. I just pray that other families could do the same. I know mine did not and I am so grateful that yours did.
ReplyDeleteWe pray this shall pass.
I love your family and I love what you stand for.
ReplyDeleteGreat Show. Nobody's perfect. Hope they keep you on air.
ReplyDeleteKeeping everyone affected by this recent turn of events, in prayer...
ReplyDeleteWhat is happening?! Everything is happening so fast... It's all crashing down!
ReplyDeleteI am was so sad to hear this news. It is very heartbreaking. I love your family and I hope they keep your show on the air. I will be praying for the family to get through this difficult time. God Bless, Christina
ReplyDeleteUmmm.... What did I apparently miss here!!???
ReplyDeleteSo sad to hear I look forward to Tuesday nites what a shame many prayers to you
ReplyDeleteI luv the show please dont take it off.
ReplyDeleteHow about supporting the Duggar girls instead?
ReplyDeleteI've loved this show since it began, I'm not stopping now. We all sin, Josh was a kid and I feel his parents handled it in the correct way. You will be missed. I'll be keeping you all in my prayers.
ReplyDeletePlease don't take the show off. I luv the show.
ReplyDeleteTLC needs to be taken off the air!!!!!! They are trying to take good shows off the air and won't take vulgar shows off. BOYCOTT TLC!
ReplyDeleteThis is truly tragic. The media has punished the innocent victims again by making the issue public and causing TLC to pull the show. Josh was a kid when this happened. If God had forgiven him, who are we to condemn him? I'm standing beside the Duggar and praying that TLC cones to its senses and continues showing 19 Kids and Counting.
ReplyDeleteMay God be with you and your family. It's a terrible situation and very difficult. I pray that god leads you all on a healthy path and you can begin healing.... Blessings
ReplyDeleteDo a show on Jill & Jessa's family only..
ReplyDeletei will be praying for yall. i love yall family
ReplyDeletePrayers for family 👪
ReplyDeletethe past is the past ....what one kid does is not the hole family
ReplyDeleteNot right they pulled it . It one show felt comfortable watching with my children. So what a mistake happened and they did what best for all involved. Some lowlife outted something that should have not been aloud to because minors records should be sealed. I feel bad that crime of outings a minors records happen and also for the victims. Prayers for all. Person releasing record should be held accountable.
ReplyDeleteI am glad the family worked hard of working with their son and victims and getting them help. Prayers.
Im sorry to hear about this, but all actions have consequences!
ReplyDeleteWill keep the family in my prayers!
It'll be alright. God is in control of this.. We will miss the show immensely. I will continue to read the blog. I wouldn't miss Jessa and Ben's big day for anything.. Or Josh and Anna's.. waiting for the M name to drop! God Bless you ALL..
ReplyDeletePlease keep the Duggar family on the air...it is one of my favorite show's
ReplyDeletePraying!
ReplyDeleteThe 19 Kids and Counting show is a wonderful example for all people. Christians make mistakes
ReplyDeletelike everyone else. I can think of many shows that have terrible examples in language and actions. Josh made a mistake when he was a young teen. I feel he has been forgiven and has
changed his life. Please let this show continue. It is one of the few shows Christians can enjoy !
It's unfortunate that TLC is either being driven by Satan or afraid that Mama June is going to sue them. They've lost my business now...I really enjoyed watching the shows on TLC, but I have to show my support to a forgiven young man and his family. Shame on you TLC. I think everyone who works there should take a look at their past....I bet their sins have been forgiven as well!
ReplyDeleteMy prayers are with the family
ReplyDeleteThis is truly heartbreaking!! I have enjoyed your show for many years and feel that canceling the show for something that has happened in the past and has been forgiven is absolutely awful!! I hope you guys continue to update often and hope this will all blow over and your show will return! As for now, I wish you all the best through this rough time and hope they make a decision to continue the show for next season.
ReplyDeleteEveryone makes mistakes even strong Christians and this is something that happened over a decade ago. This is one of the most positive influencing shows on tv at this time and don't feel it should be pulled. Prayers for the duggars.
ReplyDeleteShame on you tlc for pulling a very good clean show.i guess it don't matter if its a clean show.all the tv wants to do now is show dirty dancing to very young kids but that's ok .I love the Duggars and will be praying for them but tlc you have disspointed me so bad never again will I watch your channel and will pass the word along.very very sad
ReplyDeleteI don't have any questions but I wanted to just let you know that I am a huge fan of your family. I religiously watch your show and to see this come out today was heartbreaking. Your family will be in my prayers. God knows your hearts and he has equipped you to be able to handle this storm. God is with you, I will be praying for peace for your family.
ReplyDeleteThis is very sad news. I am praying and will continue to pray for all involved during this most difficult time.
