Hope you are all having a wonderful Valentine's Day! This morning, Anna Duggar made her four oldest kiddos a heart-themed breakfast. These little grand-Duggars sure are growing up quickly. Mackynzie will turn nine years old later this year.

Oh my word Meredith is too cute!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, what beautiful children!!! What a blessing!
ReplyDeleteMy Valentines day was great I had a party at Human First the program I attend because I have special needs one of the female staff gave us gifts for BDAY. Moving on that is so sweet for Anna to do a Valentines day breakfast all the kids are getting so big. Time 2:56PM.
ReplyDeleteHappy belated birthday!
DeleteI think she meant VDay? Not BDay.
DeleteNeddy, that sounds like a really fun day. Sounds like you are in New York -- I LOVE it there! I also enjoy reading your sweet comments here on the Duggar Family Blog. God bless you!!
DeleteAdorable pictures! It's great that Anna takes the time to make special memories with her kids, when daily life takes up so much time and energy on the regular days. My kids have good memories of some of the special holiday things I've done for them over the years, which definitely makes the extra work worth it!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe how fast those kids are growing up, especially Mackynzie.
ReplyDeleteThat is just too sweet! I love the way that Anna loves her children and Josh!!! Anna, you are such a picture of Christ and His love!! Thank you so much Elle for doing these blogs! I love them! I cannot wait for the new season! I look forward to everything they will show!! God Bless everyone, God is LOVE!!!!
ReplyDeleteI apologize if I misspelled your name Ellie!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet! Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteSuch cute kids.
ReplyDeleteCute way to calibrate with the kids!
ReplyDeleteI think you meant to say "celebrate."
DeleteWhat adorable children. God bless them all.
ReplyDeleteA Duggar uses real plates?! Wow
ReplyDeletePick pick pick pick pick
DeleteNot nice - not necessary ! What's your hangup with paper plates ? Get over it ! Try a smile or laughter in your day , no time to pass judgements then. She is a great Mom making memories for het children - who will never forget her love & kindness all their days !
Delete4:44 -- I'm headed to the kitchen right now to use a paper plate in your honor.
DeleteThe reason paper plates are, so bad for the Planet, using real plates makes everything taste better, using paper plates everyday, makes one lazy, and think of the landfill too!!!!!!!!
DeleteWell in this case its a compliment to Anna. I didn't write the first comment, but we all need to do our part taking care of our earth and using paper plates is wasteful of resources and harmful to our environment.
DeleteJust a FYI to the judge mental people . The soap we use to wash real plates and the chemicals we use to clean the water used to wash the plates, is just as damaging to the planet.
DeleteNot ture, 11:56. Making paper anything is a huge impact on the environment. Wood pulp doesn't naturally want to be white. It has to be bleached. The smell and the discharge from paper plants has always been some of the worst pollution.
Delete11:56 THANK YOU! I can't even with all the people on here saying how horrible this and that is for the environment, but still use toxic dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, candles, laundry detergent, etc. It drives me crazy!
DeleteShampoo and conditioner are toxic? It's a wonder we aren't all bald.
DeleteUsing paper plates uses more resources (trees, chemical processing which uses immense amount of water and shipping) than using washable plates. Additionally, paper plates cannot be recycled and end up in landfills. I don't disagree that soaps impact the water systems, but paper plates are definitely worse by fa. Each step counts.
Delete2:04, get the think dirty app -not what it sounds like- and scan your products. You'll see.
DeleteHey 227 all that soap eventually ends up in our water systems. Also, streams, lakes, etc. Go to a water plant. And, see how they need to chemically treat the water before it’s drinkable. It’s all bad for the planet. We don’t need to criticize the Duggars for using paper plates. For goodness sake
DeleteGo to a paper mill, 10:25. It's worse. There was one we drove past all the time when I was a kid. The stench was unbearable. What they were dumping into the local streams and rivers, heaven only knows.
DeleteHow about we all do our best -- whatever that may be -- and leave the sanctimonious judging aside.
