Josh's Passion For Politics

"I'm just encouraged to see what God is doing in people like you, around this nation, that are saying, 'You know what, we are going to stand, and we are going to stand firm, for the things that count."'
-Josh Duggar

Josh and Anna Duggar spent Thanksgiving in Florida with Anna's family (pictures below). On their way home, they stopped at Central Baptist Church in Kannapolis, North Carolina, where Josh spoke about his involvement in politics.

    1. She just had Marcus, giv her time to lose some of the baby weight, the more babies u have in a row the harder is is to bounce back quick, and she is getting alittle older. But then again maybe she got PG again right away, we will know soon enough.

  2. I think it's wonderful that Josh has chosen to be in politics! This country needs more real Christians in office!!! Keep up the Lords work Duggars, you're setting a trail for others to follow! :) :)

  4. I wonder who hosted Thanksgiving? It doesn't look like Josh & Anna's home or the Keller family trailer??? Also, I truly am not being critical; just curious as to why none of these families seem to use dinnerware; always paper products!

  5. Ummm, they're a lot easier to wash!!! When you have lots of people to wash dishes for, it's MUCH more relaxing to use paper products...I know from experience.

  13. Maybe they do not own enough real place settings and disposable means little clean up.

  14. I think the paper products are used because nobody probably wants to wash and store that many dishes and paper products tend to be economical when bought in bulk.

    1. Wouldn't it be far more economical to buy "permanent dishes" one time instead of constantly buying paper? It's so wasteful :(

Of course it would!!! AND since Thanksgiving is a special family holiday; you'd think they could us real dishes (I'm not saying expensive chine) to honor the occasion. Nope, paper plates-just like it was a ho-down!

  16. Yes it's nice to use reg plates for holidays. However it is their choice and they are prob serving 20 plus ppl and what does it really matter what kind of plates they use???? Their are so many other things in the world to focus on.

  17. you only have to wash the dishes a FEW times a year, on holidays and special dates b.day etc. its being WASTEFUL/ to keep buying paper products. enough people to pitch in to clean UP. am sure they have a dishwasher.

  18. There's some people in there that don't look like Anna's siblings. Grandparents, or aunts and uncles maybe?

Yes; there are more important things to focus on in the world. Like getting the best educations possible, being open minded and loving one another as we do ourselves. The same people who use wasteful paper products are un educated, narrow minded and seem to love only those who are "like minded"!

  21. Whats with the focus on paper plates? Pretty sure they dont need yalls permission.

Love the little kids. Gonna make do with the internet til 2014 :-)
