Elizabeth Zellon, Jill and Derick's private wedding photographer, graciously granted us permission to share the photos she took of the Dillards' special day. Elizabeth has also been hired to photograph Jessa and Ben's wedding this weekend.

Stay tuned! We have more pictures to share in the coming days.

    1. TLC has been cracking down on YouTube, so it is very likely the wedding will never be posted and the blog is not allowed to link to it even if it is :(

  4. Jill was clearly very, very happy. Nice to see a couple beginning their lives together at the point of marriage. It's so rare to see these days.

  5. The rehearsal dinner was the most teary part of the show, i really thought i would need more kleenex. I guess I'm a traditionalists because i really wish he wouldn't have seen her till she first walked down the isle. I was surprised that the wedding march wasnt a sweet sounding rendition that one would think of when it comes to sweet Jill, this version sounded kinda harsh.Im very happy for the couple but am kinda disappointed with this long awaited episode, it was lacking on so many levels.

  6. I'M STILL CRYING!!!! And these are not happy tears, these are sad, letdown, frustrated tears of disappointment. SHAME ON TLC! I will never trust them again.I wish them all well and will keep up with what is going on with them thru this blog but thats it, I'm done watching the show.

  7. I LOVED THE WEDDING!!!!! I just wished they showed more of the wedding ceremony, where was the Waller's, and the Bates? I also wish we saw more of the reception too, I feel like with all the pre wedding shows, they would of showed more of the actual wedding, liked they did for the 3 other wedding, I just did not feel moved, and I WAS REALLY looking forward to it!! I think the TLC editors should go back, re-edit it, and put the wedding ceremony back in the "wedding show"!!!!!!!!!

  8. The wedding was absolutely beautiful! Jim Bob, I can assure you that the 3 females of this house cried right along with you. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Dillard. May your life be filled with many blessings and happiness always.

  9. I agree with Justine Kessner. Too much of "talking heads".. We didn't get to hear Amy sing at the wedding, no message by the minister, not much of the reception. We heard all of that stuff before, how Jim Bob did not want to giver her away..enough of that!

  10. why did they run down the aisle after the wedding. I really don't think I have seen anyone do that one. Why did Erin Bates play some nice music for the couple.

  15. Having a rehearsal is a good idea for a big event like this and a time to cherish lots of emotions.

  16. Congratulations Derick and Jill. You were both beaming! May God richly bless your marriage!

However, TLC the Wedding show was a let down. Rehearsal dinner and prep could have been one show and the wedding another.

Too much emphasis placed on wedding coordinator and issue with rootbeer floats. Who cares. We wanted to see the ceremony. Derick and Jill's wedding show was such a let down after all the hype.

You want us as viewers to watch your show each week yet you blocked your viewers from seeing the ceremony and majority of reception, literally the largest event of the season. We were all looking forward to "Jill & Derick's Wedding" as TLC titled the show, but we certainly didn't get to see much of the actual wedding. Big let down! Would loved to have seen all of wedding party walking in, music, challlenge to couple and etc.

  17. I love this family and I praise Michelle and Jim Bob for their godly living and raising such godly children. I am really proud of the way the girls kept themselves for marriage and the way they have conducted themselves . They have set examples for. so many your girls and it goes to show you living for God makes a big difference when you really love and honor God, your parents and yourself. The wedding was totally awesome, the reception was cute, everyone had a nice time, cost wise it was the best so overall I loved the whole thing. God bless the newlyweds, hope you kids will be married 50 years from now. Keep your faith, trust God for everything and keep doing what God leads you to do. God bless

  18. What was the name of the song being played on the piano in the tv episode when Jill and Derick were lighting their unity candle and for the few minutes after?
