  10. I thought it was so precious how Jill's parents make it a point to know her favorite things...that blessed me, it may sound simple, but our heavenly Father knows our favorite things and we should want to know the details our our childrfens hearts. i loved both new episodes. Josie is such a pretty little girl.

  13. The final cake was certainly not the one Anna made. Anna's cake wasn't multicolored (inside). Anyways, nothing important. Happy birthday!

  15. I don't think it's appropriate for you to be posting information about Anna's family (or other Duggar extended family). They are not on the TV show and have a right to their own privacy. What they post on their own personal websites is for their own viewers, and you should respect that.

  16. The blogs seem to be on fire about the cake not the one anna started but alas, no it was. Yes the final product was covered in fondant and she was spreading icing on the cake but that is how the fondant sticks and the coloured cake was from the block on top we saw crusts from this cake being used to stabilize their poor first cake. but it was cute they tried.

Sorry guys it was the cake anna initially made just majorly fixed.

  17. @Anonymous -- the rainbow layer cake that was shown getting cut is the smash cake (the larger baby block on top of the larger cake). The smash cake was just for Michael, you can see remnants of the colorful layers being used by Anna to fix the larger cake prior to calling their friend. The larger cake was half vanilla and half chocolate. That was the cake for the remainder of the family and guests.

  19. @Anonymous- I'm sure TLC gave them $ for the birthday party. And I'm sure they also get the tix paid for for Silver Dollar City. They do have other resources now so they maybe don't have to be as frugal as before.

  20. Maybe I posted to the wrong page -- thought this was a Brad and Angelina event, not the frugal Duggars.
