Video: Duggars on TODAY Show

Thanks to the wonders of technology, this morning's Today Show interview with Jim Bob and Michelle has already been posted. The couple is in New York City and spoke with NBC's Ann Curry about the recent miscarriage of daughter Jubilee Shalom Duggar, as well as the recent extortion plot targeted at the family.

What an example of true love within their family and for our Saviour - that is the love that really matters!

  6. The Duggar Family, I love you all and hope someday I can meet you all in person. I follow you online and on your blog. I don't have a TV, but watch it online. Your family is such a blessing. Thank you for your testimony and the way you all shine for Jesus!

  7. I want the title of the show to reflect Jubilee. Also, she said they have 10 boys and 10 girls only one of the girls is not here on earth with them, YET they had another child after Josh. Not sure that they know the gender of that child or not. Would like to see that child counted as well.

Their responses were once again a great testimony to our Lord!

  11. I have a question. Michelle said that she had 10 boys, 10 girls, but shouldnt she have said 11 boys, 10 girls as she had 2 miscarriages? Just wondering.

  12. So sorry for your loss. I lost a child too. I think of him everyday. Maybe your little girl and my son are playing together in Heaven today!

  13. I am glad they are doing OK after such a sad loss and that they have their faith for comfort! They are such great role models and true Christians! Its great to see them praying for the woman that went out of her way to hurt Amy Duggar and the family instead of being angry and bitter! That is just so amazing!

  14. I was hoping for news of another baby or a wedding. That would have been lovely.

She should have said 10 girls and 11 boys, including Caleb who she sadly lost after Josh was born. I am sure she didn't mean to forget him

  15. Thanks for posting this. I'm glad to see that this is shown; only through God's love and grace and mercy and Jesus' blood shed on the cross can they be as they are; to forgive and pray for this woman that exploited them. Looking forward to seeing the show(though I'll have to watch it online too) and I'm glad there's hope for it to continue. I thought maybe this WOULD be the last season, but so far that doesn't seem to be the case. May God be glorified!

  16. I heard your comments on the today show this morning and I would like to say that my wife and I are very sorry for your loss. You two are very strong people and I guess if you just trust in God, he will see you through this and will give you answers as to how to cope with your loss.

  19. So glad to see this! Can't wait to see the new episode [through iTunes] tomorrow, too.

Also - just saw the other fast interview of Michelle today where she stated that she and her hubs would STILL welcome another child, if God gave. So encouraging! Women can face miscarriages at any stage of pregnancy - the loss is devastating - and I am thankful to see this family so strong in their faith. Totally amazed.

  20. @Anonymous re: Caleb

    I noticed that, too. :(

That's all right. We're praying for him, right? :)

It was probably a slip of the mind. This loss is so much fresher to them, I guess.

  21. Excellent video - so glad to see that Anne wasn't trying to press them on some "controversial point," but instead was empathizing with Michelle and Jim Bob and wishing them a wonderful V-day getaway!

  23. Thank you so much for posting the Today Show interview. I really enjoyed their show tonight. My heart just breaks for them at losing Jubilee. They are such an inspirational family. They are so full of love for our Lord and Savior and for their family and still have room in their hearts to love others. They help to ease my loneliness and I thank them for that. I do wish people would keep their negative comments to themselves as they have plenty of real issues in this world to complain about but instead of complaining they need to do something to help someone else and pray for others. Thanks again. Rita
