  7. Hi there, when measurements are used in the recipes, is 'T' supposed to be tablespoon or teaspoon? Please reply. I am looking forward to making some of these recipes!

    Hi Anonymous,

Lowercase "t" stands for teaspoon. Uppercase "T" stands for tablespoon. (All of the "t"s in this recipe are teaspoons.)

    Have a great weekend,

    Hi Stacy,

Feel free to add raisins instead of chocolate chips. It all depends on personal preference. :)

  12. These cookies are so delicious! They will now be our family favorite, for sure!! My 17 yr old son just ate 10 of them! :) They do not cook very well on a baking stone, but on metal cookie sheets they are AMAZING!!! Thank you for the great recipes! God Bless!

  14. What kind of mixer do they use to mix the cookie dough. It's a white round one. I tried to see it on tv.

  15. I tried the recipe and it is perfect for our elevation in Ontario. I added chocolate chips to some batches and even doubled the batch. I also tried white raisins and they turned out moist and yummy.
The recipe yielded 57 cookies for me and cooked in 10 min for those reading needing to gauge time in my area.
Dianna the family owns a Bosh Universal which can make up to 240 of these at a time with the heavier paddles found in the wedding package. I just used a large wooden spoon. I am looking forward to owning one before Christmas with all our baking.

  21. How many cookies can each batch make

  22. @Katie Maloney

    Hi Katie,

It has been a few months since we have made these, so we don't know an exact amount. (Sorry about that!) But one batch makes a "normal" (not Duggar-sized) amount of cookies.

    Hope this helps!

  24. Odd question, are quick oats used or the old fashioned? I've had recipes flop from not having the right one. Thank you and God Bless

  25. @Gina Baldwin

    Hi Gina,

Great question. We use old fashioned oats for this recipe. :)