Delete2:04 - We may not all be bald, but think about the number of people with cancer in this country.
DeleteYou do not get cancer from your hair conditioner. That's a poor implication and a slap in the face to those with cancer.
Delete2:52 - the toxins in our body most definitely can cause cancer. Many personal care products contain toxic ingredients. Do some research.
Delete2:52 - why would that be a slap in the face to those who have cancer? Are you aware of people developing ovarian cancer from using talc? Please educate yourself about the dangers of chemicals in food, water, personal care products, etc.
Deletehow adorable. All look so happy. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThey are absolutely precious!!! Thanks for sharing these photos!
ReplyDeleteSuch cutie pies! They are growing so quickly too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute way to celebrate the holiday. I can't believe how old all the children are getting!
ReplyDeleteCuties. Mackynzie is looking more and more like Anna.
ReplyDeleteI think she looks like a mix of Anna and josh
DeleteBeautiful family! Lovely to see something from them. Happy Valentines day to all of the Duggar clan!
ReplyDeleteSo adorable! So nice to see such little kids learning about real love<3<3
ReplyDeleteThey have gotten so big! A very happy looking bunch!
ReplyDeleteWhat nice pictures of all the children and their delicious breakfast:) BUT....the face of little Meredith on the top picture is soooo very cute!!!
ReplyDeletethank you so much for sharing this update. so happy to see new pictures of these little ones, they grow so fast.
ReplyDeleteanna is such an awesome mother! mackynzie is absolutely beautiful, and for almost 9 she looks so mature. i can definitely see anna in her. michael is an adorable mini-josh and marcus & meredith seem to take after anna's dad. havent figured out who mason looks like yet but he is just too cute!!
Actually she just turned 8 in october!
DeleteAnna is such a Godly and wonderful Mom and Wife! So good to see any of Josh, Anna and family!! I miss them all. Kiddos are growing up so fast!! Can't believe Mackynzie is going to be 9!!
ReplyDeleteSpecial, what a Beautiful family.
ReplyDeleteLove seeing pics of all the kids. Meredith's expression is adorable. Sometimes hard gor me to see them though... not just these kids, but anybody's, as I have never been blessed enough to have even one myself. I truly hope they know how blessed they are.
ReplyDeleteAnon 11.32, your post really touched me. I'm so sorry that you have never had the joy of a child of your own, you sound a very lovely lady & it's very sad that the love you have could not be bestowed on a child. I do not know your age or if it possible at all that one day you do have the blessing of a child but my mum was told she would never have a baby (this way back in the 60s) no IVF or anything then so she just doted on her nieces & nephews. Then after 16 years of marriage at 42 years of age she had me, she did not know she was pregnant & delivered me on the toilet at home thinking she was dying, that was over 50 years ago, she never really gave up hope that God would bless her (she was deeply religious). Wether you are ever blessed with a child or not I hope you have much love in your life from elsewhere as you deserve nothing less.
DeleteI'm shocked a duggar used plates and not throw away foam ones! Wow
ReplyDeleteAnd reusable cups, too, not styrofoam!
DeleteA family of 7 is a lot smaller than a family of 20+ -- easier to keep up with the dishes.
Deleteso beautiful. Your children have wonderful parents
ReplyDeleteMichael is looking just like his daddy! They are all so sweet. Happy Valentine’s Day Anna and Josh and the little ones!
ReplyDeleteMarcus looks exactly like Granpa Keller!
ReplyDeleteHow sweet! I was homeschooled and my mom always did little things like that for me and my siblings. I think it is a nice way to show your children how much you love them!! You have an amazing family!!!!'
ReplyDeleteMy siblings and I were all educated in public schools and our mom always did special things like that for us. I remember coming home from to find special treats, homemade doll clothes and other loving gestures waiting for us.
DeleteWhat does your being homeschooled have to do with any of this? You can send your kids to public school and still be a good mom.
DeleteMy mom did special breakfast stuff like that for us, right before we'd head out the door to go to public school. We were always up in time for breakfast before we left.
