  1. I noticed in the 90 day challenge episodes that Joseph and Joshua were wearing athletic wear shorts which seem ever so appropriate with the physical nature of working out especially in the heat. Is this approved of in the family convictions of dressing?

  2. Staged!!! Josh, you clearly had the advantage over your dada and I'm sorry TLC told you what to do! It was easy to see you hesitate. I guess it was gracious of you. Love that you actually wore shorts! Good job:)

  6. Is Michelle pregnant? Considering how she's been working out, I have a hard time believing that's just a tummy pooch on her.

  8. I hope they keep this up and maybe do versions of it with the kids, its great excercize. When I was little we'd make up little obstacle courses in the back yard or school playground to do. I just hope they keep this up as a lifestyle change. I have been working on it myself for seven months and some of my motivations was that I needed to take better care of the body God gave me and that if I lost weight and got in better physical shape, I would be able to be a better Christian by having more physical energy. Its juts the way I look at things for me.

  9. I am happy to see that the family is showing their real life struggle with losing weight. Our family is still catching up on episodes, so we are seeing a lot of heavy, processed foods being eaten by the family.

As I know from experience, changing eating and living habits are hard and take work and effort. But God is good and has done a good work in me. He has shown me to control portions, to make whole foods from scratch and leave the processed foods for rare occasion, and to get out more with my children.

I just encourage the family to keep on keeping on.