ReplyDeleteWe are praying for your family. God will see you through this storm, just continue trusting and serving Him! Even in the valley, God is good. The Price family loves you all!
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts and prayers are with the entire Duggar family during these trying times, and always. Bless you all.
ReplyDeleteA friend,
Charlene W
Terrell Texas
This saddens my heart. Every family has problems and yours is not any different. We are praying for you guys.
ReplyDeleteI totally support your family and want to say stay strong. Those of us who are church members believe in a God, whom allows us to be forgiven for our mistakes. I will pray for you all.
ReplyDeleteHuge fan of family! Will remain a fan
ReplyDeleteI'm saddened by this turn of events. If its something that was addressed 12 years ago and the police were notified and everything was taken care of them it should have stayed in the past. To bring it to light now hurts everyone involved all over again. Your family values are an inspiration. May God watch over you in these troubling times.
ReplyDeleteI am so sad to hear this. It is a shame with all the trashy shows on TV today that an uplifting wholesome faith-based show such as yours is the one they choose to pull because of an event that happened so long ago. People who do not understand the redemptive power of Jesus' blood and the power of forgiveness are the first to bash your family and unfortunately the loudest to hear right now. I look forward to continue to follow your family on facebook and through your blog. God bless your family and I am praying for you.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for having a blog about the Duggars that is wholesome. I'm so glad you will continue to keep us updated. I'm so sad that their show has been pulled, but even more sad that this has become such a big deal on the media. I support the Duggars and don't want to see their family destroyed because of past sins.
ReplyDeleteThere are many of us who will no longer watch TLC until you are back on the air. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers
ReplyDeleteSo sorry about all this...I do agree with pulling the show until it all dies down, until the media can jump onto something else. God does forgive but the public does not. Praying for everyone.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to hear this! I will continue to pray for the family and pray that TLC sees it's better to keep them on the air!
ReplyDeleteThere are many of us who will no longer watch TLC until you are back on the air. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers
ReplyDeleteNo 19 and counting, no TLC
ReplyDeleteCan't believe TLC pulled all their episodes. With many kids in their family they are luck they haven't had many more problems.
ReplyDeleteWhy punish the other 25+ family members for the transgressions of one? Whomever broke this story from over 12 years ago did so with malicious intent, and absolutely no regard for the victims. Good luck, Duggars, Dillards, and Seewalds. I hope the media attention from this dies quickly and you return to TLC soon. Loving, healing thoughts to everyone suffering
ReplyDeleteI hope this is not a permanent thing! Your show is one of the only wholesome things on television today and our family really enjoys watching.
ReplyDeletesorry about your show
ReplyDeleteit a terrible loss
to your family
I hope you will come back
even if they don't see it in the future
So sad to hear that they have taken it off, but prating for the family. Hope to see it on again. I cannot wait for next seasons to start. I have faith that they will air it again very soon.
ReplyDeleteWe need to support the Duggars, they are human like everyone else yet people think they can judge them. The only person that should be judging is God and God alone. TLC bring the show back, it's a great and godly show I will be praying for them and supporting them!
ReplyDeleteI'm so sad to hear this. I love the Duggars and wish them the best. I'm praying for them and especially Josh and Anna, this has to be so hard on them. I personally think that Josh has proven he has changed and he's grown into a fine young man.
ReplyDeleteWill you continue with the blog and if so how will I know if you have put any updates on it? Thank you and all are in my prayers.
ReplyDeletePraying for strength, comfort and others awareness, that even though we call ourselves Christians, we sin, are sinners and are not perfect. God helps us be able to pick ourselves up, wipe ourselves off, and live without guilt. Keep on chugging Duggars! Know that your walk is narrow. I pray for continued enlightenment and comfort💜
ReplyDeleteI feel so bad for Josh's wife, children, and sisters. They are blameless, and will now be dragged into the spotlight as a result of these evil actions
ReplyDeleteSet your affections on above and not of things on earth. Collisions 3:2. My prayers are with you all.
ReplyDeleteSo so upset...this show was one of the few shows worth watching...I love the duggars..not all of the other smut on tv..I pray another channel takes them.
ReplyDeletePlease keep19 kids ad countig! Everyone makes mistakes and should be forgiven.
ReplyDeletePerhaps ALL Duggar fans should write letters to TLC about how important this show is to them. Its not just entertainment. The Duggars have positively influenced families for the better. I love the Duggars and would be heart broken if they stopped airing them in the future.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about the show. As Christian we r suppose to forgive. It's sad the way the public acts about things that happened in the past. Life is a learning process. i hope the show comes back. In my prayers.
ReplyDeletePraying for your family!!
