Vuolo Snapshots Fall 2017

Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo recently had a visit from Jeremy's parents, Chuck and Diana Vuolo. For those who don't know, Chuck is a pastor, and when he visits Laredo, he is often a guest speaker at Jinger and Jeremy's church, Grace Community.

Jinger and Jeremy are just six days away from celebrating their one-year wedding anniversary, so that definitely calls for a romantic kissing picture.

    3. Grow up.....that sounds like a ten year olds comment. It’s nearly their anniversary I think it’s a lovely pic!

    4. Maybe the OP really is under 12?

    5. Regina, I hope, otherwise OP should know better than to make such a childish comment

    6. Gross isn't the word I would use, but I'm not a fan of kissing pictures, myself.

  2. Happy first anniversary, Jinger and Jeremy. So glad to see you "enjoying" each other before you have children. Getting to know each other is an important tool before you introduce kids into the mix, especially with hardly any contact physical before becoming Mr. & Mrs.

  3. I really admire Jinger and Jeremy for getting to know one another as man and wife before they bring the "mommy" and "daddy" roles into the mix. They are adorable!

    1. How do you know they're not struggling with infertility? What looks "admirable" to you might be heartbreaking to them. Don't judge.

      Delete
    2. @11:24am who's judging??

      Delete
    3. 3:56 just stated her opinion. There wss no judging involved

    4. I agree with 11:24.. just because a couple have not had a child by their first Anniversary does not meant that they chose that. They could very well be struggling with infertility and people congratulating them because they don't have children is not helpful at all. It's better to say nothing about someone's personal life regarding parenthood or the lack thereof!

    2. Not Hope. There was a Hope Solo in the professional soccer world, and she was not a good role model.

    3. Hope is a beautiful name :)

    4. Hope is a great name! I don't think we can look at one negative person and never use their name again (unless it's something really blatant, like Adolf - that name has been ruined).

  6. There was a guy who looked like Jeremy at Sunday's Game 5 of the World Series, in Houston. Was it Jeremy?

    2. Why make that comment?

    3. All the couples in this family do this. It's as though they are trying to prove something to the public. Strange.

      Delete
    4. EXACTLY.....they're showing everyone they can kiss now !
We know , and we don't have to see it over & over !!!!!

      Delete
    5. trying to prove something? what does that even mean?

      Delete
    6. I think most couples do that. My husband and I have kissing pictures and so do my parents. We love our spouses and kiss them. What exactly is wrong with that?

      Delete
    7. I don't think there's anything necessarily wrong with a married couple kissing in public, provided it's mutual, in-the-moment, quick and not a long drawn out thing. But this picture is obviously staged, with Jinger doing the little "foot up" a la Marilyn Monroe, but his body is more facing the camera person, his "free arm" is neither reaching for her nor around her, and his body language is very stiff, while she's pressing into him. This isn't two people sharing a romantic moment kiss. Sorry!

  13. Aw, this is so sweet!! Happy anniversary a little early! Don't listen to the people who have nothing good to say about y'all. It's your life, not theirs. Glorify Him, and live it to the fullest! Y'all are a great blessing to many people. God bless!

    2. What in earth can you possibly mean by this statement?

      Delete
    3. What.....that’s just goofy. They are married and get enjoy a little pda now and then. Nothing wrong with a tastefull kiss.

      Delete
    4. Guys! The original poster was making a joke! If you didn’t get it, you’re not a true duggar fan! That’s Duggars say not to physical contact during courtship/engagement because it “stirs up romantic desires which can’t be fulfilled.” That’s where the joke comes in.

      Delete
    5. What do you mean by "stirring up romantic desires"?

      Delete
    6. Personally, I don't care if they post photos of kissing. However, there's a ring of truth in 1:44's comment, even if it was meant to be sarcastic. The Duggars have long advocated for modesty as a defense against "impure "thoughts and premarital
temptations. It stands to reason that the married couples in the family should take the same approach to their public behavior as they do towards wardrobe choices, which is not to draw attention to oneself in a way that would stir desires in others that "could not be righteously fulfilled." From my perspective, it's a double standard.

