Twins Jana (Duggar) Wissmann and John David Duggar have always been close, and now they are experiencing the joys of parenthood alongside each other. Jana and Stephen Wissmann announced in August that they are expecting their first baby, and John and Abbie Duggar revealed in September that they are expecting their third child. Both are due in early 2026. A big group of Duggars gathered for a double gender reveal, and Jana uploaded a video to her YouTube.

Why does everything have to be a big messy production? Not only did they pollute the air with the colored powder, they spent a fortune on that backdrop. Imagine if they had used the money to donate diapers instead.
ReplyDeleteI don't think we should tell other people how to spend their money. Besides that Jana deserves a big family party in her honor.
DeleteIf more people had a social conscience about their money, the world would be a better place.
DeleteCongratulations. And. GOD. BLES. BOTH FAMILIES. HOW. WONDERFUL.
DeleteDo you go around and tell the people in your life how they should spend their money too? Honestly you sound like Judas complaining about the woman who washed Jesus' feet with her hair and perfume.
Delete@1:25PM You could not be more right, Jana DOES deserve a big family party in her honor! God bless!
DeleteHow awesome that Jana finally gets to have a gender reveal!
DeleteI can see the point - there are too many people who are careless with money, get into financial trouble by making bad choices, and it does mess up the economy when they can't afford the things they need, not just want. Plus we should all be giving more to others and not wasting it on frivolous things. So when you see very pro-life people doing things like this, it makes you wonder why they aren't out there helping other first-time moms who can't afford diapers, let alone a gender reveal party. How about setting good examples instead of only thinking about how many video views you can get??
DeleteHow do you know they are not helping first time moms?? And why can’t they celebrate with their own money??? Actually if you can’t afford diapers etc you shouldn’t be having a baby.
DeleteThey could easily have kept that whole thing private. Then there wouldn't be any question about what's important to them.
DeleteWow 1:15 I find your comment very insensitive. Ever heard of people suddenly losing their jobs? The income earners getting sick? Unexpected bills and life setbacks? All that and more can happen to pregnant women and their families. And remember - women have very little choice these days. Sometimes precautions fail and you find yourself in a situation that now there is no way out of. So which is it - you have to have a baby no matter what, or you shouldn't be having a baby since you don't have enough money? You can't have both.
DeleteI watched the video towards the gender reveal part where they shot out some colored smoke-like confetti. For Jana, it was blue which means she and Stephen are expecting a boy. For John-David, it was pink which means he and Abbie are expecting another girl.
ReplyDeleteI am so excited for Jana and Stephen having their first baby, and it’s a BOY! They are such a Sweet couple! And for Abbie & John having a baby GIRL! I am glad their family is so close and get together to celebrate each other’s special momentousness occasions in their lives. Congratulations & God’s Blessings!
ReplyDeleteI love the family togetherness. And I think Jana and Steven are the cutest couple. Congratulations to both couples on the coming new babies
ReplyDeleteNo surprise about Jana. Her baby shower was total boy theme. Dark and neutral clothes and wooden trucks. Not a pastel color or a frill of any sort. Kind of spoiled the later reveal video.
ReplyDeleteNot going to spoil it for anyone who hasn't watched the video yet. Congratulations to both couples and happy belated birthday to Stephen !!! So happy for you all!! 💓
ReplyDeleteI'm distracted by Jana's lips, they seem sort of artificial now, (like a lip plump job).
ReplyDeletePregnancy hormones or pregnancy facial bloating/weight gain. Hope she's being constantly monitored for preeclampsia.
DeleteAbbie seemed to be in a wheelchair of sorts through the video and was sitting during the actual reveal. I know she has hard pregnancies, I hope she’s doing all right
ReplyDeleteAbbie has hypermesis gravidarum during her pregnancies. She did mention she had been in hospital during the first trimester of this current pregnancy.
DeleteAbbie was sitting on a wooden stool.
DeleteSo now we just need approximate due dates. I think Jana is further along than Abby. Will Jana have her baby in January and Abby in February?? Also is Abby sick slot with this pregnancy??
ReplyDeleteI feel bad for Jana, she is already very large and has a couple of months left.
DeleteEvery moment is a strain and worry at this stage.
10:21,and a worry? I was huge and yes it's uncomfortable later in the pregnancy but it kind of comes with the territory. I don't know that she has anything to worry about just because she's a little older. I was too and I hope everything turns out wonderful for her like it did for me. If she mentions health issues or high risk pregnancy problems then worry,or better yet pray for her.
Delete1:25--You are SO RIGHT! Jana DEFINITELY deserves a big family party in her honor. God bless!
DeleteEvery moment doesn't have to be a strain and worry. Be sensible, take good care of yourself, and let God handle the things outside your control. Constant strain and worry takes a big toll on you.
Delete12:29 “Pray for her?” -Like the outcome will be different if we don’t?
DeleteIt doesn't hurt to pray for someone.
Delete@1:10 But then prayers often go unanswered, so there's that. Makes you feel disappointed that you got your hopes up for something and no amount of mental pleading could make it happen. Life is a series of events, actions, consequences, luck, you name it. Wishful thinking doesn't make things happen or we'd all have everything we ever wanted and no sorrow. I know people try to frame it as "God's plan" or "God's timing," but that seems cruel when bad things still happen. No wonder many have given up on "prayer."
DeleteIt was adorable. What a joy for Michelle and JB to have those twins and now see them as such good friends with lovely partners doing a gender reveal together. Anybody who doesn’t smile seeing that kind of love shine through is bonkers. Lucky babies to end up with these sets of parents and wider family support system. Thank you Duggar blog for keeping us posted on the beautiful moments not just Jill and Amy have a new complaint.
ReplyDeleteDoes Jana have gestational diabetes?! She looks much bigger than she should at this point in her pregnancy.
ReplyDeleteare you a doctor? she is fine I'm sure people gain more weight than others. maybe she will have a big baby.
DeleteCommenting on a pregnant woman's size is just not ok.
DeleteI would be worried if she's could't get Preganat my Mother's Had Twins and 1 one was/is Handicap one not she got to do all the Things the one one didn't the other has Bain Suregey ever couple years
ReplyDeleteWhat?!?
DeleteShe is / was pregnant. She is having a baby why make it like she has a disease. People have babies everyday . Lighten up.