ReplyDeleteYou all are in my prayers. Should TLC continue in this way, they will lose MY support as this was the ONLY reason I purchased the Cable package with their show on it. I don't watch any of them other drivel and don't need it if y'all are not on there. Going home to turn my Dish recorder off and let THEM know why as well. Then I will continue to go before the Throne of Mercy, Love and Redemption to ask for a hedge of protection for this family. The Evil One is alive and well in the U.S. and hates your positive lives and sharing your faith.
ReplyDeleteGod Bless! I am praying your show returns🙏🙏🙏🙏
ReplyDeletePraying for all of you. You are all doing the right thing by admitting your failures. We are ALL sins saved by grace! May the Lord rain blessings upon you. God will prevail in the end! Can't wait for the new episodes when this gets sorted out.
ReplyDeleteI hope the Duggars come back. It breaks my heart to hear what happened, but I'm thankful that josh admitted to what he did, and was able to turn his life around. Is there a petition going to get them back?
ReplyDeleteSad beyond words. Watching reruns of the show and keeping you all in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteThis is a sad day! But God is faithful and will uphold them, with His right hand.
ReplyDeletekeep the faith .be strong and since they want to take 19 kids and counting, maybe TLC should remove themselves from the list. everyone has skeletons in there closet no one is perfect .so now i am boycotting TLC i will not be watching anything that TLC is puttinon the air. GOD BLESS
ReplyDeleteThank God for that.
ReplyDeleteEveryone makes mistakes, the importance is learning from them. I hope to see your family on the air soon.
ReplyDeleteBring back duggars
ReplyDeleteThis is wrong, if they are going to start nitpicking on shows there would be nothing left on TV. Your show should not be canceled. Error in judgement when a juvenile should never had been put in the public. Your family has inspired so many and help them get their families on the right track. No family is perfect, we all have skellitons in our own closets and your family corrected the error the best way possible. Josh has corrected his ways and has lived a good christan life. He was a child when this happened , how can anyone punish him now from what happened then. THIS IS WRONG TO TAKE THE SHOW OFF!!!!
ReplyDeleteI will pray for the Duggars!!:) Please don't cancel the show, I love watching the Duggars!!!!!!!!!:-)
ReplyDeleteTLC, please reconsider. This family is going through enough why add to the turmoil. This all happened 12 years ago, this family should not be punished for a mistake made by a child. Please put the show back on the schedule.
ReplyDeleteJesus said, "If someone commits a sin, rebuke him. But if he repents, forgive him". Josh repented and in my eyes and heart all is forgiven. God bless your family. I will continue to support you.
ReplyDeleteThe past is the past. I will continue to support you and pray for all of you during this time.
ReplyDeleteThis happened many years ago, therefore it should not be the reason to pull the show. I suppose you think TLC is so perfect!! You have shown many shows that were questionable. Leave them alone and put them back on. I refuse to watch TLC ever again.
ReplyDeleteI'm very saddened how these things have turned out. It is a horrible thing that the anti-Christian movement has purposely dug this up to make Christian's look bad, without any regards as to hurtful this can be to the victims & their families. They should be ashamed of what they have done to everyone involved. The people who released a juvenile record ought to loose their jobs. I will keep everyone in my thoughts and prayers. Love & support to you all.
ReplyDeletewhat happened it doesn't say wht happened the reason why they stop the show for now???
ReplyDeleteYou will be very much missed. I have watched your episodes so long, I feel like you are my own family. I will be praying for you. I so hope that TLC will continue to air your family show.
ReplyDeleteThis makes me sad. Your show was encouraging and uplifting. I have been a big fan, but it's time to end. God bless all of you.
ReplyDeleteThis isn't right, prayerfully the voice of the majority will be heard.
ReplyDeleteLet TLC cancel you. Find another channel. We all sin and we should not have had that broadcasted all over the World. He was a child and has turned into a fine man.
ReplyDeleteLove and prayers to all of Josh's victims.
ReplyDeleteThis must be heartbreaking for everyone. I don't believe those who criticize the way Josh's acts were handled would have done more than you did if it had been one of their sons. I also hate that exposes like this are blown up and used to tear down Christians as hypocrites. "The devil is prowling around like a roaring lion seeking who he can devour." I'm praying for your family. I love that you accept the children God gave you, with love, and give them a beautiful loving family life.
ReplyDeleteLOVE you all! LOVE your family! Go with GOD!
ReplyDeletethis is so sad to let these peoples opinion take our favorite show off just because Josh made a mistake as a young teenager and it was handled at the time. People are so cruel and they are the ones the public and t v broadcasting are listening to. I pray God sees fit to correct this major injustice
ReplyDeleteDown Right SAD ! They have been on my mind and in my prayers. Sending love , prayers & support their way !
ReplyDeleteMy family will be adding you family in our prayers I pray that the show will be returned on air, as my familly has learned alot my your values.