    1. Couples post pictures of them kissing all the time, I thought it was cute.

    2. No it isnt necessary, and they need to be a little more modest then this. Learn to be more private jeremy and Jinger it's a sign of maturity.

      Delete
    3. Why do you think it's necessary to comment? They're married, they can kiss wherever they want to :)

    7. Anon 5:35. You are right it's not our business but yet they post this picture of themselves kissing for all the public to see. A lot of us grew up in homes where you just wouldn't share a personal picture like that to strangers. It does not make us what was that 6 yrs old, 12 yrs old, feel sorry for you? No it means in this area we were more private and modest. Love how vicious some of you are over a difference of opinion about a tv reality family. Lol good grief people

    8. The popped up foot is such an "in your face" to those in her family who are not allowed to kiss.

    9. Umm, 11:34 there isn't anything immodest about a married couple kissing.

    10. HATERS!!!!.....😜

By the way, lovely picture guys 🤗🤗

    11. "In your face" to those who aren't allowed to kiss?? I'm sure their siblings know that their own turn will probably come some day and that they don't begrudge their married sister her kisses. That's just kind of silly.

      Delete
    12. Umm 11:04. There isn't anything immodest about a courting couple holding hands, or a young lady wearing pants, or a young courting couple going out to dinner without a sibling to keep them in line,so everyone I guess has their own ideas on modesty. Personally I don't want my daughter when she gets married to post a picture of her and her husband kissing for all the public to see. What would my daughter be trying to prove by doing that. Our society is way too drenched in scenes of intimacy, talk of intimacy, let's lighten up on all that stuff and learn to be a little more private.

      Delete
    13. A kiss is pretty innocuous in this day of vast immodesty and blatant immorality.

      Delete
    14. Frankly, when I see obvious posed pictures of couples kissing, my first thought is why are they working so hard to convince others that they're happy and "into each other"? The second one is who are they hoping to to convince? LOL

  18. Oh wow, they can kiss in public. Congratulations for joining the other 99.99% of the world.

  19. Give me one GOOD reason that kissing is only supposed to happen after you're married. Why you can't show affection like that before an arbitrary piece of paper is signed. Why touching lips or pecking someone on the cheek is so sinful if you're single. And why the Duggars think they have to make a spectacle of kissing after marriage.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The Duggars reason that an unmarried couple is exposing themselves to temptation should they kiss or have other physical contact. To them, it's sinful to succumb to those temptations, even if a wedding is close at hand. I sure don't think it is a sin and it's ridiculous to shame anyone who doesn't follow these rules. I've known quite a few holier-than-thou folks who certainly didn't practice what they preached and certainly didn't save themselves for marriage! My husband and I lived together for quite awhile before we tied the knot. That was over thirty years ago- we've had no regrets about it, that's for sure. But, whatever floats your boat, whatever works for you, or is your cup of tea!

    2. #1; No one on here was saying you can't kiss until after you're married, even though that is the Duggar's belief, not all of their fans think that. The Duggars think kissing before marriage can stir up desires that cannot be fulfilled in a godly manner, which may be true for some people. Personally, I say know yourself, if kissing before your married is going to lead you to do thinks you don't want to do before you're married, then wait, if not I'd say have at it. #2; A marriage license is not "an arbitrary piece of paper". #3; They are not making a spectacle of themselves. They are kissing. Like every single married couple -and most non married couples- do. Can you give one GOOD reason why they shouldn't post a picture of themselves kissing?

      Delete
    3. I know the Duggar s don't believe in kissing before they are married, but they also have never condemned people who do. There is a difference between having personal beliefs that you follow and then having beliefs that you follow but you condemn people who do things differently. The Duggar s have never made condemning statements, only statements that reflect their personal beleifs.

  21. Anybody can kiss after they're married. That's nothing special. I'm waiting for the day when a Duggar posts a picture like that BEFORE they're married. Now that would be blog-worthy. Probably have the biggest number of page views and responses in your blog's history.
