Fishing with Anna and the Kids

When some beautiful weather rolled into Northwest Arkansas yesterday, Anna Duggar decided to take her kids fishing at a pond. While they didn't catch anything, it looks like they enjoyed the outing immensely. All six of them are even ages right now.

    The kids are so cute. It's nice to have a few days of good weather to be able to get outdoors. I'm sure they had a fun time!

    I used to take my son and his friend fishing. It was so much fun. Fishing and snacks what an outing. Great Memories. Mom's are the best.

      So there have to be fish in the picture for you to believe they went fishing? The water and the fishing pole aren't enough for you?

      Gotta fish for them before you can catch them. My husbands favorite saying is he goes fishing not catching.

      That’s silly to say. Of course it’s still fishing. I played ball with my kids and couldn’t hit the ball to save my life but I was still playing ball!

    i wish we got to see more of anna and the kids. especially now that they're getting so much older! i'd love to see some of her homeschooling techniques and honestly, just some day to day life with 6 kiddos!

    I hope Anna had other adults with her. She shouldn't take six young children herself, to do an activity around water.

      My goodness! What do think Anna is raising? A pack of wild dogs. The older 3 are well behaved. And old enough, to help out with 4 and 5. And 6 isn't even walking,yet.So I'm pretty sure. Anna was able to handle it just fine.

      I remember years ago when Josh and Anna took their then 3 children on vacation in the RV, and on TV they looked like they did it themselves, but behind the scenes there was Jana helping out and on vacation with them. You're telling me now she can handle 6 children around water all by herself, without Josh and without Anna?

      Anna ctually is a wonderful mother, and her kids are nice, friendly well-behaved kids. They listen to their mom and know about dangers and all.

    It might not be too hard on Anna, having six kids. McKenzie has been assigned to raise number four and five, and soon will get the baby as well.
