David kisses like a fish it's not very natural! I don't like seeing Priscilla and David kiss as much as they do.

Thanks for posting the videos and recaps. Don't have the channel - so glad there is still wholesome, clean, family friendly shows like this!

I am so disappointed u guys went hunting! I am no longer a Duggar fan. U should be ashamed of urselves. Only bad parents would teach their kids to harm and kill animals rather than respect them. This show is no longer wholesome. Its just offensive. I was always impressed that even tho ur Ozark rednecks, u didnt abuse animals like the Bates do. But ur no different. And its disrespectful to ur fans. I hate this show now and cant stand ur hateful family. U guys r horrible!

The Duggars spend quality time with their kids and in their marriage and it shows in their relationships with each other. They are fantastic examples of faith, hope, happiness and love to the world.

Anyone can choose to be a fan or not of the Duggar's shows and lifestyle. To the previous poster: only the fans decide when they feel let down by the Duggars, and no one else. And this fan says, as shown on their shows, they are doing a great job at whatever they set their minds to!

They inspire me, make me laugh, and it's fun to see how they are just a family going through life, with its ups and downs. My boys really likes seeing how all the siblings interact, too, and the sometimes mischievous things the little ones end up getting into.

The Duggar Family Blog is my go-to place for up-to-date photos, video and more about the family. Thanks for all you do!!

Grow up, people. God made animals to eat. You'd never make it in Montana.

Good for you all! Hunting is great, fun family time. Keeping old traditions. That's how people made it in the old days. Like the Ingalls family, anyone? I'm sure they all hunted. And it's a lot less cruel than what they do in factories nowdays.

Anonymous your over reacting. just because you didn't agree with them going hunting doesn't mean you need to hate on the Duggar's. I don't think I could go hunting but I have a question for you. what would you do if your family was hungry and you had no other way of getting/feeding food for them at all and the only way to get food was to hunt? would you let them go hungry or would you do what you had to do to feed your family? I for sure would do what I'd had to do to make sure my family is feed! Think about what you say before you say it, and btw I'm pretty sure that there is a few people who are on this blog that do go hunting and maybe you are offending them!!!

People who are getting upset over the Duggar's hunting, are you vegetarians? Did you think the Duggars were vegetarians? You've seen them eat meat, did that bother you? Are you in denial of where your meat comes from?

Thanks for uploading. I no longer have tv, so I appreciate the videos. By the way, we are to be a "Christ-fan" and not a "Duggar-fan."

I wholeheartedly agree. I think it's just because he's learning, really.

Also, the point of this comment...

Where can I find one of those folding do-dads. I need to invest in one. Anyone have an idea? What's it called? Is it just a folding board?

Anonymous you need to stop overreacting! God gives man dominem over the animals and the duggars certainly put the turkey to good use. This is kind of offensive to my hunter family!

Sometime in the episode they compared Josiah to the funny one or something but we never see him anymore. If that is true i would love him be in the show more so that we could see this personality.

About the guns: I noticed they had a episode recently of Jill taking the little boys outside for target practice. And now we have the turkey hunting. My guess is that it is a way to show possible predatory people that they have guns and that both the boys AND girls know how to use them and hit the targets. It's actually a creative way of sending a protective message.

I can't help but saying...

Thanks for sharing these episodes! I opted to go out on a date with my hubby instead of staying home to watch. I was able to catch up because you posted the videos. I appreciate that!

I think teaching them hunting and survival is great.

The Dominion Mandate gave us rule over the Animals, we are to use them to eat, for shelter etc. but not abuse this responsiblity. Hunting turkeys is fine if your using them as food! AKA Thanksgiving !!!!

Hi Lee,

The girls gave a similar speech at this year's Illinois Christian Home Educators convention. You can purchase the mp3 or CD recording here: http://www.iche.org/search/apachesolr_search/duggar

Enjoy :)

Anybody else wondering if the Duggars know another song other than Amazing Grace?

Anonymous said...

Snort. Surely they know another song, but our family does the same thing. The one song to resort to because everyone knows it is Amazing Grace!

Ewa said...

To all of you upset with the Duggars hunting: The way they hunted on the episode is MUCH MORE HUMANE than the way turkeys and other animals are killed for mass consumption. If you eat meat that you buy from a grocery store or any restaurant, then you should be even more disgusted by yourself.
