Growing a garden or even just a potted tomato, broccoli, or lettuce plant is a wonderful way to make sure you have vegetables all the time! Also sometimes eating meat only once a day could help your body to process it faster. It would be boring to eat the same exact thing everyday, and you really do need veggies and a fruit exchange. I realize that it is only one of the three meals, but ladies, frying a sweet potato at all isn't very smart, a BAKED sweet potato is the way to go, grill the chicken outside on the grill after marinating it in olive oil and some herbs.
