    2. If you click on people.com above it will load the one photo. Until the magazine provides the photos to the public they probably won't be available anywhere else since they have rights to them.

    3. There has only been one pic released at www.people.com as they have the exclusive rights to the photos. :)

  7. I'm not usually complimentary of this family, but I have to say that Jinger's wedding gown looks beautiful and her hair was done beautifully too. She looked great. I'm surprised Jeremy didn't wear a tux, but he looked good too. Can't say that for the parents of the bride, sadly.

    1. Saw only a small top part of what Michelle wore, and yes.it did look a bit casual for mother of the bride. The parents weren't the stars today anyways! Although, now that I think about it, Jeremy's dad did officiate at the wedding today, but I'm sure Jeremy's parents looked "wedding ready" as they are a very attractive couple that do seem to go together well. As for the stars today, Jinger and Jeremy, they looked GREAT! Jingers dress was lacy and elegant, very classy with a vintage, Grace Kelly timeless feel. Jingers make-up looks professionally done and very light on the eyeliner, if any at all! Her hair was styled BEAUTIFULLY too! Jeremy looked dashingly handsome in his sttylish striped blue suit. Elegant, classy, stylish and a very happy looking couple! I'm sure this is a marriage made in heaven and I don't doubt they will be very happy! I think Jinger will blossom in Texas with Jeremy at her side. My one piece of advice for them would be - WAIT a year or two to have children, there is plenty of time for that. Get better acquainted with each other first and enjoy your new lives! BEST WISHES TO THE HAPPY COUPLE!

    2. Jeremy's mother was impeccably dressed. I wasn't crazy about the bridesmaid dresses. They looked looked like mother of the bride dresses. Well at least they weren't bought online and didn't need to be lengthened by Jana.

    3. If you're not complimentary of this family, then why visit this blog at all? Just to express negativity? Seems like such a waste of everyone's energy, including your own...

    4. Would the lovely Duggar fans PLEASE stop picking on anyone with a different or honest opinion? Really, you are making yourselves look no better than the people you're complaining about.

    5. There's is a difference between opinions or the crass, untru, uncouth statements some people make...there is a kind way to disagree or comment, but you see...we don't see much of that here.Fan and nonfans seem to have problems judging...someday when we are all so perfect and sinless then maybe it will stop...one could only hope.It is still kinda strange than nonfans would even want to stop by here or watch if its not for ill purposes, if we are being TRULY honest. I hoped that just once this thread could be a possitive one full of kindness...huh, wishful thinking.

    6. Anonymous 1:38, you are basically accusing Ellie of publishing crass and uncouth things with your statement. :(

    7. What seems like a kind way to disagree to one person will seem like an insult to another. You can't win! So the best thing to do is speak your opinion, then let Ellie decide to post it or not. If she approves, then you should accept it, too. I'm glad she approves various viewpoints, or this blog would be very one-dimensional and boring.

  8. There are more pictures online than just People. Other photogs did catch them, even though they tried to keep things private. Lavender lace dress for Jill.

    1. Yeah, I can confirm that! Jana wore a silver gown, Joy a copper one, Jill wore lavender and Jessa a warm purple.

Glad they are married and Jinger had begun her life with Jeremy officially. Lovely dress, lovely young bride. Glad to see her makeup bridal and fresh.
    Many blessings to both.

    2. Lace wedding dresses are very in vogue here in U.K.

  11. Not a big fan of selling wedding photos to magazines for money. Just seems a bit wrong almost.

    1. Why not,I'm sure if some were offered money for their future family, most would jump on it,if u are to be truly honest with yourself.I bet if u did a pole, the majority would do the very same thing,u can never be to safe when funds are involved,u dont know what the future holds and maybe they would be to proud to depend on mom and pop.

    2. Well, how else would they have had money for their honeymoon?? I agree with you though, it does seem in poor taste.

      Delete
    3. Agreed, 7:39. For a couple who wanted their wedding to be small and private, it sure turned large and public. The pictures were on the magazine's site in no time flat. How about taking a camera crew on your honeymoon? Doesn't that sound romantic!

      Delete
    4. this is how they earn their money. they are very fortunate not to have to go into the workforce. i think a lot of people envy that whether they admit it or not. maybe that is part of the reason the Duggars get bashed a lot.

    5. Yes, I feel uncomfortable making a profit from your own wedding making vows to each other & God. Its strongly disliked to sell wedding pictures to magazines here in U.K. unless you're a footballer, or some ditzy celebrity.
And whilst I can understand they intended to go small and the wedding guest list got bigger to say they were doing it differently & having a private wedding, it was a bit of a fallacious statement, as they had the TLC camera crew there to film it! I thought private meant they were going to marry with no TLC camera crews no filming for their TV show but just them, family & friends.

    6. "I thought private meant they were going to marry with no TLC camera crews no filming for their TV show but just them, family & friends." ......As popular as they are, it's a bit naive for you to think that, 6:01, don't you think?

      Delete
    7. No I dont think I was naive I just interpreted private differently. And I thought Jinger & Jeremy were stronger characters together would 'do things
differently' as they stated. Not the details like dress, flowers, different but maybe have ceremony in marquee & reception afterwards.... I also thought Jeremy being older & a stronger character may have insisted privacy from TLC for the ceremony part.

  12. Congrats Jinger and Jeremy! Have a wonderful life together.

  13. Congratulations to the couple.

  14. Congrats to the newly weds!!!
But wow. Selling wedding pics to rag mags just 2 HOURS after the event just seems.....
Not keeping things private for very long? Seems like the parents couldn't wait to bring in extra cash. Doubtful jinger sees a penny from the money she just brought in to Jeremy- since he is her headship now and not Jim bob. The transfer of authority is now official!
    ☹️

    1. Pretty disappointing, how a family who is supposedly focusing on God first and foremost finds it necessary to also focus diligently on People, Us, TLC, cameras, and the paychecks they bring. Greed is never a pretty sight!

  15. Hooray!! Jinger looks so sweet and elegant and just beautiful!! Jeremy looks great too! His blue suit is so sharp, and I love it that he wore a full suit including a vest. Jinger's hair looks very pretty and her dress is fantastic! It's so romantic and it suits her so well!! Congratulations to the very happy couple!

    1. It didn't come up so suddenly. They've been engaged for months. They've known each other for a while. How do you know they barely know each other? Do you know them personally? What is shown on the show is just a very small portion of their life and not in real-time.

    2. From the time they started courting until engagement/marriage, it was all less than 1 yr. Only engaged for 3 months. Ginger even said they were on the fast track.