DeleteNot necessary to criticize the O.P.'s comment. She was just sharing her personal experience, 8:48.
DeleteI believe the original anonymous was simply stating that like Anna's children, she was homeschooled also and her mother did "occasion" breakfasts like this. She was in no way casting aspersions against public school children or their moms. I'm not sure why people are so easily offended and perceive a slight where there is none. Homeschooled or Public schooled, I think we can all agree that the vast majority of parents love their children and probably like to do the special little things for them.
Delete8:48, I think you're over-reacting a tad to the original comment. She never said that public school moms can't be good moms.
Delete@8:48 AM all 7:31 did was share a special moment from childhood. There was no mention of homeschool moms being better than public school moms.
DeleteWow, no need to be so touchy 8:48, I don't think OP meant that you have to homeschool your kids to be a good mom.
DeleteI get weary of reading here how homeschooling is supposedly better than public school. I think that's what 8:48 reacted to, the perpetual school debate, not necessarily that comment.
Delete6:43, you know what I get tired of the world saying public schooling is better than homeschooling, but guess what? Life moves on.
DeleteI honestly think some of you are bored and come to DFB looking to engage in some kind of argument. It's not cool.
Delete9:49, I believe you are right. And honestly I don't understand why a fond memory from childhood would cause someone to get their knickers in a twist!
DeleteI agree, the op was stating her experiences as a child growing up & how she was homeschooled. She didn't say she was better than anyone else because of this, just sharing a nice story & I thought it was quite sweet the way she did so. Neither I or my kids were homeschooled (neither am I American, I'm from the UK) but I still understand the original posters comment & can aporeciate it in the nature it was meant. I do wish people would not be so judgmental about things. I have led a very different life to the Duggars & probably a lot of people on this blog, I'm not as religious, havnt been or done homeschool, not particularly into conservative clothes but I still appreciate what people have to say about the life they have had.
DeleteBeautiful children! I miss seeing. ALL the Duggars. Wish they were on UP TV. We can't get UP TV but I would buy the programs as they would most likely include everyone and be on more often.
ReplyDeleteTheir lives are a testimony that encourage hundreds of thousands of people.
Love the pictures of Josh and Anna's kids! Thank you! Wish we could also see pics of Josh and Anna too!😊
ReplyDeleteThey are adorable!
ReplyDeleteThey are so sweet! I see Anna in all of their faces. They are growing up so fast. Such a nice Valentine's breakfast. Eileen
ReplyDeleteI think all of them look more like the Keller side than Duggar. Of any of them, I see both Anna and Josh in Mackynsie. Michael looks like his mom. Marcus looks like his grandfather Keller and I think Meredith looks like Anna's sister Priscilla. Too soon to tell about Mason.
ReplyDeleteHow sweet of Anna to do that for her kids.
ReplyDeleteTop pic Marcus and Mere has the same face expression. nice to see these kids
ReplyDeleteMere? That’s an awful name you put on her.
DeleteI've known other Merediths who had the nickname of "Mere." I wouldn't use it for someone unless I knew they were ok with it, though.
DeleteJosh and Anna have beautiful children! Love this little photo collage.
ReplyDeleteWhat's with the comb-overs?
ReplyDeleteThat seems to be the style with little boys here in AZ too. It's rather cute I think.
DeleteBeautiful kids and they all like like their mother 😃
ReplyDeleteMackenzie and Michael look like a mix of Josh and Anna, and I think Meredith will to, Marcus looks like Anna's dad, and Mason is still to little to tell.
DeleteThey're so cute!!!
ReplyDeleteThey are all adorable, but that Meredith...quite the showman!!
ReplyDeleteAnd Kenzie is so pretty!
DeleteI see Anna in Mason!
ReplyDeleteJosh and Anna's children are adorable and look happy for the Valentine's breakfast that their mother made for them. I like the red plates, gives me an idea for next Valentine's Day. Thanks and Bless you...Jane
ReplyDeleteVery sweet little kiddos! Anna's a good mama!
