  1. I just watched. I thought all of the kisses in all of those different body parts that John gave Abbie were kinda weird. I would only do something like that in intimacy, not in a church in front of lots of people.

    1. I agree. It seemed strange to me. But then I'm not a Duggar.

    2. But it was their first kiss! Not that of the audience, although they witnessed it. It was just as they wanted it, apparently, and super sweet.

    3. I thought it was so sweet!

    4. I thought the kisses leading up to the big one made the moment quite endearing.

    5. Kissing for the first time in front of a bunch of people....might as well do what you want! I thought it was great!

    1. Honestly, What is wrong with beards? And why do many people criticize John especially? Nobody said this bout Jeremy, Ben, Derick, or Josiah who all had beards at their weddings....

    2. I like the beard!

    3. I like a nice beard, but the Duggar males don't seem to be able to produce much of one. Personally I think he just give up on it. lol

    4. You can hardly call what John David has a 'beard'. Some men cannot grow a good full beard and this seems to apply to the young Duggar men, it just makes them look dirty! Also from what I remember lots of people said Derick should shave when he went full Grizzly Adams, and many said Josiah should shave for the same reason as John David and also because it made him look like Josh. Both Ben and Jeremy look good with beards because they grow full beards which they keep well groomed (it helps that they are both good looking men to begin with).

    5. Carol- Do you expect everyone's physical appearance to meet with your standards and preferences? LIve and let live.... you'lll be a happier person.

    6. I don't agree with Carol -- I think he looks good with the scruffy look and Abbie probably likes it -- but this is a blog for opinions, and Carol's entitled to hers. Variety is the spice of life!

  7. Very touching ceremony!

  8. I thought the kisses leading up to the final kiss was adorable. Shows how much John has changed to allow us to see his humerous side. And the final kiss was "oh my..." so romantic. Her dress was gorgeous. The only thing that I think was negative was that they need to give the respect to the church that it deserves and the drone was a bit off for my taste. If the brothers want to do something funny, they should do it outside of the church.

    1. I thought all that hand and arm kissing was not good. They were not ALONE, but at a wedding ceremony in front of their guests. I really was uncomfortable watching him act like they were in the privacy of their home.

    2. The church is not a building. It’s the people. So, by your logic we should never allow drones in places where Christians meet.

    3. Hey I agree with the OP about the drone part at the wedding. That is disrespectful to a holy wedding. Some things are for the right situation. It would be fine at the reception but NO at a wedding.

  10. Abbie was such a beautiful bride but she's beautiful anyway. I loved her dress and headband, but the drone stunt was out of place. She's very blessed.

  14. I am a little worried that there won't be a new season soon or that it will be very far away since the episode is only 30 min long. It means there is no new courtship ou baby announcement so they won't be showing a new season soon.

  17. I have watched The Duggars for so long I have lost count of the years. I have cried and laughed and had my own opinions. Insulting them and just being mean because we do not agree is awful. This was beautiful to me and they appear to have chosen each other because of love.

  18. Congratulations, John and Abbie!!! This is a most precious couple! Their joy truly reflects the joy that will be the marriage supper of the Lamb! That of Jesus and the Church! Thank you so much for sharing your wedding day with us!
