Behind-the-Scenes with the Duggars

While in Atlanta, the Duggars met and had dinner with evangelist Ray Comfort of Living Waters.  Thanks to one of our faithful followers for posting the link to the video. It was released only a few hours ago!

And here's some more exciting news...
In August, the Duggars will travel to Washington D.C., where they will learn to evangelize in front of the Lincoln Memorial. Their experience will be filmed, so you'll be able to watch the whole thing on DVD!

  1. Duggar Family,
We love watching your show and we were wondering if we could get your recipe for tater-tott casseroles? You are an inspiration for my family and friends. You handle and love your kids and raise them with respect. I love how you stand by your beliefs and wear modest clothes. I would love to hear from you. I am having trouble disciplining all my twelve children. Please email me at sarsjackson@yahoo.com .
    Thanks,
    Sarah

  2. I was so excited to read this in the Living Waters e-newsletter! I could tell from their answers about their favorite gospel tracts that they really do use Living Waters' tracts. Awesome! The true gospel really is being shared by the Duggars. So fantastic!

  7. Hi KMA!

Great question! To evangelize is to share with others the good news that Jesus Christ died for our sins. To have eternal life with God in heaven, all you have to do is confess your sins to Him and accept Jesus Christ as your savior. Once you do that, you have a clean slate before God.

It's all summed up in the following verses:

    Romans 3:23
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

    Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

    Romans 5:8
But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

    Romans 10:9
But if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

    Romans 10:13
Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

  9. Hi KMA!

You're right, the Duggars always try to demonstrate the love of the Lord Jesus Christ by the way they live. However, this is the first time they will be filmed evangelizing on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.

    Blessings,
    Lily and Ellie

  10. In the "Living Waters" video clip Josiah says that Jason fell and cracked his jaw, broke some teeth, got stitches, and "messed up" his leg. I heard it happened when he fell off the stage in Charles Stanley's church in Atlanta... do you know if he is okay?

  11. Josiah said in the video that Jason did suffer a few minor injuries when he fell off the stage but that he is doing okay.

    Blessings,
    Lily and Ellie
